Calvados: Sabotage of the Paris-Caen line during the National AI Conference

During the night of October 8-9, 2025, we set fire to the electrical cabinet of a railway signaling system between the Mézidon-Canon and Caen stations, in the Paris-Caen direction.
The aim of our action was to disrupt rail traffic between Paris and Caen in order to prevent the smooth running of the National Conference on Artificial Intelligence, which took place at the University of Caen on Thursday, October 9. We wanted to cause train delays and cancellations to disrupt the arrival of speakers at this day of pro-technology propaganda and upset the daily routine of the established order.

The sabotage worked well, as the media reported delays on the Paris-Caen-Paris line throughout Thursday, in both directions, due to a fire that “put the signaling system out of service.”
