France: Anarchist comrade Boris gets out of prison but is not out of danger..
via: sansnom
Indymedia Lille, 29 September 2021
[The trial] of 20 September, which would have dealt with the appeal against the 4 year prison sentence, could not take place because of the still critical state of health of our comrade who continues to be in an artifically induced coma.
The judges decided to “release” him without judicial control, and to postpone his trial until further notice.
While we can only rejoice that he is no longer under the control of the prison administration, he is unfortunately not finished with the justice system, since the end of his sentence [of preventive detention] and his appeal are only suspended.
The words and deeds that are multiplying in solidarity with Boris give rise to the desire to live outside of all authority.

Montevideo (Uruguay): Banner in solidarity with anarchist prisoner Boris

The message of this banner is a sign of solidarity with the comrade Boris, who has been in a coma for more than a month, following a fire in the cell that has kept him locked up for a year in French prisons.
“In France and in the world, down with prisons. Courage Boris”.
The action that led the comrade to prison is part of the attack against the structures that capitalism calls “progress”, but whose aim is, in reality, to refine social control. Setting fire to two mobile phone masts is an attack on contemporary domination, and has nothing to do with the fascist/conspiratorial theories that the dis-information media want to display to disorientate us.
We raise our fists and send words of encouragement to Boris and to all those who fall into the hands of institutions of torture.
The banner was placed near the French embassy in Montevideo.

Italy – Mauro Rossetti Busa on hunger strike
via:roundrobin.info Translated by act for freedom now!
————————
From his correspondence with a comrade, Mauro says he has been on hunger strike since 3rd September. We report a passage from his letter of 5th September: `
…on 3.9.2021 I began a hunger strike, unfortunately in five days my weight has gone down to 61.4 kg. I am aware of what I could come up against considering my health problems, but if this is worthwhile to obtain being transferred to near Tuscany in order to have visits with my family I’ll carry on – I haven’t seen my family since February 2018. There are no other alternatives in order to avoid hunger strike. I have made many requests and just as many were rejected for security reasons in this or in other prisons – now, enough is enough!
I hug you all
Mauro

A letter from Mauro Rossetti Busa of April 20 from the prison of Agrigento
…my aspiration has always been based on the ideal of ‘anarchist communism’, especially in the past years where I have always been convinced that our real enemy has always been capitalism, although I must say that capitalism has never been the only enemy but also its dependable state.

Italy – ”Operation Scintilla”: a two-year journey
via: Roundrobin, Translated by act for freedom now!
———
We have decided to have a say ourselves regarding the declaration made during the appeal trial for operation Scintilla in February 2019. We are doing it now on the internet, over two years later, strong from a long, hard and enriching path. The choice of coming out now on the internet is for various reasons. Certainly it is motivated by a debate that has been going on for several months with comrades close to us on the need to widen the retelling of what happened to those who are locked up in Italian jails as well as those who live beyond national borders. Another reason comes from recently published texts which open a level of discussion that we don’t want to avoid, for the completeness of the narrative. We want to make it clear immediately that we didn’t consider the internet an adequate instrument to deal with what happened because of the narrowness of reasoning that this instrument necessarily imposes. In fact, we don’t see this space as adequate to an in-depth and sincere discussion. Therefore we want to point out the limits that this text inevitably carries with it, as it can’t reflect the complexity of the reasoning and ways we have elaborated since we started to face what we had done.
These lines, however, have two aims:
– to inform those who are not informed in spite of the efforts made so far, by reporting a brief chronology of what happened and adding the declaration at the end
– to give a few suggestions concerning the attempt we made to deal with our mistake
The facts are these:

Athens,Greece: Solidarity with the four persecuted comrades for the eviction of Gare Squat in Exarxeia area
Solidarity with the four persecuted comrades for the eviction of Gare
On September 29, the trial against two comrades from Berlin and two comrades from Athens will take place in Evelpidon Court in Athens. On November 26, 2017 the four persons were arrested during the eviction of Gare Squat, in the Athens district of Exarcheia. Among other charges, they are accused of trespassing, attempted serious bodily harm, refusal of forensic identification and possession of explosive materials and explosive bombs. This eviction was the first of three upcomings in which the four comrades were detained for 4 days. They were released on conditions or bail and now, almost four years later, have to appear in court. Almost one month after the arrest of the anarchist revolutionary Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis, who was for 1.5 years undeground, accused for being a member of the guerrila group “Revolutionary Selfdefense” and one of the four arrested during the eviction of Gare on November 2017.
Gare was a squatted house in Exarhia area, in the center of Athens. For many years was a living space actively going against private property and the establishment of a house as a commodity.Trying to promote a communal way of life in which terms like private were always questionable. People could not just have one private room, but the it was a fully collective space, there for those who need it, making the words collective and communal praxis. But Gare was not only a communal way of living, it was also a political active place, where people get organised and politicized. In order to become an island of liberation and not an island of freedom living there ment to be political active, inside and outside the squat.

Humanity is a risk to be run. Against green pass, compulsory vaccination and much more
We have understood for a time that the various questions that present themselves to the world are not disconnected. A world of war presents its bill of misery, dead, people running away. An exploited and polluted planet presents its bill in terms of climate change, devastation of nature, diseases and more people running away. In a world where accumulation of wealth means accumulation of power, the consequence is exclusion and repression of those who can’t access this wealth. These arguments, repeated for centuries, don’t seem to be hitting the point in a period when all the conditions described are becoming quickly and exponentially real. The discourses made around the pandemic, health and the repressive and commodified management that followed, how can they be separated from all the rest?

Genoa, Italy – Updates on special surveillance against a comrade from Genoa
via: Inferno Urbano, Translated by act for freedom now!
In the month of August the result of the appeal against a special surveillance measure against a comrade from Genoa was made known; the request for reviewing the measure, applied with all restrictions, was rejected and it appeared obvious how, even if the charge of terrorism, fundamental pillar of the prosecution theorem,
was dropped, the measure remained completely in place again for the same reason, i.e. “adhesion to the anarchist ideology”, “open demonstrations of solidarity with militants of the Informal Anarchist Federation”, “support to imprisoned anarchists”, “inciting direct action”, spreading counter-information material. Still in the month of August, following a proposal by Genoa’s prosecutors, further measures were inflicted on her [the comrade] in addition to surveillance, measures aiming at limiting her freedom even more extensively, striking her in the sphere of her affections, adding new limitations and difficulties to the authorization, granted at last after 7 months’ waiting, to visit her family who live outside the municipality where she has compulsory residence. Moreover her driving licence was confiscated on the absurd pretext that it could be functional to her committing crimes.
The usual refrain continues to propose itself stubbornly and monotonously like a cracked record: the comrade in question is anarchist, therefore dangerous, and this is confirmed by the fact that she is being investigated as an anarchist. Things standing this way, they could go on for ever.

Berlin,Germany: Fight For KøpiPlatz TAG X 15.10.21
Køpiplatz bleibt, damn it! The Wagenplatz needs your support and your presence now more than ever! We have received the date of eviction for the 15th October, but we will still not be silenced.
After a year of ups and downs, empty promises from politicians and the city, discussions in the BVV (the Berlin-Mitte district politicians assembly), false hopes and crushing realities, we are still shocked by the devastating news that we will be evicted from our homes in just three weeks.
But we will continue to fight! KøpiPlatz is here to stay!
We suspected that the election would have an impact on our date. In fact, we received the letter only six days before the German elections. This conveniently takes away the responsibility of this Government and the next during the interim period.
At this point, everyday leading up to the eviction is crucial. We are sad, emotional, and ANGRY, but we are not afraid. We have been preparing for these weeks to use every available way to fight. But now is the time that we also need our friends and supporters. With solidarity comes strength. If we plan to continue with our collective spaces in Berlin, where we live together, work together, laugh and cry together, we must also fight together! This is why we would like to call on our friends and community in Berlin and around the world to stand with us in the weeks before the eviction, to scream a message to the system that we are bigger and more powerful than they can possibly imagine.
Berlin is a city full of alternative and autonomous spaces, particularly in our beloved unruly neighbourhoods. Each one weaves something special and different into the fabric of our communities. But this does not mean that we should be complacent, and let these spaces slip through our fingers. We should not allow our streets to become beige and uniform. We need to stop this now before it is too late. Wir Bleiben Alle!
Upcoming action from Køpiplatz and Comrades
‘DEFEND KØPIPLATZ’ DEMO: Saturday 2nd October at 8pm Køpiplatz will organise the ‘Defend Køpiplatz’ demo. It will take place in and around our rebellious neighborhoods and on OUR streets.

Hamburg, Germany: Broken glass and flood of paint at Hamburg job centres
In the night of 14 September, job centres in the districts of Altona and Rahlstedt were attacked with hammers, stones and paint.
“The top 10 per cent of the population own about two-thirds of Germany’s total wealth” (quote: werhatdergibt.org).
The gap between rich and poor is constantly growing. Even during the Corona crisis, the wealth of the rich few multiplied. In contrast, workers, especially in the precarious sector, have lost their jobs. Many struggle with existential fears and depend on support from the state. They are exposed to the arbitrariness of the Job Centre system, which will continue its repressive measures after the end of the lockdown.

Fire Set in Prison Construction Office in Dresden, Germany
Fire set in engineering office involved in jail construction
Dresden, September 17, 2021
For some time now, militant resistance has been stirring against the ongoing construction of prisons in Zwickau. In the meantime, many companies involved in construction, planning or logistics have been affected. Particular attention was paid to the construction company Hentschke Bau, whose boss had also attracted negative attention through donations to the AfD. However, such a large project involves many participants and we do not want to be accused of forgetting anyone.
So in the night from September 16 to 17, we dedicated ourselves with a few liters of gasoline to the engineering office Rathenow in the Albertstadt. We broke two windows and placed incendiary devices in the rooms. We hope that the fire disturbed the smooth running of further prison planning and that the company understands: Whoever earns money from the construction of prisons will have to bear the consequences! On the area we found additionally still another Bonzenschlitten, we set it without further ado on fire.

France: Call for texts on rationality/irrationality
A rather vague call for texts!
-> The relationship between science and rationality/irrationality in anarchist, anti-civilization milieus. <-
Are you tired of anticivs who are against science but shit on you as soon as you mention experiences that go beyond their rationality?
Do you think that several worlds that exist side by side and not
everyone necessarily perceives them?
Do you want to attach importance to your dreams and perceptions?

Thessaloniki,Greece: Explosive attack on the offices of the Fifth Tax Office
When the enclaves of financial totalitarianism mortgage the lives of the proletarian grassroots to fill the coffers of the temples of capitalist barbarism, we have a duty to intervene. It is a matter of social conscience and sensitivity, class solidarity and revolutionary obligation that we too should not treat our lives as mere numbers in the bloodthirsty hands of the bosses. That is why we will remind the enemy that in this war, as long as there is injustice there will always be revolutionary retaliation.
The case of 52-year-old Konstantia Eleftheropoulou, which has seen the light of day in recent days, is unfortunately not the only one, however provocative it may be. She herself was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2017. Since then, she has been fighting for her life through non-stop treatments, reaching the point of stabilizing her condition. This year, however, after a relapse in her health, Konstantia needed to undergo intravenous brachytherapy, a specialized treatment that is not administered in a public hospital but only in a private clinic. Unemployed and uninsured like most of us, she was faced with the impossibility of accessing the treatment as the cost of the operation, including hospitalisation, exceeds €15,000 (perhaps the equivalent of a ministerial dinner). But Konstantia was not alone in facing her inability. Her public appeal for support and help found hundreds of people in solidarity at her side, who gave everything they could to help, so that one of us could survive collectively against the homicidal state mechanism that has made health a commodity, a class privilege and a luxury.
