Thessaloniki, Greece: Evicition of Biologica Squat and Call for Solidarity Week 10-17 January 2022
The state, cops and university lackies decided on 31/12/2021 to realize an eviction that has already been announced the previous months. After unofficial threats for an upcoming eviction of the Biologica squat during the previous years, in September a project agreement was signed and assigned to a contractor, with the aim of “remodeling” and “utilizing” the spaces on the ground floor of the Biology building were the squat used to be. In the plans, of course, they included the squatted area with the intention of demolishing the surrounding walls and turning it into a secretariat room and a waiting room. In New Year’s Eve as in the long gone 1992 – at that time they build the door of the squat – the university campus is surrounded by police forces while underground cops are moving towards the area of the squat. They invade our liberated ground and after conducting a thorough search, while destroying anything that was in the squat, they take pictures of their “grand” findings and they give the space to the workers to finish off the first stage of their plan, the demolition of the walls. After their intervention all of the ground floor appears to be vandalized. We never doubted the pure hate of the state, cops and university lackies towards liberated spaces.
Thessaloniki’s assembly of the Solidarity Fund for Imprisoned, Persecuted Revolutionaries found a home between these walls in 2016. During all these years the squat has been the starting point of struggles and solidarity actions for imprisoned and persecuted companions, both from the structure of the Solidarity Fund and from other groups and individuals with a central idea to resist the state and capitalist barbarism and stench and defend the prisoners of this war. Political and cultural events, book presentations and self-organized bookstores, screenings, collective kitchens and workshops, local and panhellenic assemblies, bars and concerts for the financial support of political prisoners or to cover court expenses … A few words cannot describe the political bonds, trust and companionship that developed within these walls that we found demolished. This demolition cannot destroy them, as they are our way of life and memories which are reflected in our every thought and action.
(A-Radio) Warsaw: The attack on the queer-feminist Syrena squat in the end of 2021
Dear all,
At the 5th of December 2021, the queer-feminist squat Syrena in Warschau was brutally attacked and evicted by a crowd connected to the neighbour squat, as a revenge for anti-patriarchal actions that were taken before. We spoke with two comrades from Syrena collective about what happened: The recent history of queer militancy against uprising homophobia and transphobia in Poland, the background of the conflict and the attack of the 5th, the material and political consequencenes of the incident, and how to support feminist and anti-centralist struggle within polish and global anarchist movement.

Italy – Restraints and deportations: cogs in the society of exclusion
06/12/2021
As we put the pieces together for this article, reality overtook the atrocities we were about to recount: Abdel Latif, a young man from Tunisia, was killed on 28 November, after three days in a state of mechanical restraint in Rome’s San Camillo hospital. State racism is rampant and what Abdel Latif saw of Italy was segregation in Lampedusa, imprisonment on a quarantine ship, detention in the deportation centre of Ponte Galeria in Rome, restraint in the psychiatric ward at the San Camillo.
Two of the imprisonments that led to Abdel Latif’s death have the Italian health system as a backdrop, for the rest there are the operators of humanitarian host organisations.
Recent mobilizations against psychiatric restraint offered us some reflections and we looked for information concerning the debate on mechanical restraint, a practice that the State declares it wants to abolish with a three-year implementation which should end in 2023. It must be noted that in institutional documents themselves, evaluations start off from data and notes dating back to 2001 and that from these analyses they come to “recommendations” and “suggestions” which since, 20 years on haven’t had any practical confirmation: people continue to die with violence.

Villeneuve-Saint-Georges (Val-de-Marne): Christmas in the spotlight for the municipal councillor
Villeneuve-Saint-Georges: the car of a deputy destroyed by an arson attack
27 December 2021
Nothing is going right in the municipal life of Villeneuve-Saint-Georges. A new elected official finds himself in turmoil. This time, the victim is the seventh deputy mayor, Naoual El Ouahta (SE), in charge of the Family, Social Cohesion, Women’s Rights and Family Life.
The evil spirits struck on Christmas Eve. On 24 December, at around 9.30pm, her car parked outside her home in a quiet street in Villeneuve was set on fire. Naoual El Ouahta was out. Her 18-year-old son was alone inside when he and some neighbours discovered the vehicle in flames. They immediately alerted the fire brigade, who managed to put out the fire before it spread. Caribbean island,Guadalupe: For the proletarian revolt in Guadalupe and Martinique against compulsory vaccination and the impoverishment of the working class
We receive and publish with pleasure this translation of an article written by Greek comrades and available on the blog https://againstbiopowerandconfinement.noblogs.org/. A comrade living in Martinique tells us that the situation in the Caribbean island has for now normalized after the French State took a few steps back. Strikes and mass protests against compulsory vaccination and the green pass are happening throughout New Caledonia instead (we’ll talk about it soon).
For the proletarian revolt in Guadalupe and Martinique against compulsory vaccination and the impoverishment of the working class
Compulsory vaccination for health workers and the fire brigade was introduced in the French State territories belonging to the Caribbean Antilles (see Guadalupe and Martinique) on 13th September, as in the rest of France. The policy of the green pass was implemented at the beginning of August and along with mobilizations in the mainland, already on 17th July widespread mobilizations started in Guadalupe following Macron’s first relevant announcements [1]. From early movements of the military that seemed to prefigure it, the outbreak of the revolt was caused by a general strike of 48 hours called by unions in Martinique on 1st-2nd September and a general strike of 24 hours in Guadalupe on 9th September, in anticipation of 13th September.
Paris, France : Solidarity with Francisco ! by Anarchists
5 January 2021
Prison hovers permanently like a dark cloud over the lives of those who do not want to resign themselves to this world of authority and exploitation. It crushes the lives of so many people whom the State considers useless or dangerous.
We carry in our hearts the names, words and deeds of our imprisoned comrades around the world.
Among them is Franscisco Solar, a Chilean anarchist who recently took responsibility with strength and dignity for the explosive devices that shattered the illusion of security so dear to the cops, the politicians and the rich. So that fear finally changes sides.
Despite the distance and the walls, we wanted to send him a message of solidarity.
And so in the night of 24 to 25 December we set fire to a vehicle of prison builders Eiffage, and another with a diplomatic plate, in rue Courat in Paris.
Courage comrade ! The anarchists don’t forget you!
A thought also to Toby, comrade imprisoned in England.
Fire to the prisons, to the companies that build them and the world that needs them.
Solidarity means attack.

Italy – The international is happening at night… reading and discussion of the book “Which international?” (Spoleto, 7/1/2022)
THE INTERNATIONAL IS HAPPENING AT NIGHT…
Friday 7th January 2022
5pm: Reading and discussion of the book “Which international?” by Alfredo Cospito and many others (Edizioni Monte Bove, 2021)
«Left-wing unions and parties no longer function. Their role as fire-extinguishers has been replaced by weapons of mass distraction such as racism and patriotism. But for how long? The popular sovereignist madness is weakening parliamentary democracy, undermining it from the foundations. This sort of “populism” is producing contrasting and irrational pulsions which are difficult to manage for those who unleashed them. Today the possibility that our action can open up a crack is becoming real» (Alfredo Cospito, “Vetriolo”, issue 3, February 2019).

Milan, Italy – Bomb against Unicredit
The clamour of revolt shattered the silence of a freezing winter night. Anarchist violence was unleashed against Unicredit, exploding in the night against one of its Milan branches in the neighbourhood of Barona. An explosive device placed on the threshold of the institute destroyed the entrance and adjacent cash machines.
The bank giant, chaired by ex-minister of the economy Padoan, is the second most important bank in Italy and can be found in eighteen countries. It has been financing exports of arms and military systems for years, and among its shareholders is Black Rock, a world leader in investment funds. In a world where banks have the power to determine market trends and people’s lives, direct attack on these structures is one of the best weapons of struggle.
Genoa, Italy – Claim for an incendiary attack on a high voltage pylon
In the night of christmas eve, tired of the artificial panorama of a city ready to celebrate on the capitalist sleigh, we decided to contribute to the illuminations by lighting up a Terna high voltage pylon with cans of petrol. Our little nocturnal present succeeded, illuminating the grey sky with dazzling flashes and some dull thuds.
As for today we don’t know how much actual damage was caused, but we do know that Terna might have to add our christmas pylon to its endless list of maintenance, improvements and adjustments which it is set to do over almost 75,000 km of Italian network.
Obviously the hope was, remains and will remain that of definitively turning off the system of energy supply, the beating heart of this sick world of consumerism and opulence, devastation, wars and death.
