Martinique : looting of ATM, police station, supermarkets, high school and shooting at cops [MaJ]

Godissard district, Fort-de-France (Martinique), 27 November. Ripping out the Post Office ATM with a stolen digger, looting and then setting it on fire
New night of violence in Martinique
martinique la 1ere, 27 November 2021
5th night of violence in Martinique. The events were concentrated in Fort-de-France and in the north of the territory, from Friday 26 to Saturday 27 November 2021.
The most serious incidents concerned the city of Fort-de-France. During the night of Friday 26 to Saturday 27 November 2021, rioters attacked and destroyed the Godissard post office with a digger. “They took the cash dispenser of course. They broke it, took the money and set it on fire”, said a shocked resident.
Further on, the thugs attacked a petrol station to rob the shop…before setting it on fire.

The reaction in Italy: Message in the barrel about operation Sibilla and much more by Anarchist Michele Fabiani

Message in the barrel about operation Sibilla and much more
The passion for destruction is also a creative passion
— M. Bakunin, The Reaction in Germany
The story goes that one day Alexander the Great went to the barrel in which Diogenes of Sinope lived. Diogenes was the only philosopher who had not gone to pay homage to the great king. So Alexander went to him. Alexander asked him: “Tell me what I can do for you”. And Diogenes answered: “Yes, move away, stand out of my light.”.
Reflecting on conditions of incommunicability, autonomy and refractoriness towards power is far more complicated today than it was in the 4th century BC.
Today power does not move, there is no longer a barrel inside which the shadow of the State does not reach. The only possible relationship with this global organism is violence. One hears all too often, like a plaint of bigots at evensong, that revolutionary violence is out of date. It is said that “times have changed” when, if anything, it is the possibility of escape that has changed.
The last two years have been a sad confirmation of this old story. A new era was heralded in with the massacre in the Italian prisons, the people locked in their homes while production continued to go ahead, the attacks and killings during the transport strikes, the countless repressive manoeuvres against anarchists, and finally through the green pass, the final (?) destination of the new society of control.

AT BLOWS WITH THE STATE: Shaping Territory and Affinity During the Revolt

—————————

AT BLOWS WITH THE STATE: Shaping Territory and Affinity During the Revolt ( A martillazos con el Estado: Conjugando el territorio y la afinidad durante la revuelta)
The scuffles with normality advanced one after the other until they became so complex that it was impossible not to realize that we were facing a revolt. It was not only the structures of capital that were burning, nor was it just windows or cop cars that were shattering all at once. Something else was cracking, a crack that allowed the dying order of authority to literally fall apart at our feet.
It is into precisely this crack and its first bits of rubble that we want to delve more deeply–opening up questions that aren’t necessarily new and might not even have answers so that we ourselves, comrades from other territories, and comrades in other historical moments may discover some hints to confront our own contexts. We do not fear questions without answers, but rather failing to ask enough questions or abandoning the correct ones.

BARCELONA,SPAIN: WORKSHOPS AGAINST EXTRACTIVISM AND ITS WORLD.

Extractivism is the process of devastating nature in order to transform it into a commodity. Extractivist projects are multiplying all over the world, especially outside the centers of power, to sustain the way of life and the functioning of capital.
Extractivism is not a way of managing capital, but is capital itself with its death machine spreading like a disease. In this sense, its infrastructure, its material dimension, is inherent to its logic of devastation. There is no capital without extractivism, just as there is no production or consumption without the devastation of nature, without the oppression of all living things, including humans…
The world that sustains it expands misery, exploitation, servitude and control. What they call the imbalance of ecosystems is nothing more than the invasion of power transforming nature into merchandise, where the management of capital sacrifices territories, habitats and communities for its anthropocentric benefit.

Interview with Subversive Comrade Marcelo Villarroel Sepúlveda (Chile)

via: anarquistasanticarcelarixsTranslated by Act for freedom now!
———————————————————————————-
Understanding this instrument of communication as a tool to give voice to the prisoners in struggle, we publish this interview with comrade Marcelo Villarroel from the prison of Rancagua (territory dominated by the Chilean state). Months after having ended a hunger strike with other anarchist and subversive prisoners, Marcelo, a long-term prisoner with a long history of struggle, tells us about his experience in the strike and the reasons for his transfer to the prison of Rancagua, among other things. We thank Marcelo for his willingness and contributions and the comrades who made the interview possible.
THEY CAN IMPRISON THE BODY, BUT NOT THE IDEAS. FREE MARCELO!
  • We would like to know about your current situation in the Rancagua prison and the relationship between the prisoners there.
The transfer that took place in the first days of June this year, 5 months ago, corresponds with the repair, maintenance and re-foundation of the high and maximumsecurity system in the high and maximumsecurity prison in Santiago de Chile. In this place where the anti-capitalist fighters, the anarchic subversives of the last 25 years in the history of the Chilean prison structure have historically been housed.

Athens Greece : Attack against Municipal Police Station in Pagkrati area

We live in a period where it is not so easy to make demonstrations without being attacked by the cops. The reason is not to close the streets for the flow of commercial interests but it is also to spread fear in the society, the breaking of the solidarity that might grow out of collective moments of struggle and make us to helpless targets of their thirst of power. It does not matter the reason of the demonstration. It could be teachers, firefighters, anarchists. We live in a period where it could be dangerous to make a demonstration. Because we are few and the squads of the uniformed death regime are many.
In Exarchia the constant attacks on MAT stopped when we lost Polytechnio and Delta came back to the streets. The city of Athens seems full of cops and cameras. But our desire to watch the democratic facade breaking down is still alive.

Athens, Greece: POLITICAL KAFENIO STRUCTURE AND FIRST DISCUSSIONS AT ZIZANIA SQUAT

The Zizania political kafeneio is an open autonomous structure that aims to create inside of the squat a favourable space for in-depth political discussions – understanding that the assembly format is often not the most accessible neither the most suitable for such purpose. We envision an open space where diverse groups and individuals will come to meet, exchange and share ideas, questions, experiences, political thoughts, and debate topics relevant to them, to the space and the wider political context in a respectful and inclusive environment.
We will start with a first event on Tuesday 14/12 and then intend to hold similar events on a regular basis throughout the next months. Regarding the format, we aim for loosely moderated discussions impulsed whether with short introductions by groups or individuals, open questions, documentary screenings, brochure presentations, workshops and whatever other format people think could lead to fruitful discussions. As we want to give space for continuity from one event to the next, we are proposing umbrella topics that would cover a few events in a row, with suggested sub-thematics for each.

Patras, Greece: Taking responsibility for ambushing cops

10 March 2021 we set up an ambush with bins waiting for the cops in the Aguia area. When we saw them from a distance of 20 meters, we came out of the school and threw stones, and 2 molotov cocktails, the police car put the car directly into reverse and left the area, later a DIAS team chased us but lost us in the alley. A cop on the street also got hit by a fire from a balcony and then we burned his shirt.
P.S. Flame, you idiot, watch your mouth. 5 times we’ve chased you and once we beat you if you remember correctly back in the 4th E.P.A. when you walked in and then ran and hid behind cops.

Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône (Bouches-du-Rhône), France: Attack on wind turbines

State speeches and the media show on climate change accompany and legitimize a new transformation of the technological system.
Diversifying and multiplying energy sources in order to perpetuate exploitation and control: revival of nuclear power, “solar farms”, “wind farms” to feed telework, robotics, the internet of things, electric cars…
One night at the end of October, while the newspapers were talking about COP26 and the energy crisis, we sabotaged three wind turbines of the Port Saint Louis du Rhône wind farm. After opening the ventilation grid, we set fire to the cables and electrical installations located below.
For direct action.

(Glasgow,Scotland) Banner Drop at the Greek Consulate for the 13 years since the state murder of anarchist Alexis Grigoropoulos in Greece(en,Gàidhlig,gr)

[GLASGOW] Banner Drop at the Greek Consulate for the 13 years since the state murder of anarchist Alexis Grigoropoulos.
‘A bullet in the heart of Alexandros to close the circle of the statist machine’s omnipotence. A bloodstain on the Messolonghiou pedestrian street to open the circle of rebellion that wrecked the legal order and sowed chaos and anarchy in all cities throughout Greece.’
– Nikos Romanos, Requiem for a Journey of No Return.
As of today, 6/12/2021, it has been 13 years since the Greek state murdered the anarchist Alexis Grigoropoulos. Alexis was shot by two cops, E. Korkoneas and V. Saraliotis, in the neighbourhood of Exarcheia, following minor clashes with the police. As soon as the news of Alexis’s murder broke, a spontaneous insurrection began. Protests, riots, expropriations and occupations of public buildings were but some of the collective expressions of rage. Despite the attempts of state and capital to depoliticise the murder, we must not forget that Alexis was killed because of his political beliefs – he challenged in practice the authority of the police and, by extension, that of the state. This is the violence faced every day by those whose existence the state deems undesirable, those who are a threat to their social order.

Operation Sibilla: solidarity communique from Bure (France)

Translated by Act for freedom now! via: Anarchist Bure Cross

—————————–

A new repressive operation, named “Sibilla”, is targeting anarchists in Italy.
At dawn on November 11, there were numerous raids in different cities (Cagliari, Cosenza, Cremona, Genoa, Lecce, Massa, Perugia, Rome, Taranto, Spoleto and Viterbo) and 6 companions were served with judicial surveillance warrants. Alfredo Cospito, already imprisoned in Terni, was given a preventive detention order (sic!). Michele, companion from Spoleto, has been placed under house arrest with an electronic bracelet. Four other companions are under various forms of judicial control (forbidden to leave the region they live in, obligation to report to the police station three times a week).
The comrades are charged with the crime provided for by article 270 bis (association with the purpose of terrorism and subversion of the democratic order), because of the design, printing and distribution, also by digital means, of the anarchist newspaper Vetriolo, as well as for tagging walls with content considered as incitement, in addition to a case of damage to property belonging to others. In addition, they are charged under art. 414 (provocation to crimes and misdemeanors), for the drafting and dissemination of communiqués with content inciting the commission of crimes against the State, with the aim of terrorism and subversion of the democratic order.

Thessaloniki, Greece: Taking responsibility for an attack on a bank by Μητροπολιτική Ομάδα Καταστροφών [Metropolitan Catastrophes Group]

via: athens.indymedia translated by Act for freedom now!
6/12 marks the 13th anniversary of the murder of the anarchist student Alexandros Grigoropoulos by the cops Korkoneas and Saraliotis. “Normality” died overnight. The straw that broke the camel’s back led thousands of pupils, students, migrants, workers from all over the country to take to the streets, to violent demonstrations, to mass strikes, to attacks against State and capitalist targets.
December 2008 became the vehicle of an uprising that gave hope to those oppressed and excluded by the State and capital. Overnight, after years of social “stability”, the proletarian riots of December reopened the stakes of social resistance and revolution in post-communist Greece. The 2008 uprising, the occupations, the clashes, but above all the realization that we have nothing to lose and the perception that the enemy is not invulnerable, left an important legacy for the resistances in the decade of repression, poverty and exploitation that followed.
Today, 13 years later, in times of crisis, the State is stepping up its attack on those from below. Having abandoned the public health system in the midst of a pandemic, it has chosen the path of repression. It beats up students, abolishes university asylum, targets squats, bans demonstrations, unleashes a wave of persecution against anarchists and militants without evidence with the sole aim of cutting off any prospect of uprisings in the here and now.

Athens, Greece: Taking responsibility for the attack on the Acropolis police station by comrades

via: athens.indymedia.Translated by act for freedom now!
On Saturday 27 November we attacked the Acropolis police station with Molotov cocktails. At the time of the attack the guard cop and 4 under cover cops sitting in front of the police station, at the sound of the cry “murderers” scampered and hid in the building while we set fire to the guard post and the entrance of the police station.
We haven’t said the last word yet, these are Alexi’s days.
It is not remembrance, or melancholy nostalgia. It is the very idea of rebellion against our oppressors and exploiters. It is the fiery flame of yesterday that drives the gestures of resistance of today.
It is not a desire for repetition, but the very reality of exploitation, death politics, totalitarian control, segregation and total state management of the pandemic.
It is the intensity of oppression, of the suffocating present that arms us with the will, the desire, the strength to attack the state apparatus. It is the December 2008 uprising that fills us with the faith that the situation can and must change and that those from below can come back to the forefront by claiming their own lives.

Toulouse, France: Banner and tags for the Trans Day of Remembrance (TDOR)

“GOLDEN CAGES REMAIN CAGES”
“STATE TRANSPHOBIA, TRANSPHOBIA IN OUR HEADS = DEATH”
“RETALIATION, REVENGE, ATTACK (AGAINST GENDER)”
The “transfriendly” governments use our struggles as progressive vindication to continue their same transphobic, capitalist, colonialist shit… Their so-called integration into this system can in no way be liberating and emancipating. It gives legitimacy to the State to reinforce its power and control our lives and bodies.
