Caen, France : « Redwashing » on the ASNR

This week, I was strolling around Caen. Raising my head from my smartphone because of a pavement, I saw on the premises of the Autorité de Sûreté Nucléaire et de Radioprotection [Nuclear and radioprotection safety authority] and (ASNR, born from the recent fusion between the ASN and IRSN) splotches of red paint at the top of the building facade, stenciled skulls and « Down with nuclear » sprayed on the entrance.

A change from greenwashing! LOL.

Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne (Savoie), France : Retour de balade

The mountain has neither mouth nor arms to defend itself.
In early spring 2025 at Saint Jean de Maurienne, heavy damage was done to a conveyor transporting the entrails torn from the mountain, as well as construction machinery to put it out of action. The damage was accompanied with the messages « Get lost TELT » and «Useless Project ».

We are opposed to the new Lyon Turin TGV line and claim this damage the reason for which is obvious: to slow down the construction sites, discourage contractors and encourage opposition. Continue reading Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne (Savoie), France : Retour de balade

We invite you to a day of anarchist memory in front of the prison, where lives and comrades are locked up.

Thessaloniki, Greece: Solidarity with the survivor of the homotransphobic attack in Athens

Today 3/5 on the underground, at the Attiki station (green line) in Athens, a person was subjected to a homotransphobic attack by three fascists for simply existing as he is. They started with mockery, threw their cigarettes at him, then the stationmaster opened the train doors again, they came out and started beating him all together [on the platform].

Three nights of attacks on the prison guards and an initial summary in france

Tarascon (Bouches-du-Rhône), Wednesday April 16th, 5:20 a.m.: three cars set alight in the parking lot of the prison.

Since the evening of Sunday April 13, a wave of incendiary attacks (and not only) has hit the penitentiary and the property of its minions in a dozen towns in the south of France and the Paris region. After an initial detailed summary published the day before yesterday, here’s a short, fiery supplement on the third night, from Tuesday to Wednesday April 16, when the guards once again had a taste of ashes.

In addition, while DDPF tags (which journalists believe to be an acronym for “Défense des droits des prisonniers français”, named after a Telegram channel) were found alongside several of the targeted targets, the Ministry of the Interior also mentions “anarchist slogans”. Today, one of its daily mouthpieces gave a little more detail on this subject (Le Monde, 17/4), stating that “in Angers in particular, spray-painted inscriptions were found on the facades of houses close to the prison: ‘support for convicts’ and ‘prison kills’”. In reality, these tags had been drawn up at the beginning of April, i.e. before the attacks… which in no way detracts from their relevance, on the contrary, particularly the “crèvent les taules” (“destroy prisons”) which is so hotly topical in the area.

Lastly, in a lengthy interview with France info (17/4), the national anti-terrorist prosecutor, Olivier Christen, gave his own account of the attacks: he reported “12 incidents, two against the personal homes of prison officers, one against vehicles in the parking lots of the École nationale pénitentiaire (Enap) and nine directly against prisons”. Geographically, “eight départements were affected”, including “a third of the incidents committed in the Bouches-du-Rhône and a third in the Île-de-France region”, with a total of “21 vehicles torched and a dozen vehicles damaged” (not to mention the machine-gunning of the Toulon prison gate and the burning of the ERIS prison gate in Aix-Luynes). In conclusion, this fanatical defender of state terrorism and fervent supporter of armored propaganda, even added a layer of conspiracy theorizing of which he has a secret: “It could be groups of politically radicalized people, it could be groups more linked to organized crime, it could also be a convergence of objectives and people manipulating each other: anything is possible”.

Tarascon (Bouches-du-Rhône), wednesday april 16th, 5.20am: one of the three burnt-out cars in the parking lot of the prison.

Tarascon (Bouches-du-Rhône). On the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, April 16, at around 5:20 am, three vehicles were set on fire in the prison’s secure parking lot: one belonged to a guard on duty and the other to a company working at the detention center.

Exarcheia under siege: Behind the Saturday’s Riot They Don’t Want You to Understand (Athens, Greece)

Exarcheia under siege: Behind the Saturday’s Riot They Don’t Want You to Understand

On the Saturday night of April 12th 2025, dozens of anarchists attacked with Molotov the scores of riot policemen that had encircled a live gig taking place in Strefi Hill of Exarcheia, in support of the people in Palestine. The public discussion that followed the fierce riot that unfolded and the threats made by members of the greek government to crush the anarchist movement in the neighbourhood, was about the events of that night, but purposely avoided addressing the reasons that led to that.

Exarcheia has always been a place under siege and attack. But in the last few years, the transformation of the neighborhood is taking place through systemic violence, with gentrification as a weapon. Once a cradle of radical thought and political resistance, the neighborhood is now the site of what many describe as an occupation. On any given day, Exarcheia Square—the area’s only communal open space—is hemmed in by riot police. Three corners of the square are guarded 24 hours a day, their presence a constant reminder of the state’s menace to the people in the area. Since August 9, 2022, when construction began on a new metro station beneath the square, this militarized posture has only deepened. The project has been met with uncompromising local opposition, not only over the destruction of the sole green space but for what it symbolizes: the state’s determination to remake Exarcheia in its own image. Under the right wing New Democracy government, Exarcheia has become a symbol of ideological confrontation. Every day the police march in regimented formations, changing shifts with military-like choreography.

(Chile) Revindication of Incendiary Outting at Ex-Pedagogic (UMCE) in Memory of Martina and Mylan

April 25, 2025 / informativoanarquista

In the context of the Colo-Colo CSyD centennial, we vindicate the political and social history of our club. Distancing ourselves from the narrative that the B$N enterprise and the chilean state seek to impose on us, we interrupt the commercial festival that they aimed to impose due to the MURDER of Martina and Mylan (1) by agents of the state on Thursday, April 10.

Santiago, Chile: Banner and Fliers in Solidarity with Comrade Marcelo Villarroel

Agitating for the release of anti-authoritarian comrade Marcelo Villarroel, prisoner in Rancagua prison.

Individuals released propaganda in the sector of Dignity plaza, to visibilize the abhorrent legal situation that the comrade is living through while also acknowledging his resistance to carceral society in a complicit manner.

With our prisoners, fugitives, and dead, we continue in the daily struggle against all authority.

With Tortu and Belén in our hearts and active hands, we say:

Freedom for Marcello Villarroel!
End Pinochet’s military court sentences!

Bristol, UK: CCTV cameras and solar panels destroyed at GRC Security protected site

28th April 2025

We chose asoft target, a warm up to bigger things. Easy like throwing a dart into a grapefruit!

Around Bristol G.R.C .Security (now linked to Cava Security) have been pissing off travellers for quite a few years, carrying out common law evictions, using their bulk weight violence, the law and threats of fire. So one place they guard and partol is the old mounted police and dog section, now owned by the Caravan Club, which is situated on Clanage Rd., Bower, Ashton at the foot of the Clifton suspension bridge. It was really easy to scale the perimeter fence with identity concealed, then finding a long plank of wood to batter the CCTV cameras and solar panels.

Also a little dickie bird whispered on the ‘grapefruit’ vine that at the Brandon Hill ‘old’ cop shop eviction one of Cava Security’s vehicles lost some air from their tyres. Keep your eyes open for those dart boards!

Long Live Vandalism!

ORE 16.30 LA TECNOLOGIA COME PROCESSO DI DEREALIZZAZIONE

Discussione a partire dalla rivista “Negazine”, ed. Anarchismo.

Welcome to the book fair on 17 and 18 May 2025! (Gent,Belgium)

The sun is shining again and the anarchist book fair is back! The 21st edition already.

We still want to celebrate the paper in our hands, far away from
the digital nightmare that creeps into our most intimate circles. At
the book fair, you will find plenty of other publications besides books, brochures, pamphlets, posters and stickers. From old novels and revolutionary classics, across philosophy and poetry to
contemporary social criticism or the latest calls to struggle: they
start from the will to radically change the world. They share ideas and try to deepen them. Ideas: not marketable, like-able, goody-goody opinions without commitment.

But the book fair is much more!

The anarchist book fair is also an international gathering of
anarchists and anti-authoritarians, with formal and informal
discussions. We want the book fair to contribute to strengthening the anarchist movement here. We see it as a tool to deepen ideas, an opportunity to launch proposals and to forge links
between individuals and groups. We want to share our passions with
each other and create a context where words and deeds dance together and reinforce each other.
