EN/ES: SOLIDARITY WITH THE REPRESSED ANARCHISTS! FIRE TO THE BANKS AND LONG LIVE ANARCHY!(Spain)
On October 29th, 2018 two anarchist comrades from Madrid were arrested accused of a fire sabotage to a Bankia ATM on April 13th of the same year. They have recently received the news that their trial has been dated for April 7, 2022.
The Prosecutor’s Office together with Bankia and Mapfre (the bank’s insurer) are asking for 3 years for Damages and 17,000 euros in Civil Liability. In the police statement, the fact is related to a statement uploaded to counterinformation websites in which the action was vindicated in solidarity with Lisa, sentenced to 7 years (now in third degree) for a bank robbery in Aachen (Germany). They also say that the comrades are recognized anarchists, mentioning identifications at rallies, poster-attachments or arrests in evictions. All this rhetoric is used to justify the ideological aggravant since the comrades, being anarchists, hate the banks, and Bankia in this case would be a victim of this “ideological hatred”.

Gender violence is not just a fact. It is the constantly imposed normality of patriarchal suffocation. Daily femicides, countless rapes and abuses, insulting and ironic comments, questioning and bullying. And when these things receive the divine blessing of the civilized obscurantism that the church is reaping, uncompromising rage takes shape, takes to the streets and seeks a voice. Revolutionary violence is taking responsibility.
On 21/01, yet another piece is added to the puzzle of the cultural rot that dominates social and political life. A 37-year-old priest child rapist is accused of systematic indecency against an 11-year-old girl who attended the catechism of the religious pack of pimps in Patisia(Area of Athens). Sadness, disgust, anger but above all responsibility. Responsibility not to bury yet another incident of so many repulsive events that make up the stench of the sacred mafia. Responsibility to leave nothing unanswered. And responsibility, if not translated into action, is lost in the maelstrom between acceptance and resignation.
Greece: Letter of Panos Kalaitzis from Korydallos Prison
Letter of Panos Kalaitzis
On Tuesday 08/02 at 19.00 I was arrested by the anti-terrorist squad outside my comrade’s house in Ano Polis. The reason for my indictment was the arrest that same morning of Thanos Xatziagkelou and Georgia Voulgari accused of placing an incendiary device in the Foundation for National and Religious Reflection. I was taken to the General Police Directorate of Thessaloniki, where hours later I was informed of my arrest on felony charges and membership of the Anarchist Action organization. I remained in custody for two days in the basements of the GADTH, on Friday 11/02 I passed through the interrogator and the prosecutor where I was notified of my pre-trial detention.
Being now in the throes of a comic process that is taking place against me, I declare myself unequivocally and categorically innocent of all the charges against me. I am currently in custody without a shred of evidence linking me to any participation in the charges against me, without a single mention of my name in the statements of the anti-terrorist police in connection with the activities of the organisation. The only attempted connection is through the house I rented next to the shop I ran with my associates as well as next to my comrade’s house (where I actually lived), which I reserved as a quarantine and recovery space from covid-19. Greece Thessaloniki : Text of the two hostages comrades from the Thessaloniki Police HQ cells EN/IT
When the state of exception is legitimized around you, then you stand up, you take deep breaths because they are even timing the air, to go on to the end. Until victory.
In the early morning hours of Tuesday 8/2, armed forces of the SWAT (EKAM) and anti-terrorist squads storm a house at 12 Alkinoou Street in the Upper City (Άνω Πόλη) and arrest us. This was preceded by the arson of the IETP (Foundation for National and Religious Reflection), an action for which we have not abdicated responsibility from the first moment to the extent that each of us is responsible. With hoods on our faces and chains on our hands we were kept for 28 hours in isolation in the offices of the anti-terrorist police and then we met the first comradely glances in the courts. Chained between people with no faces, with our heads held high and smiles brimming with pride for what we are, for what they are persecuting us for.

I HATE YOU IN ALL THE LANGUAGES OF THE WORLD
Call for an international mobilization on 25th April and 1st May
Over the past twenty years there has been a distancing from revolutionary ideas: even comrades have stopped believing that their thoughts have the possibility and ability to go beyond. On the contrary, revolutionary ideas are more necessary than ever at the present time.
To stop struggling, believing in the possibility of “winning”, i.e. of really destroying society and disrupting a history that is swiftly veering towards catastrophe – health, ecological, military catastrophe – has made the oppressed weaker, allowing the bosses to take an authoritarian turn in the management of society. This bitter truth has been more evident than ever in recent years, in a continuum which expressed itself – in the past two years alone – in massacres in jails in March 2020, in factories kept open by ferocious pressure from Confindustria while individuals were locked up at home, in an economic recovery which cared about no one, as dramatically proved by deaths at workplaces, massacres for profit such as that in Stresa, attacks and murders outside the gates of warehouses whose workers were on strike (and the list is endless). It is precisely the absence of a concrete revolutionary horizon that is allowing the bosses to sleep peacefully, authorizing them to demand more and more.

Nantes: Against the far right, against the state and capital
L’Obs / Saturday 22 January 2022
Two people were arrested, one of whom was taken into custody, following incidents on the sidelines of an “antifa” demonstration that brought together more than 600 people in downtown Nantes on Friday 21 January, police sources said.
A torchlight march started at around 7pm, gathering around 600 people “against fascism, capitalism, authoritarianism”, with smoke and fireworks.
The protesters chanted “Down with the state, the cops and the fascists”, according to videos posted on Twitter.
The window of a Zara shop was smashed and the front of a Monoprix was damaged, according to a police source. Projectiles were thrown at the police, who responded by firing tear gas.

Hambach forest (Germany): 4 flat tyres for an engie vehicle
Thursday 20 January 2022
Next to the Hambach forest and the gigantic coal mine that almost completely destroyed it, 4 tyres were punctured of an engie vehicle, a French multinational in charge of nuclear, gas and oil energy. All these fossil resources are used in parallel with “renewable” energy (wind, solar) which are not because they use fossil resources to be created and destroy the areas and populations from which they are drawn. They only add to the growing energy demand of this sick and self-destructive world.
It is possible to see this absurdity here, this coal pit of several kilometres, next to windmills, nuclear power stations, solar farms…
It is more than urgent to put a stop to it. To do nothing knowingly is to collaborate. Continue reading Hambach forest (Germany): 4 flat tyres for an engie vehicle

Paris and elsewhere: Let’s destroy the cameras
Year after year, the state is developing its equipment and methods of generalized surveillance. The process of gentrification and gentrification of the population that accompanies the Greater Paris project, the 2024 Olympic Games, the famous “feeling of insecurity”, are all reasons and pretexts for the implementation of new security devices, in the Paris suburbs, but not exclusively. It’s not news that the state is keeping tabs on us, managing us, and spying on our lives with ever more sophisticated, intrusive and effective means. Its dirty cameras film us in the streets, in squares, in shops, in transport, elevators, intercoms, smartphones, drones, at toll booths, etc.
In the name of the unbearable security of all, of social peace and the common good, which we do not want. This security is always the reduction of life, restricted to pacify us in the machine of capitalist production. Surveillance, as a tool of control, poses in its acceptance or refusal the question of life. Let’s fight against this dull and bland existence, without any subversion of normality, without any of our own initiative to set things in motion, without any perspective of a global collective emancipation. Cameras, and surveillance in general, restrict our desires. We tell ourselves that there is no point in stealing a safe-deposit box, burning a car or breaking a window because we will be spotted.

Turin, Italy – On the trial for the demo that followed the eviction of Asilo (and on operation “Scintilla”)
On 31st January 2022 the court of Turin delivered the sentence, concluding the first grade of the trial concerning the demo of 9th February 2019, two days after the eviction of Asilo in via Alessandria and the start of operation Scintilla, which led to the arrest of 6 comrades, while another comrade managed to escape the claws of the State and be on the run for over a year.
The eviction marked the closure of a place of meeting, organization and above all struggle, which over the years had defied a normality of repression, control and war on the poor, by opposing evictions, raids, repatriation centres and jails.
URUGUAY : POSTSCRIPT TO “CRITICAL PERSPECTIVES ON URUGUAYAN PRISONS”.
POSTSCRIPT TO “CRITICAL PERSPECTIVES ON URUGUAYAN PRISONS”.
Months ago we published a text calling for a vision that would critically analyze the state of overcrowding and violence inside Uruguayan prisons and the style of “communication” by the official media. The final conclusion we wanted to reach was that the
violence inherent to life within the state and capitalist systems needs prison and injustice to legitimize itself and subsist; that crime and prison is a product of inequality and the treatment is in and of itself dehumanizing, in the way we have to live our lives in society and much more so inside the prisons. It is urgent to take collective action to change our reality and never again to exercise this type of violence used by the state and capitalism.
We want to take this opportunity to correct a mistake we made at the time of producing the text and that we cannot let pass by, firstly to not fall into the trap of authoritarian language that is crystallized in the imaginary of everyday life, and secondly, in pursuit of intellectual honesty. With this postscript, we also wish to offer a first approach to a critical position on the concept of rehabilitation.

Spain: Legal developments since last public statement on Gabriel Pomba Da Silva (April 2021)
With this communiqué we want to inform about the current legal situation that continues to prevent the release of our anarchist comrade, despite the fact that 2 years have passed since his arrest (we remember illegal). It is evident the will of the executioners in robes to continue kidnapping Gabriel. With any means that their (almost) unlimited powers allow them, they abuse demonstrating their will to continue turning time into a weapon.
The sadness of the legal message (which we use in a synthetic and cold way) becomes strength knowing that our comrade is in very good health and spirits, despite this situation, and despite the discriminatory treatment he has been suffering for months after having refused the anti-Covid “vaccine” (he is not allowed to have vis-a-vis and can only receive visits by telephone). As always, he is investing his time (in his hands, as in ours, time can also become a weapon) reading books, receiving and writing letters, dedicating himself to translations and physical exercises and to freedom projects that we hope will materialize as soon as possible. The communication interception has been retroactively annulled (before last summer the Provincial Court, with a firm sentence, established the “non-dangerousness of the inmate”). Wallmapu: Conviction against those who attacked police
After the repression of a Mapuche march in August 2020 in the city of Temuco, skirmishes spread throughout the city. It was just at that moment that a lone policeman received a well-deserved beating, leaving him with a fractured jaw and collarbone, leaving a beautiful image that went viral.
Following surveillance cameras and eyewitnesses, OS-9 personnel managed to arrest three people who had participated in the attack.
