On October 13, 16:15 at noon, comrade H.M. was forcibly “arrested” outside his house.
After a long procedure that started on 18th of October at 11 am, with statements to the investigator in favour of the comrade by witnesses, among them, neighbours who saw the arrest, as well as his companion, it was decided that comrade H.M. would remain in prison, with the only evidence being the DNA mixture found in a gun magazine after a robbery that took place in 2018 in the area of Zografou in Athens.
The prison he will be transferred to has not yet been decided.

On February 27th, in the context of a demonstration (promoted by the most Stalinist and retrograde communist authoritarianism) they arrested a group of comrades, previously arrested by the organizers themselves – read Arran, the youth of the CUP – in a disgusting set-up, tending to blame “Italian anarchist insurrectionalists”, for the riots resulting from the imprisonment of the unclean rapper Pablo Hasel. We do not forget that it was an act of revenge for a previous set-up in Girona. The so-called ‘purge-of-Girona’ perpetrated by anti-anarchist groups to sweep out of their city those who did not conform to their political interests… Currently 6 of our people are still in prison, in the territory dominated by the Catalan pseudo-state. And there is a silence (complicit) on the part of an infinity of supposedly “libertarian” collectives, about this alarming situation. It is time to shout ENOUGH!

As a minimum show of support we hung a banner in our squat, Zizania, in solidarity with all struggling comrades against the repression of the state, the violence of the cops and the erasure of gentrification/capitalism, in Athens, Thessaloniki, and Berlin.
Our squats areliberated territories, spaces where we can exist, interact, organise and live outside thenorms and stereotypes of the authoritarian, capitalist, racist, sexist and chauvinist normalities that suffocate us.

Trieste, Italy: protest against the Green Pass intensifies
On the morning of Monday 18 October, after 4 days of blockades, demonstrations and permanent presidium’s , the police evicted with the use of violence those demonstrating in front of the entrance to the port of Trieste. Thousands of people then moved in demonstration through the streets of the city, up to Piazza Unità, while in the evening the protest intensified. In the area next to the harbor, protesters responded to the massive use of police force by setting up barricades in the streets.
Throughout Italy, in these hours hundreds of demonstrations in solidarity are occupying the main squares of the country.What happened in these hours has no historical precedent neither for the city of Trieste, where protests of this intensity had never taken place in living memory, nor for the movement against the Green Pass.In these lines we will therefore try to give a quick account of how we arrived at the current situation: for reasons of space it is therefore a partial, incomplete account, in which both the complexity of the political dynamics is necessarily reduced, and at the same time some major events are not reported.

In the night between 1st and 2nd September we were stopped in Via Cavour and accused of having put up posters without permission. A simple administrative sanction was not enough for the police, they wanted to pile it on by charging us with “publication or spreading of fake, exaggerated or tendentious news aimed at upsetting public order” (Art. 656 of the penal code). To be accused of spreading fake news precisely by those who defend a system which always lies, manipulating and terrorizing the population with the aim of legitimatizing the most abject political and repressive practices is paradoxical to say the least.
But what did those posters say that was fake?

Millions of people were finally able to observe the true face of the State. First they locked us in our homes for three months, then it was the turn of night curfew, of regional closures, of so-called semi-lockdown (when we could go out of our homes, yes, but only to go to work). Finally we arrived at the so much awaited «restart».
Economic recovery at all costs is certainly not a «return» to freedom and happiness for individuals but a demand for total self-abnegation towards the needs of the market. There is a red thread linking dramatic episodes such as the Mottarone massacre [on 23rd March 2021 a cable car crashed to the ground from the summit of Mottarone, a mountain near Lake Maggiore in northern Italy, killing fourteen passengers], six deaths a day at work, attacks on porters on strike and imposing the green pass on all workers: this red thread is called the restart of the capitalist economy. The only thing they are interested in is that the economy doesn’t stop again, that there are no outbreaks at workplaces. Never must the car stop again, they’d rather cut the brakes. The car must not slow down, it will run over us rather.
