EN/IT: Athens,Greece: What happen in Perama area,on Saturday 23/10/21

In the early hours of Saturday 23/10/21, 7 bike cops were chasing a car they thought was stolen. In it were three young guys, which the cops recognized as roma. A bit later, there were 38 fire-shots, aimed not at the tires of the car (in their supposed attempt to stop it), but higher; in a clear attempt to injure/murder the passengers of the car. All shots were fired by the cops. The three young guys were unarmed. Nikos Sampanis, the 18-year-old co-driver was instantly killed, as he was hit with 2 bullets on the chest. A 16-year-old is injured and still in hospital and the 14-year-old driver ran away amidst gunfire. The cops were initially arrested and were charged with the felony of manslaughter and attempted manslaughter.
A few minutes after their *arrest*, Spyridon Georgiadis, Minister for Development and Investment, tweeted his congratulations to the murderous cops. The Citizen Protection Minister, Takis Theodorikakos, paid them a visit in jail. For “symbolic reasons” as he stated.

Solidarity with the four persecuted comrades for the eviction of Gare (Athens,Greece)

On September 29, the trial against two comrades from Berlin and two comrades from Athens will take place in Evelpidon Court in Athens. On November 26, 2017 the four persons were arrested during the eviction of Gare Squat, in the Athens district of Exarcheia. Among other charges, they are accused of trespassing, attempted serious bodily harm, refusal of forensic identification and possession of explosive materials and explosive bombs. This eviction was the first of three upcomings in which the four comrades were detained for 4 days. They were released on conditions or bail and now, almost four years later, have to appear in court. Almost one month after the arrest of the anarchist revolutionary Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis, who was for 1.5 years undeground, accused for being a member of the guerrila group “Revolutionary Selfdefense” and one of the four arrested during the eviction of Gare on November 2017.
Gare was a squatted house in Exarhia area, in the center of Athens. For many years was a living space actively going against private property and the establishment of a house as a commodity.Trying to promote a communal way of life in which terms like private were always questionable.

TURKEY: THREE DAF MEMBERS ARRESTED

Three people from the Revolutionary Anarchist Federation (DAF) who wrote about the October 10 massacre in Ankara Yenimahalle were detained. The detained DAF members were taken to the courthouse after being transferred to the Yenimahalle District Police Department.
The accusation made by the prosecutor against the revolutionaries who wrote “October 10 will be held to account” was “inciting the people to hatred and enmity”.

Couple In Russia Handed Prison Terms For Actions Criticizing FSB, Pension Reform
A court in the Russian city of Chelyabinsk has handed prison terms to a couple who protested the arrest of a group of activists and criticized pension reform.
Pavel Chikov of the legal defense organization Agora wrote on his Telegram channel that the Central District court in the Ural’s city on September 10 sentenced Dmitry Tsibukovsky to 2 1/2 years and his wife, Anastasia Safonova, to two years in prison.

This dive is a collaborator in matters of State security and maintenance of public order, carrying out permanent academic activities intended for police forces, in terms of intelligence, investigative and counterinsurgency strategies. It is a repressive body under the Ministry of Defence which also shares knowledge internationally with States such as Spain, Colombia, Israel, etc.
Different academics of this den of Power have written about anarchist practices and tendencies, trying to analyze our ideas, dynamics and proposals, with texts including alleged studies about international projects (Black International/FAI-FRI) or the current overview of our milieus.

Anarchist prisoner Toby Shone was sentenced to 3 years 9 months in prison for 8 drug offences at Bristol Crown Court on October 13, 2021 after Terrorism charges were dropped. He has already served 8 months of this sentence on remand.
The ‘drugs’ were psychedelics and medicinal plants (LSD, DMT, cannabis, THC oil, MDMA and magic mushrooms) found at two of the four properties raided by counter-terror cops in the UK South-West on November 18, 2020 in their hunt for the administrator of anarchist website 325.nostate.net.

Perama: Microphone, gathering and a march took place after a call by the Anarchist Group of Perama on the afternoon of Sunday, October 24, 2021, starting from Heroes Square, two blocks away from the police station and the local offices of New Democracy, which were “tabooed” behind three MAT [riot cops] cages and an Aura (Water cannon )

Milan – In the night between 7th and 8th October the windows of the Partito Democratico premises of the Ortica neighbourhood section were smashed.
 There is no need to spend too many words on this vile party. Like all the other parties, its line and action of government (it is the party which has governed most in the last eight years) tend to favour the elite and worsen the living conditions of the less well-off. Moreover it is one of the main promoters of the current restrictions and of the green pass, an instrument of blackmail and discrimination that imposes social segregation on those who refuse it.

Update on requests and applications for special surveillance (Bologna, Italy, October 2021)

About two months after the July 12 hearing, the court ruled on the proposal to apply special surveillance for seven anarchist comrades from Bologna: six rejections and one acceptance.
Our comrade Guido will be put under surveillance for two years, with an obligation to stay.
A few days before the hearing, the prosecutor Dambruoso had presented an integration so that the court could express its opinion not only on the “qualified dangerousness” for terrorist crimes, but also on the general dangerousness. And it is in fact on the basis of the latter that the request was accepted.

Athens: On October 13, 2021 comrade  H.M. was forcibly “arrested” outside his house

On October 13, 16:15 at noon, comrade  H.M. was forcibly “arrested” outside his house.
After a long procedure that started on 18th of October at 11 am, with statements to the investigator in favour of the comrade by witnesses, among them, neighbours who saw the arrest, as well as his companion, it was decided that comrade H.M. would remain in prison, with the only evidence being the DNA mixture found in a gun magazine after a robbery that took place in 2018 in the area of Zografou in Athens.
The prison he will be transferred to has not yet been decided.
