Munich (Germany): Update on the imprisonment of the two comrades.

Update on the two imprisoned anarchists N & M – – “Hetzblatt gegen den Windpark” – – investigation and upcoming trial against the paper Zündlumpen under Section 129.

Since 26th February, our two comrades N & M have been held on remand, accused of publishing the anarchist paper Zündlumpen (“criminal association / conspiracy”). This criminal case, which we have known about since 2022, was brought against the two of them and another person, under Section 129 (relating to organised crime and terrorism). In 2025, two other cases came to light, also implicating N and M: they are both charged with spreading the publication “Hetzblatt gegen den Windpark” [“Smear Sheet / Scandal Rag Against the Wind Farm”] alongside three other people (“incitement/promotion of criminal acts”). Secondly, they are both “suspects” for willful arson.

Jonquières (Oise): severing the arteries of data (France)

In the south-east of Oise, more than 10,000 households without internet after an act of vandalism

During the night of May 22 to 23, a major service outage affected the south-east of the Oise region, depriving more than 10,000 homes and businesses of internet, fixed telephony and television, and disrupting the mobile network.

According to Orange, the incident took place between midnight and 1am. The perpetrators opened underground access hatches and vandalized the cables. However, the cables were not stolen. In the process, they cut the optical fibers, causing the major outage. Around a hundred communes were affected, notably in the Crépy-en-Valois area and in the Compiégnois region, around Jonquières.

Hunger strike declaration by Maja

My name is Maja. Almost a year ago, I was unlawfully extradited to Hungary. Since then I have been held here in inhumane prolonged solitary confinement. Yesterday, on 4 June 2025, a decision was to be made on my application to be transferred to house arrest. This decision was postponed. The last applications for transfer to house arrest were rejected. I am no longer prepared to endure this intolerable situation and wait for decisions from a justice system that has systematically violated my rights over the last few months. I am therefore starting a hunger strike today, 5 June 2025. I demand that I be transferred back to Germany, that I can return to my family and that I can take part in the trial in Hungary from home.

I can no longer endure the prison conditions in Hungary. My cell was under video surveillance 24/7 for over three months. I had to wear handcuffs outside my cell at all times for over seven months, sometimes even in my cell, whether I was shopping, making Skype calls or during visits.

Spectrum says vandalism caused an outage for some of its customers across Kansas City on Friday.

Several agencies across the region reported communications issues due to the vandalism on one of Spectrum’s fiber lines.

“These acts of vandalism are not only a crime, but also affect our customers, local businesses and potentially emergency services,” a Spectrum spokesperson said.

An unusual act of vandalism took place last weekend in the heart of the Ardennes countryside, in such a remote part of Houdremont (Gedinne) that the crime was only discovered yesterday. The measuring mast installed a few weeks ago as part of the wind farm project in the communes of Bièvre and Gedinne had been blown down. Some ill-intentioned person had cut the cables holding up the 80-meter tower. The wind is said to have done the rest.

A fire broke out in Saint-Chamond, on the route de Saint-Étienne, just before 3am on Wednesday May 7, at the entrance to the town just off the RN88. On arrival, emergency services were initially confronted with a fire in a cable duct, but the flames quickly spread to an electrical station, responsible for converting high-voltage electricity into low-voltage. A transformer covering several hundred square meters was affected, leaving part of the town without power.

War and genocide are the most brutal means in the fight for control over resources, territories, and people. They are always accompanied by the presumption to justify the mass destruction of human lives, displacement, collective traumatization, and unleashed destruction.

This presumption is at the core of the logic of war we are confronted with in our context and the increasing militarization, which is concretely expressed in Germany’s active participation in various wars – for example, as one of the largest arms exporters worldwide.
It forms the basis of Germany’s “raison d`etat” to support the genocide in Gaza and the inhumane politics of the Israeli state against the Palestinian population.
It is also openly reflected in “Operation Prosperity Guardian” – NATO bombarding western trade routes in Yemen.

On the evening of June 13, in New Beach, Thessaloniki, we vandalized the car of businessman Georgios Galis, who owns a company that sells livestock equipment. The company in question, through its website, advertises the upgraded and modern machinery that contributes to the best conditions in livestock units.

For us, animal farms are prisons, in which hundreds of millions of
animals around the world are forced to endure a life with the sole aim of exploitation by humans for their milk or eggs and their death for their meat and skin. And all this to end up to the human consumers.

Intervention of our group outside the German Consulate of Thessaloniki (Sunday 22/6) in solidarity with the comrade Maja T., who is on hunger strike since 5/6 in the Hungarian prison (accused of the beating of nazis), demanding to be transferred to Germany and the conversion of its sentence to house arrest. In response to the international call for three days in solidarity with antifa Maja T., we also organised a gathering in solidarity with Maja on Friday 20/6 in the center of the city.

The night before the “no kings” spectacle we smashed the windows of an Army National Guard recruiting office. It is easy and fun to attack, and usually accomplishes more than standing on a street corner.

US authorities built militias capable of quelling riots or breaking up strikes after the civil war. The state militias were reconstituted into the modern National Guard. Military training was imposed and matters of discipline rigidly enforced, including inspections by regular Army officers. In addition, more emphasis was placed on recruitment, and armories were built throughout the North.

Last night before the rain I put a package of flamey on the wheel of a police van by union and metropolitan in williamsburg. I don’t know exactly what happened next, but I’m glad I did it and recommend everyone try as many firey ways as possible for as long as breaking cop toys is seen as violence while people being forcefully removed from their loved ones and from the ground and resources they have every right to by being born on this planet is seen as law and routine.

Against a coward hearted nation that fronts for free speech while allowing a young woman to be jumped in the street for writing against genocide, and organizers and protesters to be kidnapped.

It’s always the same in wars. Those who start and organize wars benefit the most. When there is a war, the bourgeoisie increases the profits, but the proletarians count the graves. It is the working class that suffers most in wars: at the war front, on the home front and in civilian life.

The logic of war is reproduced when proletarians dressed in army uniforms fight inter-bourgeois conflicts and murder their class brothers and sisters on the other side of the war line. But the same people also have the power to stop wars. Every deserter brings us closer to that goal. Desertion is not just an individual form of self-defense. It is a class struggle. The struggle of the working class, against the bourgeoisie and the wars it produces. That’s why the logical step is to expropriate capitalist resources and share them with deserters.

“Αν και ο ίδιος δεν δήλωσε ποτέ ότι ήταν μηδενιστής, ωστόσο δεν μπορούμε να μην επισημάνουμε τη μηδενιστική προσέγγιση της διαρκούς σύγκρουσης που οδηγεί στον επαναπροσδιορισμό της μεθόδου της οργάνωσης -μέσω της αυτο-συνείδησης του ατόμου- στην πλήρη ανάπτυξή της, από την πρακτική εξάσκηση στην γενικευμένη αυτοδιαχείριση που περιέγραψε προηγουμένως.
