EN/ GR/ ES : AS LONG AS POVERTY EXISTS THERE WILL BE REBELLION! Concepción 8th region, territory dominated by the Chilean State, winter 2021.

When persistence and insistence becomes a war cry that spreads through different territories and in different languages, but with the same language of war as the genuine voice of struggle for the destruction of prison society, capitalist normality, domination and all its devices of assimilation, control and punishment.
This cry came out of prison more than 20 years ago and was reaffirmed again loudly almost 13 years ago and today. It is part of the practical-theoretical arsenal of many in the unavoidable framework of the Social War!!!

en/es/fr, Italy: ON 11/11/2021, the ROS [Carabinieri Special Operations] raided the homes of dozens of comrades all over Italy

 roundrobin.info
At 4am in the morning of 11/11/2021, the ROS [Carabinieri Special Operations] raided the homes of dozens of comrades all over Italy on orders of the PM Comodi in an investigation set off by the usual Nobili and Basilone.
Alfredo, in prison for having shot at Adinolfi, CEO of Ansaldo Nucleare, and for ”operation Scripta Manent”, was notified of yet another pre-trial detention; another comrade is under house arrest, four more were subjected to an obligation to remain in their own area with regular signing.
The main accusation is of having constituted and promoted an association with aims of terrorism, an accusation in particular revolving around the paper “Vetriolo” and some articles published in it.
Linked to this operation, the editors of Roundrobin were notified the same evening that they are under investigation: the accusations (threats, incitement to commit crimes, association with terrorist aims) are linked to the publication of some writings which in the cops’ opinion are signed by some of the comrades under investigation.
As Roundrobin we have always wanted to give space to all anarchist ideas and debate and are proud to have published the writings of the comrades under indictment.
Despite the difficulties due to which the site has been on hold for almost a month, we will now recommence giving space to the contributions that reach us, no matter what the shit servants of power think.
Solidarity to the comrades raided and under investigation.
Always with head held high.
Long live anarchy!

Critical Perspectives on Uruguayan Prisons

A week ago, thanks to the official media, it became common knowledge that a young first-time inmate within the prison system was doubly kidnapped: first by the State and secondly by another group of inmates, where he was tortured for several weeks. The number of days varies according to the media outlet.
We do not want to detail the suffering to which this person was subjected, as we are well aware that the atrocities committed are appalling. Instead, we consider it more important to emphasize that these events of great magnitude are a consequence, not only of the prison as a system and institution, but also of the world that encompasses it.

Saint-Héand, Loire, France: a relay antenna silenced [MaJ]

According to a television report by the local channel TL7 on 6 November entitled “We’ll have to wait a little longer before we have a network”, concerning the repairs in progress, it was a Bouygues antenna as well as those of Free and SFR that were affected by this incendiary sabotage. As for the site manager, he could only deplore the large quantity of cables that had to be transported to the site and then replaced (all the way to the top with a special pod for Bouygues) as well as the lack of available stock of connectors on the eve of the weekend. All of this is likely to prolong the disconnection of the network for longer than the operators had hoped.
Breakdown on Bouygues and SFR networks after the burning of an antenna
 Le Progrès/Radio Scoop, 3 November 2021
This Wednesday, thousands of Bouygues and SFR subscribers were deprived of internet and telephone in a vast sector of the Saint-Etienne agglomeration. The cause: a fire that affected a Bouygues telecom site in the town of Saint-Héand during the night of Tuesday to Wednesday.

France – A letter from isolation, a poem and a drawing that escaped from inside a prison

On 8th December 2020, several searches took place all over France, leading to the arrest of nine people. After 96 hours in custody at DGSI (Direction Générale de la Sécurité Intérieure) [General Direction of Internal Security], seven of them were charged with “criminal association of a terrorist nature”. Five of these people were subsequently imprisoned, all as “prisoners submitted to special surveillance” (DPS). At the end of April 2021, after five months of freedom deprivation, two of them were released. More recently, in mid-October 2021, another comrade was released on bail conditions in spite of the prosecutors’ appeal. These arrests took place in a context of the growing criminalization of social movements. Recourse to the charge of criminal association is being increasingly made to break up militant collectives and to crush the struggle. We have been seeing an excess of legislation for several years: a law on global security, a law on separatism, the Darmanin decrees, the SILT law, etc.… the administrative authority is gaining the upper hand on judicial power. With the enforcement of a form of predictive justice, everyone is allegedly guilty and people are judged on the basis of a presumption of their intentions. The letter that follows, as well as the poem and the drawing are from the comrades still imprisoned.
A letter from isolation – Bois d’Arcy – Summer 2021
For more than a month and a half I’ve wanted to write about isolation again but I can’t begin, I can’t concentrate enough. Either my mind evaporates into nothing like a little cloud or it condenses in a sort of molasses so dense that it blocks everything in my brain and gives me a headache. Even if the former might appear lighter (it is like being drugged and in a state of confusion), both situations give me a painful sensation. In fact, witnessing the loss of one’s intellectual abilities and one’s decadence is a particularly violent sensation. It is in this mental condition that I am working on this text.

Text of the political prisoner, member of Revolutionary Struggle Nikos Maziotis ( Greece)

NOT A STEP BACK
25/10/2021
The masks of hypocrisy are slowly falling apart and the real reasons for the rejection of my request for leave are being revealed.
According to the prison council, which rejected my request for leave for the third time, the reason was the very text I had published last June when my request was rejected for the second time.
Here is the whole rationale for the prison council’s decision: “As it is clear from recent public statements and views expressed via the internet in the public media through which he urges an indefinite number of persons to commit criminal offenses and which are taken into account as elements of his conduct and personality in general,
and of his general personality, it does not appear with certainty that there is no risk of committing new criminal acts (during his leave) occasioned by these statements.

Anderlues, Belgium: the local councillor has a name… and address

Alderman Pastorelli’s cars set on fire in Anderlues
Sud Info/DH, 5 November 2021 (extract)
It was around 5am on Friday morning when a fire broke out in the Rue du Château in Anderlues. Two vehicles, parked in front of the house of the alderman for Folklore Guglielmo Pastorelli (PS), were on fire.  The shocked socialist politician spoke of political revenge.
The Binche and Thuin fire brigades were called in and were able to bring the fire under control. It seems that the fire is of criminal origin. The Binche police have opened an investigation. The police and the lab arrived at the scene.

Video report-back: TagX demo after Köpi Wagenplatz eviction (Germany)

Here are a few videos of the #b1510 köpi tagX demo from public sources, edited more or less chronologically without regard to copyright. Unfortunately, there are hardly any shots from the front of the demo or overview shots because pixelating would have been too much effort and because there are also few.
there are probably no public videos of the attack on the akelius headquarters at erkelenzdamm 11-13 and so on, and the 4 minutes only show a small section of the large and widespread demo.

Leipzig, Germany: Actions after demo bans

Leipzig, 23/24 October 2021
The police enforced the ban on demonstrations in Leipzig with a large contingent on Saturday. However, as darkness fell, arson broke out. Among other things, several vehicles were set on fire in front of a car dealership.
After the ban on three left-wing demonstrations in Leipzig, there were individual incidents on Sunday night, especially in the south of the city. According to the police, five vehicles belonging to a car dealership were set on fire in Richard-Lehmann-Straße at around 0:22 am. Police arrested two men and two women aged between 18 and 24 at the scene. No one was injured, but there was property damage in the lower six-figure range. In the west of Leipzig, two cars also burned in Neue Gutenbergstraße. It was a similar story in Große Fleischergasse, where one car was on fire and four other cars were damaged by the heat.
Police pelted with stones
There was further action in the Bornaische Straße area. According to MDR reporters, there was an attempt at a spontaneous demonstration there at 11 pm, but it failed. Around 0:40 a.m., a trash bin as well as branches and wooden slats burned in the street. Several people blocked the tram with them. When the police tried to extinguish and remove the barricade, the officers were pelted with stones, according to reporters. A short time later, a squad of hundreds arrived with water cannons and evacuation tanks. According to the reports, the stone-throwers fled. An allegedly uninvolved drunk man who was warming his hands by the fire was arrested.

EN/ES/ The Greek Police and State are Murderers. Nikos Sampani, a Roma Youth, Shot Dead by Greek Police

22.10.2021 The police and the State assassinated Nikos Sampani, a Roma youth, and seriously injured another in a brutal racist shooting in Perama (Greece) with the complicity of the media which covered up the events.
Greece, Attica, Perama. Last night, October 22, 2021, yet another incident of extreme police violence and arbitrariness took place. A D.IAS team killed an 18 year old Roma youth and seriously injured another. The police chased a vehicle that failed to stop when signaled. The chase, which started from the Renti area, continued to Perama where the police did not hesitate to start shooting at the people in the car, who were unarmed, firing 38 bullets with 7 service weapons in a residential area. Inside the car, the 18-year-old was killed, the 16-year-old was wounded and evacuated, and the 15-year-old escaped.

Surveillance and Other Nuisances

From Counter-Surveillance Resource Center
An evaluation of the observation and surveillance of the three anarchists convicted in the so-called “Parkbank trial”.
In this text, we will try to summarize the observation and investigation measures around the “Parkbank trial”, and to clarify some points that might be important for people with a heightened interest in privacy.
It should be emphasized at the outset that everything is based on the cops’ files and our conclusions. The security apparatus is naturally reluctant to show its cards and, even in criminal proceedings, only discloses the parts of its reports that it believes are absolutely necessary. As expected, the release of the entire surveillance protocols, which was requested by the lawyers, was refused. Thus, our reports are also incomplete. Draw your own conclusions, but do not consider anything as established truth – we are telling a story here, which the cops have compiled in a file!

Lund, Sweden: Solidarity with imprisoned anarchists: arson attack on Shell trailers

We set on fire three large trailers of the British-Dutch corporation Shell at the gas station of the company in Lund (Sweden) in the night of August 27. The reason to take Shell as an aim for attack was Shell`s participation in the construction of the natural gas pipeline Nord Stream 2 as an investor. This action was carried out within the International Week of Solidarity With Anarchist Prisoners (August 23–30).
Nord Stream 2 belongs to the Russian State Corporation Gazprom and it is a strategic project of Putin’s regime. This gas pipeline will become a serious weapon in the hands of the dictatorship. Nevertheless, Shell and several more Western companies help the Russian state economically.

Athens,Greece: Text by Anarchist comrade Kostas K. concerning the new prosecution against him.

dna cooking up and hostage stories (or about another one of my prosecutions)

Let’s say we have a case file that eloquently includes:
– The Laboratory Expertise Report of the Department of Biological Material Analysis of 4-2-2009 on a number of seized items-evidence, after searching my home.
– The 23-10-2012 Laboratory Expertise Report of the Department of Biological Material Analysis for a series of seized items-evidence, following a search (again) at my home.

RBC Fucks Around, RBC Finds Out

Anonymous submission to MTL Counter-info
RBC finances the Coastal GasLink pipeline. On the night of Tuesday October 26, anarchists in Montreal coordinated some actions in solidarity with Wet’suwet’en land defenders. We smashed the windows at 5 RBC branches across the city, and used a fire-extinguisher filled with paint to vandalize the facade of another.
In the lead up to the Olympics on stolen Native land in 2010, rebels across so-called Canada attacked the sponsor RBC. Over a decade later, it is time to recreate this inspiring wave.
