On the night of May 13, we set fire to the car of the son of Christopher Gröner, billionaire and boss of the real estate company CG-Gruppe. We don’t need to write more about Christopher Gröner. He is a disgusting millionaire who makes his profits from real estate and speculation and shamelessly exposes his wealth, which is based on the exploitation of others (see hXXps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Y2WxM2Srlc). In Berlin, his lobbying work consists, among other things, of installing the Christmas lights on the Ku’damm every year, where all his buddies have their offices.
CG-Junior’s profession is to be a daddy’s boy and to live in the Berlin district of Moabit, at the expense and with the help of his ugly father. The CG group had first woven its plots in Leipzig and was now trying to do it again in Berlin. The son’s car was recognizable among other things by its Leipzig license plate, followed by the personalized code of the CG company. We don’t want the CG group in Berlin either.
So concretely, we used fire to expropriate his private car and joined the “expropriate Deutsche Wohnen” conference which took place shortly afterwards. We know that the expropriation of housing from below can only happen if we no longer pay rent. We are part of this “bottom”, of this tenants’ movement, of these social struggles. But until a rent strike takes place, we can burn, break and destroy the beautiful things that all the rich landlords buy with our money. With our action we want to show concrete possibilities to fuel the conflict, as well as to show our common strength.
At the same time, we are very sorry that other cars have been affected. Our goal is that this does not happen.
Let’s confront the real estate speculators openly and drive them out of this city.

Russia: incendiary attacks continue on registration offices

Shchelkovsky (Moscow)
On May 18, two molotovs flew inside the military commissariat in Shchelkovsky, near Moscow. Both offices were damaged by the flames, including the archives of the military registration and enlistment office
Volgograd
On May 15, unknown individuals targeted the military registration office in Volgograd. At least one “molotov” flew into the basement of a recruitment center, where a fire broke out consuming the 20 square meter room. No one was arrested.
Pronsk (Ryazan)
Barely an hour later, a message arrived about a fire in the door and window frame of the military registration and enlistment office in the village of Pronsk, Ryazan region. No one was arrested.
Gukovo (Rostov)
On May 13, at about 2:00 a.m., an attempt was made to set fire to the military registration and enlistment office in Gukovo, near Rostov. A flaming molotov hit the wall of the building. According to the state media, the perpetrator “disappeared in an unknown direction”.
Military registration offices in the northern Khanty-Mansi region and in the southern Volgodonsk region were also attacked. (Moscow Times)

Hamburg (Germany): chance has found the right cable

An embankment fire hit the right cable in the middle of the city: since Thursday evening, May 12, long-distance train traffic, and more precisely that of several lines of the German high-speed train (called ICE), has been disrupted, especially between Hamburg and Berlin, where almost nothing works. Disruptions are expected at least until Sunday, May 15 included.
The cable fire occurred near the Sternschanze station in Hamburg, on the connecting line that runs from Altona to the central station via Diebsteich, Sternschanze and Dammtor. It is one of the busiest lines in Germany. The cause of the fire is still unknown, but the police do not assume at this time that it was an external intervention. The company explained that all communication between the signal boxes passed through the affected cable, since it is through it that all signals of the switches are controlled. According to the railroad spokeswoman, it is a 1,000-conductor copper cable that would be very difficult to repair. The extensive repair work is still going on.

Omsk & Cherepovets (Russia): two new recruitement offices hit with molotovs

After the offices in Nizhnevartovsk, Zubova Polyana, Voronezh, Sverdlovsk, Ivanovo and Lukhovitsy (Moscow), two new military recruitment offices have been burned with molotovs in Omsk and Cherepovets. These are the seventh and eighth of their kind to suffer the same fate in Russia since the invasion of Ukraine.

Omsk (Siberia), May 13, 2022

On the night of May 13, 2022 in Omsk, Siberia, unknown individuals threw several molotovs through the windows of the Central District military registration and enlistment office at 74 Pushkin Street. At least two windows were broken. One of the premises of the military registration and enlistment office caught fire and an area of 30 square meters burned. It is also reported that “some archive documents were damaged”.
Cherepovets (Vologda), May 8, 2022
On the night of May 8, 2022 in Cherepovets (Vologda), two unknown individuals set fire to and threw several Molotov bottles against the windows of the military registration and enrollment office. The office is located on the first floor of an administrative building at 118 Krasnodontsev Street. In the video that is circulating, one person throws the molotovs, while the second keeps watch. The fire damaged two window frames and blackened the facade of the building.
Let’s hope that the partisans remain free and that all military registration and enlistment offices are burned to the ground!

The Marxian religion was imposed in Russia by blood and fire with the Bolshevik coup d’état. Vladimir Ilich Ulyanov (alias Lenin) would be in charge of canonizing the dogma -glorifying its metaphysical character with ontological and metahistorical pretensions- and implementing it as a disciplinary instrument and tool of domination. As could not be otherwise, the institutional faith produced its high priests who, in the end, would turn out to be “more papist than the Pope”; reaching its dogmatic paroxysm with the rise of Soviet orthodoxy after 1930 and the development of the schools affiliated with Stalinism (read: most of the Marxian currents that were implanted in the so-called Third World). Aggiornamenti sull’udienza di cassazione per il processo Scripta Manent e trasferimento dell’anarchico Alfredo Cospito dal carcere di Terni a quello di Sassari (25.05.2022)

Si è tenuta oggi, 25 maggio, l’udienza di cassazione del processo Scripta Manent. Il procuratore generale si è espresso per il rigetto di tutte le richieste (di accusa e difese) ad eccezione del reato di strage, per il quale ha chiesto un rinvio in corte d’appello per la riqualificazione da “strage comune” a “strage politica”. L’udienza è stata aggiornata al 27 giugno per le ultime arringhe difensive e la sentenza definitiva.

Nel frattempo, sempre oggi, è giunta la notizia del trasferimento di Alfredo nel carcere di Bancali a Sassari. Come è noto per Alfredo è stato disposto il regime detentivo del 41 bis.

Update on the cassation hearing for the Scripta Manent trial and transfer of anarchist Alfredo Cospito from Terni prison to that of Sassari (Italy, May 25, 2022)

The cassation hearing of the Scripta Manent trial was held today, May 25, in Rome. The attorney general argued for the rejection of all the requests (of the prosecution and the defence) with the exception of the crime of massacre, for which he requested a referral to the court of appeal for the requalification from ‘common massacre’ to ‘political massacre’. The hearing was adjourned to June 27 for the last defence arguments and the final verdict.

Meanwhile, also today, Alfredo Cospito was transferred to Bancali prison, located near Sassari (in Sardinia). As is known, the 41 bis prison regime (the most restrictive penitentiary regime in Italian prisons) was ordered for the comrade, with a measure effective from May 5.

Italy – Updates on the trial for operation ”Bialystok”

The first-instance trial begun following the repressive operation dubbed “Bialystok”, which kicked off on 12th June 2020 at the hands of the Carabinieri ROS, is finally coming to an end. On 5th May the prosecution indictment took place in the courtrooms of the judicial city of Rome, where the public prosecutor and civil parties clarified their conclusions on what had emerged during the preliminary phase and submitted their requests for sentencing. As evidence of the scant solidity of the whole accusatory framework, prosecutor Francesco Dall’Olio distinguished himself with a not in any way aggressive summing-up, with jocular and even condescending tones concerning all parties involved, as though he wanted to ingratiate himself with the public, shirking his responsibilities in this repressive story as a puppet on the payroll of the ROS, deferring himself to the ultimate judgment of the court.

In the requests for sentencing the prosecution took into account considerations expressed by the two Cassations requested by some of those on trial during the remand phase, which had declared the inconsistency of the charges of subversive association for the purposes of terrorism and/or subversion of the democratic order (art. 270 bis of the penal code). The public prosecutor therefore opted for a reduction to article 270 (subversive association), abandoning the hypothesis of purposes of terrorism. Consequently, for the charge of incitement to commit acts against the State and institutions (Art. 302) it was also requested that it be reduced to incitement to commit crimes (Art. 414).
