Berlin : fire at the antenna of a technology park

Often, certain actions seek a media echo and are therefore planned accordingly. We don’t know why none of the media have reported on our act so far. It’s puzzling, and it would be interesting to know whether there is some kind of silencing imposed by the forces of order or politics (?) to prevent the dissemination of such opportunities for action (?). It’s doubtful that acts of sabotage attract no media interest, but we can only speculate in this regard.

Our real motivation for our project, however, is not media attention, but concrete attack and destruction. That’s why we placed three time-delay incendiary devices under the cables, the computer cabinet and the electrical distribution cabinet of the antenna. This happened on the night of August 3, 2023.

The other objective of our action was to disrupt the “innovation park” in the Wuhlheide district, located on a 32-hectare site in the immediate vicinity of the pylon. Here, more than 200 tech companies and start-ups are developing tomorrow’s high technology in their laboratories, and of course need sensitive infrastructures to make their technological delirium a reality. We don’t want any part of their world, and see this sabotage as a contribution to the “Switch OFF! – Call to revolt”.

Our thoughts are with Mónica and Francisco [in Chile], who are probably facing a very long prison sentence. The prosecution has requested over 150 years in prison for Francisco and 25 years for Monica. Your resilience and steadfastness on the matter, even in such a situation, have encouraged us in our action.
