I don’t vote
I don’t vote. Because I don’t want to choose a master, to choose the one who will decide for me what is good for me, and will force me to respect his choices, which he will pass off as my own. I don’t want the majority to determine my servitude, for the cattle to build the fences that enclose them and appoint those who will rule me too, no matter what I think.
I don’t vote because I don’t want the world they impose on me, I don’t recognize the idea of nation, of a people, of citizenship, considering that the States always manage to fabricate identities that give the illusion of a unity in a population.
Neither my nationality, nor the language I speak, nor my skin color determine who I am, and I do not recognize the borders of the state in which I was born by chance. Likewise, I don’t want to know anything about any common good, because I don’t want to be part of any community, I don’t want to have any duty towards anyone, and I want to choose those with whom I build my life.
I don’t vote because I don’t want to give power to these hypocrits who try to pass for what they are not, attempting to cradle us in illusions, until waking up is painful. I don’t want a world where I am but a pawn in the chess game of strategic ends, that will use me to step on my individuality in service of their petty interests, in their frantic quest for power and domination.
I don’t vote because I want to live in a world without masters, without subjugated. And such a desire will never enter into a vote. Instead, I want to take life in my own hands, and endeavor to create it by revolting against the existing order and misery that they impose everywhere on life.
I will never resign my freedom!
