Stecco sentenced to 3 years and 6 months’ prison

Yesterday 21/3/25, in the court of Trento the first grade trial took place against our friend and comrade Stecco, accused of having supported the friend and comrade Juan while he was in hiding and of having falsified identity documents. In a summary trial Stecco was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months’ prison (even more than that requested by the Prosecution).

This sentence seems very much like a warning: whoever helps fugitives and anyone on the run, will pay dearly. Yesterday’s sentence matches the truly impressive deployment of men and means that led to Stecco’s arrest. On this last point, as seen from the files of operation “Diana”, a synthesis emerges of what it would be useful for comrades to know concerning the enemy’s weaponry.

A gathering in solidarity with Juan and Stecco took place outside the court, in particular against obligatory video conference yet again.

On February 15, anarchist comrade Salvatore Vespertino (Ghespe), who had been a fugitive for the last 2 years or so, was arrested in Madrid. According to the regime, his arrest was the result of cooperation between the authorities of various countries, including Greece.

After the hard won battle of getting Marius Mason transferred to a men’s prison the increasingly transphobic state in the so called USA have decided to return him to a woman’s prison.

Marius still has just under two years to serve. An eco, animal lib minded anarchist sentenced with terrorist changes for his involvement in property damage against ecocidal companies. His arrest was part of what’s now known as the ‘green scare’.

The following dossier contains descriptions of all Joint Munitions Command production, storage, and distribution facilities from the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant to the east coast. It does not include dedicated JMC demilitarization facilities.

Each document is a guide to the facility location, its purpose, its function and known links within military and civilian arms manufacture, and its connection to this wider network via military-designated strategic rail (STRACNET). These facilities are not wholly dependent on rail for shipping, but the nature of the military equipment they produce guarantees that much of it must move by rail between manufacturing locations and to east coast ports for transport to Israel or supporting US installations and vessels in the region.

Torturer state as the existence of the prison regime of 41 bis under which is locked up, also, the anarchist comrade Alfredo Cospito. Sarantapicho : Taking responsibility for releasing animals

When the country was in the throes of the annual festival of March 25th, we invaded the “game” farm in Sarantapicho and released approximately 200 partridges.

“Prey” is a vile word that reduces beings who came into the world for their own reasons to objects over which man has the right of life and death. We declare that we are fighting this vile normality in practice, which is why we decided to take these beings out of their prison. As we have found, these animals are completely accustomed to human presence and are not afraid. This shows the extent of the perversion of hunters, who kill animals that do not even try to avoid them. We hope that in the time that follows until the next period when the killers will again invade the mountains, these animals will acquire the necessary reflexes for their own protection. These birds also lived in tons of filth along with the carcasses of other dead birds.

“Game farms” are a vile institution that operates to serve the needs of the far-right invertebrate killers called hunters. This particular farm is public, which indicates the full integration of animal killing into state policy.

Sabotage, Arsons Attacks

New York State Corrections buses in Cayuga County lit on fire and vandalized (USA)

The New York State Police were called to a vandalism of buses belonging to the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision in Cayuga County.

State police were called to a storage lot on State Route 370 in the Town of Victory on Feb. 19. They found that two DOCCS buses had been vandalized, with one of them being lit on fire.

The bus that was lit on fire suffered heavy fire damage in its rear portion, state police said.

Another bus was spray-painted with the message, “Can you hear us now.”

‘THAT WHICH GIVES MEANING TO LIFE GIVES MEANING TO DEATH’ – Marianna M. (Greece,Athens)

On 31.10 on the third floor of an apartment in Arkadias Street (Athens), during the processing of explosives by my comrade and guerrilla Kyriakos Xymitiris, an explosion took place with the tragic consequence of his death. For a few moments, with me in the next room, time froze, everything went black and I was unable to move. The condition was incomprehensible, the development inconceivable. Buried in the wreckage trying to figure out what had happened;asking for help, searching for my partner with my eyes. Slowly realizing that while the thread of my comrade’s action would be abruptly cut short, his life and his choices in struggle would be a historic flash of determined resistance, consistency and dedication; a springboard and inspiration for further struggle. Two figures appeared offering help while I showed them the spot where I last saw my comrade, the spot where our guilty gazes met, gazes full of anger at the world we live in, full of faith and appetite for moments of true freedom.

Within a few minutes I was in the hospital “Evangelismos”. I was immediately subjected to examinations and operations. I had a hematoma on my head and countless stitches on the upper part of my body. I remained intubated and completely unconscious for the next three days. Enough time for the “anti-“terror scumbags to come to the hospital demanding a blood sample. On the Monday, I regained consciousness and was transferred to the ICU where I was confined for the next three days. The conditions there were decent with medical staff eager to assist in my recovery. However the room was surrounded by police forces who entered the ICU room during the 5-minute visits from my family.

-Molotov’s aren’t guaranteed to ignite/explode. There have been many cases where police have recovered intact molotov cocktails from attacks. that is a shitton of forensic evidence that detectives WILL exploit.

Anarchists fight against poverty and enslavement, in spiritual as well as material form. The trial of Maja T., a non-binary activist, begins in Budapest on March 6. It is a trial that takes place in the shadow of the
fascism-antifascism conflict in Hungary going on for over a century.

The waves of the Russian Revolution of 1917, which swept through almost all of Europe, manifested themselves in Hungary with the creation of the socialist council democracy that overthrew the bourgeois regime in 1919.

It took the intervention of foreign powers to suppress the revolution
and hand over power to the reactionary General Horthy, who established an authoritarian regime. World War II found Hungary siding with the fascist axis powers.

The looming defeat of fascism led the Horthy regime to secret
negotiations with the Western Allies. Germany anticipated this
development by occupying Hungary in 1944 and establishing a purely Nazi regime of the Crossed Arrows party.

Berlin (Germany): sabotage of cranes and rail traffic against Tesla

A further 50 hectares of forest are to be cleared in Grünheide, near Berlin, for the expansion of Tesla’s Gigafactory. The forest is to make way for a Deutsche Bahn freight station to transport millions of Tesla cars. Who is building the Tesla-DB freight station? Strabag, a public works company.

That’s why we attacked Strabag on the night of February 24-25, 2025. Two of their cranes are now unusable on a building site in the Marzahn district. We were able to open their control cabins and set fire to them. At the same time, we installed two other incendiary devices in the cable shafts of a freight train line. The aim was to disrupt signaling and even delay freight traffic, particularly to the nearby CEMEX and Heidelberg Materials cement plants.

Strabag, like its subsidiary Züblin, is known worldwide for the construction of prisons, freeways, mines, wind farms and dams. Today, Strabag makes common cause with Tesla. No company represents the new technocratic fascism as much as Tesla. Trump-Musk-Weidel [the latter is the leader of the AfD] are the alliance of technofascists who give a face to the new patriarchal and colonial totalitarianism. IL COMPAGNO GHESPE È STATO TRASFERITO NEL CARCERE DI SPOLETO

Arrestato in Spagna il 15 febbraio con un mandato di arresto internazionale, ed estradato in Italia il 4 marzo, Ghespe è stato prima portato a Roma nel carcere di Rebibbia, per essere poi trasferito nel carcere di Spoleto.

Ricordiamo che Ghespe deve scontare una condanna a 8 anni per fabbricazione, detenzione e porto di ordigno esplosivo, lesioni personali gravissime e danneggiamento, relativa all’operazione “Panico” del 2017 a Firenze con l’accusa di aver fabbricato l’ordigno artigianale rinvenuto davanti all’entrata della libreria “Il Bargello” a Firenze, sede dei fascisti di CasaPound.

Hamilton: 80 cars sabotaged at Tesla dealership (Canada)

80 Teslas damaged at Hamilton dealership, largest car vandalism reported in Canada against the U.S. company

Dozens of vehicles have been damaged at a Tesla dealership on the Hamilton Mountain, police in the Ontario city said.

It’s believed to be the largest vandalism in Canada against vehicles from the U.S.-based car company.

In a news release Thursday, Hamilton Police Service said officers were called to the dealership near Lime Ridge Mall on Wednesday and “discovered upwards of 80 Tesla vehicles” parked outdoors were damaged.

The damage included “deep scratches and punctured tires.”
