After raiding several anarchists’ apartments in Munich in a §129 case a little over a month ago [Note of Sans Nom:”creation of a criminal organization”], as well as the Frevel anarchist library and a print shop*, the cops are continuing their repressive efforts.
Obviously, the theft of an entire print shop was not enough for them, since they also put pressure on the landlord of the Frevel library and succeeded in intimidating him into terminating the lease, so that the library will lose its premises at the end of the notice period, i.e. in early December. In this umpteenth hearing in videoconference and after many requests, all denied, to appear and attend in person and not in absence to all the hearings of the trial that sees me charged, for the heavy and infamous accusation of massacre, I have to face the issue of videoconferencing, which enters, or to be more precise, was entering, in the infamous logic of the differentiation of the penitentiary circuits, in which the individual prisoner and accused is demonized and dehumanized by the said “considerable social dangerousness”. And I said that I was entering, because the videoconference, the trial in absentia, has been extended to all the prisoners in Italian prisons, who have been left without a real defense and with the marginalization that all this implies for all the defendants who suffer this imposition, through a liberticidal dynamic of the umpteenth emergency, this time for the Covid-19 emergency, which then became law. It is known, it is already evident and unmasked – and I am not only talking about the contradiction of this problem especially, or of one law or another – how the specific problem of the videoconference has reduced the defense to be a farce, annulling in fact the defendant within the trial.
This court will probably say that this has nothing to do with the trial taking place today.
But I believe it does, and what is more, I believe it is a fundamental issue. I am talking about the contradiction that the States possess by their own systemic nature, the fundamental problem is the disintegration and degeneration that dresses itself as emergentialism, and has the objective of breaking and directing the consolidated and ordinary legality at will, transforming it into another legality. We see it with the same dynamics of the perpetual emergency, and the specific plan of the videoconference is only an example of how the systemic authoritarianism liberticidal system expands in a capillary way. It is the exception, the emergency of today, that forges the law of tomorrow, reducing it more and more. The trials by videoconference, that is, in absentia, have been established by the continuous emergencies within the said social dangerousness, which is already the norm, such as the trial by videoconference for all the prisoners in Italian prisons. And it is not that this does not have repercussions on the real conditions of the entire trial, since it hinders the management of a real defense of the accused, creating a contradiction with what your own democratic and bourgeois law argues.

On 8/4 and 19/5 we chose to attack two branches of the multinational company Lidl. These targets were not chosen at random. A few months before, in an attempt by an elderly woman to squeeze, without paying the price of products for her living, she was bullied by security guards – protectors of the bosses’ profits. In a period of constant impoverishment of the lower classes of the population, and over-inflation of the bosses’ profits, the class gap seems to be constantly blurring. The poor are getting poorer and the rich are getting richer.
The steady decline in wages and the simultaneous increase in the cost of living (food, electricity, rent, fuel) leave us with no other answer than to attack the devaluation of our lives.

It’s been 13 years since our comrade Mauricio Morales, el punky, left life on earth in the midst of an offensive he was waging with courage and will against the bastard executioners of the school of screws [in Chile, the gendarmería is the body of prison guards, T.N.]. Unfortunately, the explosive device he was carrying went off sooner than expected, with consequences that many already know. A hug to the punky and his actions from the depths of our irreducible spirit, as we find ourselves with him on different fronts: against prisons, kapital, speciesism and civilization.
It is on this last front, in response to the call in memory of the punky during this month of Black May, that we have decided to attack a telecommunications antenna of the company Entel, located on a hill in the municipality of Puente Alto, in the capital of the territory dominated by the Chilean State. We share words that come to us from Buenos Aires, Argentina, in response to the repressive blow against comrades, allegedly suspected of participating in the attack on the newspaper last November.
This system needs to hide the disastrous consequences of its progress through control, persecution and institutionalized violence, silencing the voices of those who dare to confront it.
The prisons are overflowing with the displaced and rebels but neither the murdered nor the disappeared are of interest to them while the power game continues to dominate.
We are neither innocent nor guilty.
Our freedom is built in every gesture of solidarity and confrontation against what oppresses us.
We will not be bastard children of the communities’ memory.
We assume our responsibility as part of the continuity of struggle for total liberation.

Pt 2: LETTER FROM COMRADES IMPRISONED FOR THE ATTACK ON ¨CLARÍN¨
On November 22, 2021, a noise demo was carried out in the vicinity of the Clarín newspaper, an exploitative, surveiling and manipulative media outlet. While in reality this resulted in a stained sidewalk, the newspaper took advantage of the event to victimize itself, backed up by the entire political class from the electoralist left to the conservative right, calling the action an act of terrorism. But this is not new. Clarín uses the language of power to manipulate social opinion. Let us not forget that this same media outlet acted as the support and legitimizing arm of the last military-civic-ecclesiastical dictatorship, benefitting from the genocidal regime of which our families, like so many others, are victims and for which it has never been and will never be judged, much less convicted. SOLIDARITY WITH JUAN, AGAINST THE STATE AND ITS TORTURERS
On 11th June another hearing of the trial against Juan Sorroche will take place at the court of Treviso; Juan is an anarchist comrade accused of placing two devices near the premises of the League in Villorba (Treviso) in August 2018, and for this he was put on trial by the Italian State for “attack with purposes of terrorism” and “massacre”.
The State that talks about massacre is the same that at the time, thanks to the work of some of its best servants such as the Democratic Party and the League, began to finance Libyan mercenaries and coast guards in order to lock up hundreds of thousands of men and women fleeing wars and famine in concentration camps in the middle of the desert, the same that was causing death by drowning for thousands of them in the Mediterranean sea, preventing them from being succoured and the same that was chasing back many hundreds in the so-called Balkan route. Inside its national borders it was inaugurating the latest version of concentration camps for undocumented people, the CPRs, places of torture and death, such as that in Gradisca d’Isonzo.
