When the proletarian youth from the neighborhoods of the city suburbs bow their heads and resign themselves to being cheap labor, they don’t call the attention of Power. They are handled with labor regulations (when the work is more or less formal), and/or are seen as the object of certain social policies that mix control with handouts.

When they dedicate themselves to petty economic delinquency to subsist, and become thiefs, shoplifters, low-level dealers or any other variant of the so-called “common criminal”, they are responded to with police, Penal Code and prison. When young people come from these same sectors, structurally marginalized by the capitalism of our time, they obtain certain class consciousness; when they rebel against exploitation with weapons in hand, they are always candidates for being labeled “terrorists”. Them! When they’ve done nothing but react with the most human dignity possible faced with systematic and historically accumulated conditions of class violence dolled out from above by the true terrorists.

On the night of January 18 to 19, 2024, we neutralized 2 excavators on the 16th section of the A100 (Kiefholzstraße – Treptow) with time-delay incendiary devices. Numerous needle punctures like this can eventually bring down the system. It’s also a cheerful response to the Switch-Off call, which is now finding an energetic echo internationally.

On January 30, we placed an incendiary device under a car with the number plate of Greece’s diplomatic mission in Germany. The action took place in the Rosenthaler district in Berlin.

Update: According to an article released at the beginning of January (Spiegel, 9/1), the sabotage against this gas pipeline was more extensive than the information originally released and translated below. The pipeline under construction was perforated in eight different places (not three), spread over a distance of more than a kilometer, causing damage estimated at at least 1.6 million euros. This new 55-kilometer pipeline is intended to connect the new liquefied natural gas terminal near Brunsbüttel to the German energy grid. According to investigators, the holes drilled in the steel gas pipe were barely visible from the outside, as the plastic coating covering them had contracted again after drilling. They were discovered at the end of November during a pipeline pressure test and reported to the police by the operator, Gasunie.

The Criminal Office of the Schleswig-Holstein region is investigating a possible attempt to sabotage the new liquefied natural gas (LNG) pipeline between Brunsbüttel and Hetlingen in northern Germany. Holes measuring around one centimeter in diameter were discovered in at least three places along the 55-kilometer route.

La compañera Pola Roupa y el compañero Nikos Maziotis fueron condenados a varios años de prisión por su participación y acción en la organización guerrillera Lucha Revolucionaria.
Fueron encarcelados y cumplieron la pena combinada de 20 años de prisión a la que finalmente fueron condenados (tras el «quebrantamiento» de su cadena perpetua tras el atentado con bomba contra el Banco de Grecia -sucursal del Banco Central Europeo- oficina del Fondo Monetario Internacional en Grecia, por Lucha Revolucionaria Comando Lambros Fountas).
La compañera Pola Roupa cumplió 8,5 años de prisión real (13,5 años mixtos), mientras que el compañero Nikos Maziotis ya ha cumplido 11 años de prisión «cerrada» y un total de 14 años mixtos. Es decir, 3/5 de su condena como dictan las leyes estatales.

Succeeding in an attack is the most expected situation because we like things to turn out as planned and for our claims to be preceded by the sound of an explosion. But succeeding always carries the situation of failing closeby, sometimes being overly explicit or in others passing almost imperceptibly: “the right timetable wasn’t chosen”, “the appearance was not changed in a place without cameras”, “the correct route wasn’t taken”, “the functioning of the clockwork has not been confirmed”, etc.m are approaches motivated by looking for some error, each one being elemental with its own level of influence for the operation in its integrity and that don’t reduce it to whether the device functioned or not. It could be that the target exploded, what satisfaction!; but all the successes and errors that are behind this, how are these counted? How are these seen? What do these say about the action?

When it goes wrong, the worst that could happen, beyond prison and death, is being clouded over by success, which at teh end of the day translates into frustration of “not knowing how to do things”. This has been said in all possible ways in the voice of many comrades, that there is no secret formula for insurrectional action.

A few days after the Sunday fire of two tree fellers, one in the Forstenrieder Park and the other in the Perlach forest, forestry operators south of Munich are not out of the woods yet, as it seems that the imps that populate these woods are not ready to hibernate.

On the night of December 14/15, in the middle of the Forstenrieder Park near Pullach, between the A95 freeway and Wolfratshauser Straße, two new forestry machines parked 30 metres apart went up in smoke. This is the fourth act of sabotage in five days at Rheinfelden, a few kilometres east of Basel: Thursday evening, some newly repaired fibre optic cables of the Improware company were cut again in two places.

This happened after some municipal fibre optic cables were deliberately damaged various times during the new year holiday season: on 23rd December, at around midnight, several bundles of fibre optic cables, with up to 288 optic fibres per bundle, were cut. This damage was repaired on Christmas eve and affected around 600 clients of the cable network. On Christmas day, 25th December, some optic fibre cables were destroyed by incendiary objects at Riehen (north district of Basel) this time, and the next day on Decembver 26th othe optic fibre cables were damaged in another place in Rheinfelden.

New year’s eve wasn’t calm for the police in Brabant Walloon. At around 3am a vehicle of the local police of the Orne-Thyle district was set on fire in the car park of the town hall. The fire spread to a second police vehicle parked next to it.  The wind was quite strong and encouraged the burning of the two cars. Several explosions were heard in the neighbourhood.

The police arrived at around 3.30am, a few minutes before the fire fighters with two lorries. A number of [cop] vehicles are usually parked in the town hall car park at night. This is the first time they have been the target of arson.
