Several “malicious acts” have caused disruptions this Tuesday, March 28 on the SNCF network. The TER lines Amiens-Creil and Amiens-Arras suffered delays, between 5 am and 7 am, before traffic resumed normally despite some residual delays until mid-day.

Mapuche Political Prisoners of Lebu, Angol, and Temuco in Solidarity with Temucuicui and Pilmaiken Against Escalated Government Repression

Mapuche political prisoners of the Lebu, Angol, and Temuco prisons issue communiques demonstrating their solidarity and concern faced with the events that represent escalated repression against communities in resistence by the current government.
They also mention the three Mapuche political prisoners in the Angol prison – Palacios Cañuta, Simón Huenchullan Millanao and Jorge Palacios Cañuta, who have been on hunger strike since February 27 for their transfer to CET (Study and Work Center) in Victoria. From Lebu they say they are alert to this situation and do not rule out the possibility of mobilizations.
At the same time they call for the communities in resistence and Mapuche autonomist movement to strengthen themselves in the face of what is a clear persecution on the part of the current social democratic government and in conjunction with sectors of the ultra-right and those which are historically anti-Mapuche. The repressive policies are deepening in order to ensure extractive capitalist investments in Wallmapu (the great Mapuche territory).

Vehicles of the prison administration vandalized at the detention center

This Tuesday, in the beginning of evening, three unmarked vehicles of the prison administration of Roanne were degraded. They were parked at the bottom of the parking lot of the detention center of Roanne reserved for the personnel, accessible by an automatic metal gate and surrounded by a fence.
Prison staff chased off two individuals dressed in black, one of whom tried to set fire to a vehicle. The latter fled in the direction of the canal before the arrival of police officers. This Tuesday, at 8:30 pm, police officers were present at the scene to make observations.

FIRE TO 41 BIS AND ALL FORMS OF INCARCERATION
Alfredo Cospito is an anarchist who has always been active in the frontline of struggles. He was never willing to compromise nor to give up. He is a comrade who has been fighting since the end of the 80’s, a period during which he was imprisoned as a total conscientious objector (for refusing to serve mandatory military services).
Alfredo has always been active in defending comrades affected by repression, in every corner of the world. He has been contributing for many years with articles, editorial projects and proposals to the international anarchist discussion/debate. For this reason, he has been censored many times and his communication with the “outside world” has been forbidden. He has been in prison for 10 years (since 2012), during which he was in High Security prison sectors until he was transferred to 41bis inMay 2022, from Terni prison to Bankali prison in Sassari.
The 41bis prison regime entails 24/7 electronic surveillance, 1 person per cell of 2×3 meters, 1 hour per day for socializing in a group of 4 people (the seperation into these groups is decided directly by the bureaucrats in Rome and is valid for several months), 1 visit per month of 1 hour with no physical contact, separation with glass divider, under electronic surveillance, with audio and video recording (only if the family members are unable to visit, a monthly 10-minute phone call is allowed as an alternative, but to do so, the prisoner’s family member must go to a police station or in some prison), no physical contact, censorship and control of written material, presence at court only through video-conferences.

Venice: appeal sentence for Anarchist comrade Juan
We’re making it known that on March 28 our Juanito, sentenced to 28 years’ prison in first grade for an action against the premises of the League of Villorba (TV) in 2018, had his sentence reduced to 14 years and 10 months by the appeal court of Venice.
Nevertheless this is still a very high sentence for an action which – beyond the intentions of the anonymous attackers – caused neither dead nor wounded.

Necessary Words: After 15 Years in Prison

I have been in prison for 15 uninterrupted years. 22 months in Patagonia, territory occupied by the Argentine state where I was detained and the other 13 years and 2 months in the maximum and high security sections of Santiago and Rancagua where I write these words today.
Necessary words as an unequivocal reference of the passage of time and its implications.
As an inescapable trace of a memory oiled with the gasoline that has ignited thousands of barricades and implacable fires demanding the release of anarchist and subversive prisoners through the years of struggle and resistance inside Chilean prisons.
For 15 years, I have been living in high and maximum security confinement regimes in which sensory deprivation tends to be normalized along with the hostilities of the environment, the structure and the whole internal order of the daily life of prison. The goal is to break your will and make you a citizen prisoner, respectful of all its repressive and authoritarian internal order built to break the indomitable spirit of those of us who walk with our heads held up, dignified and without fear within the prison reality through which we have had to pass.

Temucuicui – On Recent Police Repression in Our Territory

Public declaration on recent occurances of police repression in our territory.
Autonomous mapuche community Temucuicui, declare the following before local, national and international public opinion:
1. Yesterday afternoon, March 3, 2023, the special forces of the carabineros launched a brutal intervention, using different weapons indiscriminently against our weichafe who resisted the military police incursion with only lances and witruwe (1), and gravely wounding weichafe Hugo Queipul (son of lonko Victor Queipul). They shot directly at our peñi with steel pellets, causing internal bleeding and compromising his stomach and lung, a serious clinical situation for which he is hospitalized in the intensive care unit, and will require surgery for the wounds tomorrow at Victoria hospital. We must remember that these are the very same steel pellets that took the life of our weichafe Alex Lemun in 2002, in addition to being a prohibited type of ammunition in the acting protocols of public order control. It should also be mentioned that an 11 year old minor in the community was also wounded by pellets in various parts of his body, and also needed to go to the doctor’s office in Ercilla. There are also others who were wounded in the community who refuse to go to a clinic out of fear of being arrested.

Porto Alegre: Protest at the Italian Consulate in Solidarity with Alfredo Cospito
Actions in solidarity with comrade Alfredo Cospito have not been absent in the territory in conflict with the brazilian state.
The consulates of Belo Horizonte and São Paulo were visited (1). Posters were pasted up in the cities of Porto Alegre and São Paulo, the consulate in Porto Alegre was attacked with burning oil this past December (2).
March 1, 2023, at 11am, in response to the call for agitation for Alfredo, we went to the Italian consulate in Porto Alegre in a fleeting and surprising protest with pamphlets, incendiary devices and banners. We didn’t go to ask for anything, but to demonstrate our hatred of states, prisons and the societies that support them, as well as expressing our deep and complicit solidarity with comrade Alfredo Cospito. His hunger strike of more than 130 days is a fight to the death against isolation in italian prison (41bis), a struggle that is more than dignified (3).
Any gesture will seem small in contrast… but apathy will never be our comrade!

A DEMONSTRATION RALLY OF SOLIDARITY AND COUNTER-INFORMATION IN THE STATE NARRATIVE THAT WANTS OUR COMRADES BEHIND BARS
On 14/11/21 our comrades Fotis D. and Jason (Iasonas) R. did not stop at a checkpoint carried out by a DIAS team in the area of N. Faliro. Immediately afterwards a pursuit started against them by a vehicle without crossbars, which rammed them on the move risking fatal injury, then they were taken to the G.A.D.A central police headquarters in Athens . There, after compulsory fingerprinting and DNA sampling, they were charged with the attack on the Piraeus traffic police earlier that evening. With invalid evidence, namely, the spreading of false news, since they talked about a house-den and an explosives manufacturing plant, inaccurate statements of cops, which constantly fell into contradictions, it was decided to remand them in custody.
Nearly a year after the arrest of F.D. and I.R., with no trial date set and the case file still open, the investigator had room to implicate more people. On the morning of Tuesday 20/9/21 , State security cops, accompanied by a prosecutor, raided the house of comrades Panagiotis B. and Lambros B. After they were given a summons to appear for the case of the attack on the Piraeus Traffic Police, a house search was conducted, where personal belongings were seized. The comrades were arrested, detained at the GADA and subsequently released.
On 6/10/21, after interrogation in the Piraeus courts, they were remanded in custody once again on the pretext of criminalizing their comradeship and friendly relations with the already remanded for the same case, F.D. and I.R. Despite the many means at the disposal of the E.L.AS, (Greek police) having imprisonment and convictions as their aim, it resorts to the classic method of creating evidence. In particular, they choose to ‘identify’ (through video footage), simple and everyday clothing (for example, ‘cargo pants’). Our comrades are confronted with the following charges:
