(Rigaer94) First statement on the raid of 6th of October, 2021 (Germany,Berlin)

The Berlin cops, today, 06.10.2021 at 7am, wearing their dirty trash-bag uniforms and carrying shields full of color from the resistance on 17th of July and armed, raided our political structure and living space, Rigaer94. Once again, as everyday, the servants of the state fulfill their commands and obey to the capital.
The state guarantees the order of the capitalist system, so to squeeze even more profit from people and their living spaces, gain power over every life, destroy any political idea that fights against them and oppress any individual who does not fit to their plans in this capitalistic, patriarchal and racist society. It is clear that the Berlin cops still work with Lafone Investments Ltd. and are their mercenaries, who execute orders of the plan to get rid of Rigaer94 and so to force the gentrification process of Nordkiez, Friedrichshain – after they lost their last attack on us in June this year.

International Solidarity with Le Marbré – Let’s Defend our spaces – Attack the city of the rich (France)
Le marbré opened its doors in september 2020, since then the marble dust and rockwool has made room for a living space and a space of radical autonomous* and self-organized political organisation. Diverse ideas carrying a discourse against market logic, against capitalism and all oppression , on the search of a rupture with the state and all existing cross and meet in this space. Some of the bigger lines around whichpeople around Marbré organize are housing, anti-gentrification, social struggles, encarceration, specism, feminism and borders. The place is organised through an open general assembly and happy to welcome new people and groups.
Some words on the situation
We met a first eviction in february 2021, but succefully reopened the building the next day which gave us a lot of strength. Since september 2021 we are facing a new threat following our eviction process. The ruling received in june 2021 admitted us cumulative delays of 3 month + a 2 months grace period + the winter eviction break(1.11-1.4.). But thebailiff seems deaf on that ear: he signed a request to leave the space by september 23. Our legal strategy is an appeal to the executive court (JEX) to go against this interpreatiion by the bailiff and a hearing took place on october 5. The JEX’s decision though will take until the
16th of november, several weeks during which the place technically stays evictable. Our political strategy has been to mobilize to the maximum of our capacities from september 23 to october 5 with different activities everyday, we invited local squats and collectives and prepared ourselves
for Day X. We are of course staying mobilized after the fifth and there are more workshops, discussion and so on taking place at marbré for as long as we manage to keep the place. We are learning how to collectively deal with stress, fatigue and the fear of loosing the space. We are exploring solidarity together and sharing knowledge and skills. The perspective of the eviction is of course worrying, but we also see it as possibility to live a strong collective experience and want to give all we have for it even if we’re just at the beginning of this marathon. Athens,Greece: Solidarity gathering at the appeal court of Anarchist comrade M.Seisidis
Friday 8 October 2021, at 11:00 am, solidarity gathering at the court of appeal trial continues of comrade Marios Seisidis for his alleged participation in the robbery of the National Bank in 2006 in Athens.
SOLIDARITY WITH ANARCHIST COMRADE MARIOS SEISIDIS
NO HOSTAGE IN THE HANDS OF THE STATE

Solidarity from Athens (Greece)

Writing in Greek at the banner: Until all are free, no one is free
At 30th August 2021, in Athens some comrades put the banner in the Exarcheia square. We joined the Week of Solidarity with Anarchist Prisoners with this symbolic support.
In Greece, as well as in many other countries, our comrades face persecution for taking action and responsibility in revolutionary struggle. Our solidarity aims at struggle for the society where prison will not be a solution and where we all can live together with other people in freedom that is created by our common power, dreams, responsibility for each others’ freedom and our ability to defend it.
Until all are free!

Rome, Italy: Sirti car burnt
On August 28 2021 in Rome during the international week of solidarity with anarchist prisoners we set fire to a car belonging to the Sirti company. Sirti collaborates with the digitalisation and technological implementation fundamental to this phase in the development of dominion, we require no other reason to attack it.
Solidarity with all the anarchist prisoners in the world! Closeness and strength to Boris, in coma in France following a fire in his cell!
To all those who continue to light up our nights with their actions!
FOR INCENDIARY AND DESTRUCTIVE DIRECT ACTION
LONG LIVE ANARCHY

Italy: Op. “Prometeo’’ – Beppe, Robert and Nat acquitted
While awaiting further contributions, we are publishing the news of the acquittal of Beppe, Robert and Nat in the first instance of the trial for operation Prometeo. According to the newspapers, they were acquitted “for not having committed the deed”, with the formula of insufficient proof.
While they were waiting for the sentence comrades did a gathering which transformed itself into a demo.
At the previous hearing the substitute prosecutor of the Genoa Dda, Federico Manotti had asked for 18 years and four months for Beppe, and 17 years for Robert and Natascia.
Beppe remains in prison for now as he is imprisoned for another procedure, whereas, after two years, Nat is free!

Spain: Elisa di Bernardo – “We are winning battles for the freedom of Gabriel Pombo”
via: anarquia.info
“Never using drugs, being very clear about his ideas, and his physical and mental strength have helped him survive in prison despite the FIES. Almost all of his comrades have died. He survived a genocide,” explains the companion of the anarchist prisoner in Oviedo.
Elisa di Bernardo went to Oviedo yesterday to relate the situation of her companion Gabriel Pombo da Silva. She was invited by the group Higinio Carrocera, in collaboration with the Cambalache community centre, taking advantage of her visit to Pombo in the prison of Mansilla de las Mulas in León. Elisa gave a very complete account of both the legal situation of the anarchist prisoner and his life and struggle during more than 30 years in prison. It was a talk that not only provided information about Pombo but also showed how, inside the prison walls, “democracy” disappears and one enters a dark world, subjected to physical and psychological torture, to personal revenge by judges and jailers, to prisons inside the prison (FIES). In addition, Elisa gave us perspective and context on how inequality, misery, injustice and poverty inherent to the capitalist and statist system manufactures ‘criminals’.
Elisa began the talk by taking from her backpack three important books about the situation of prisoners and the world of the anti-prison struggle: “Extreme Destitution, Extreme Violence”, “So You Don’t Forget Me” by Mothers United Against Drugs and the Report on Torture in the Spanish State, which Elisa explained was censored by the police, as it recounts the saddest years of the FIES (files of inmates under special monitoring) regime.
[Uruguayan State] Propaganda for the international week of solidarity with imprisoned anarchists
via: es-contrainfo:Published September 8, 2021

August 29, Costa de Oro, Region usurped and plundered by the Uruguayan state.
Responding to the international call in solidarity with anarchist prisoners, on the night of August 29th we stamped our signature of complicity with our kidnapped comrades, in a new activity of ecstatic propaganda. Stubborn propaganda, erased a thousand times and returning again a thousand times to disturb. Propaganda that is an irreverent cry accompanying and announcing acts.
For the destruction of prison society and the freedom of our caged brothers and sisters in struggle!
Let’s ensure that Anarchy lives!!!!!!

Buenos Aires, Argentina: Update of Material “Expanding the Revolt”.

From the project “Expanding the Revolt” in Buenos Aires, we wanted to provide different comrades with an update of the work that we have been doing in the last year in terms of anarchist zines, magazines and books.
For us it is extremely important to make our own editions, some of them coming from our own pens, and others from the research, compilation and selection of different comrades to tell diverse stories and deepen our anarchist memory.
In addition to the dissemination and the always attentive call that the material we produce be destined for the social war and not for the product in itself or historicist labour, we bring these words to encourage the need for a greater quantity of our own productions, ceasing to delegate our memory to representatives of state institutions or to eternal reprinting without updating of materials produced decades ago.

Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), Paris, France: The van of Valmy street
This is the story of an eiffage van. A brand new van. Because it has obviously replaced the one that, as we read, was burned earlier this year in the same area. A brand new van, therefore, which ends up burning.
An Eiffage van is most often used to build cages.
Sad cages with colors that sound false. Cages to get us used to conformity, to prepare us for work and to play the social role we have been assigned.
Cages that are depressing or full of noise and lights that make our heads spin, supposed to motivate us to waste our time and energy in occupations that are too often useless or harmful.

Italy – ”Operation Prometeo”: prosecutors demand 17 to 18 years and 4 months for Nat, Beppe and Robert and flyer and poster for a gathering in solidarity and complicity on Monday, October 4, in front of the court in Genoa
via: infernourbanoTranslated by act for freedom now!
On 20th September, at the court of the assizes in Genoa, prosecutor Federico Manotti and the civil party representing Rinaudi were heard at the Prometeo trial. 17 years were demanded for Robert and Natascia and 18 years and 4 months for Beppe, the latter two comrades having been locked up for over two years in Rebibbia and Bologna respectively. The main charge remained that of article 280 (attack with purposes of terrorism) with continuation of the crime and the aggravating circumstance
constituted by the offended party in question (two prosecutors and the chief of DAP [Department of Prison Administration]). The lethal element was excluded from the demand but article 270 sexies remained for [the charge] of having acted with purposes of terrorism.
The civil party didn’t submit any demand for compensation, maintaining that “17 years are sufficient and there is no desire to be overzealous” (sic!).
Cagliari, Sardinia – Communique on the trial for “operation Lince”
The second part of the trial for operation Lince has taken place yesterday in Cagliari. Exactly two years after the closure of the investigation, the Judge for Preliminary Hearings accepted prosecutor Guido Pani’s requests relating to 43 of the accused, whereas 2 of them were granted temporary suspension. Despite the inconsistency of the evidence and the tenuousness of the charges, the trial will go ahead with the charge of 270bis for five comrades and with the aggravating circumstance for another twenty, while the others have been charged with minor offences.
In recent years prosecutors all over the Italian State have been amusing themselves notifying crimes of association: more or less eccentric theorems raining down here and there, imposing custodial measures, searches and so on. Luckily in the majority of cases the prosecutors’ eccentric theories have clashed with investigating judges who weren’t inclined to believe their stories, therefore dropped the crimes of association. This was not the case here and we’ll come to terms with it. But a design that wants extreme criminalization for any minimally organized and determined form of dissent is becoming clearer and clearer.
