In this epoch of total falsification (“of facts and of news supporting facts”), certain words of our everyday lives tell the truth, unwillingly. “Notification” is one of these. That the word expresses simultaneously an algorithmic order that comes up on a smartphone and a police-judicial document whereby you are fined or subjected to custodial measures, here is something that tells us a lot about the world we live in.
The latest operation in Trentino – so bizarre that it doesn’t even merit one of those names with which carabinieri’s and the political police’s special units express their literary desires – contains some elements that deserve to be known.
The first concerns the modality of execution. It had never happened to us to see eight face-covered police in plain clothes come to notify… a mandatory residence order to a comrade, without even a house search to follow.

A few days ago we put 12 construction machines of the future ZAC des Hauts Banquets (concerted development zone) out of action, in the commune of Cavaillon. Let’s be clear: every year, in France, more than 60,000 hectares are artificially developed. The equivalent of a department every 7 years. At this rate, in 100 years, half of the territory will have disappeared under concrete and commercial zones.
Faubourg Promotion, the promoters of the project, assure us that ransacking 46 hectares of fertile agricultural land is tantamount to building an “ecosystem designed around biodiversity”. The techno-park they promise us is certified as a “Park +, Committed Park”, “Eco Parc Vaucluse”, it would participate in “green growth”, would be “virtuous”, “responsible” and even “positive energy”… Capitalism, in its mortifying madness, ravages the very meaning of words. The Hauts Banquets farmlands have the capacity to produce food for more than 24,000 human beings, they are also the habitat of many living beings: earthworms, dragonflies, voles, frogs… If nothing is done, the construction site will leave behind brand new open spaces and a bitter taste of dust. Meuse, France: Direct action against nuclear power and its world of shit
On the night of March 11, the anniversary of the Fukushima nuclear disaster in Japan in 2011, we did a series of graffiti tags along the disused Bar-le-Duc / Ligny / Gondrecourt railroad, which is part of the CIGÉO nuclear burial project. In the ironically named village “Les Castors”, near Ligny-en-Barrois, we sabotaged the track with car jacks to counter the work planned for its reallocation. Our action is a small contribution to the national day of action against the revival of nuclear power and for the immediate end of nuclear power, a day to which our friends from Golfech have called for this March 13.
Nuclear power will not save the climate!
At the end of 2021, 10 years after Fukushima, the Castex/Macron government presented the energy transition program “France 2030”. Beyond the pro-industrial announcement in greenwashing mode about electric mobility or the creation of industrial wind farms, “France 2030” is above all one thing: the announcement of the massive reinforcement of the French nuclear power program. Berlin, Germany: sabotage of rail traffic, against Tesla, the war and the Tren Maya
On Monday March 21 at 6am, an incendiary sabotage of cables of the German public railway company Deutsche Bahn occurred near the Berlin-Wuhlheide station. It caused numerous train cancellations and delays on the regional line RE1 to Frankfurt/Oder, on the line to the capital’s airport, and also on long-distance rail traffic (Eurocity from Poland). All traffic was only restored on Tuesday around 4 pm.
This sabotage was claimed against the planned inauguration the next day of the Tesla factory (the largest electric car factory in Europe) in the presence of Elon Musk, the German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and his Minister of Economy and Climate (from the Green Party), but also against the war in Ukraine with the delivery of Russian oil and coal to Germany via tanker cars, and in solidarity with the opponents of the construction of the Tren Maya in Mexico (a 1,500 km long railroad line that will cross the Yucatán Peninsula), with which this same Deutsche Bahn is associated.

Italy – Issue 0 of a new publication, ScalmAnat*, is out
A new publication has come out recently. It is a bulletin of radical critique of education and pedagogy: ScalmAnat*. With the first issue we intend to offer some criticisms, reflections and considerations concerning schooling, pedagogy (also in the forms which present themselves as “alternative”) and the wide world of education. These devices of control and discipline are part of the Mega-machine of the State and capital, as are factories, hospitals, prisons, CPRs, REMS; a reason for us, and certainly we are not the first, to desire their total destruction. We think that schools are or can become places of conflict and conflictuality for all those who suffer them and are oppressed by them. This initiative is born from the need to send, as far as we can, a gesture of solidarity to our comrade prisoners in Chile who in the first months of this year have undertaken two hunger strikes. We want to support them, also through the translations contained in the leaflets prepared for this meeting, spreading the determination with which they have carried out the struggle inside the prison, in order for those of us who are outside those walls and far from those territories to feel closer. Even if at the end of their mobilization the prisoners may or may not have obtained everything they demanded, it has nevertheless allowed them to build and forge bonds of complicity, both inside and outside the prison. Bonds that have made this struggle overcome barriers and frontiers and that, from the moment it clearly positioned itself against all forms of coercion and domination, have made it recognizable and defensible for refractory people across the world.
But it is not out of simple voyeurism towards distant rebellions that we are here today. With this initiative we also intend to underline our complicity with our comrades who today are prisoners of the State, so that they know that they are not alone. Even in this part of the world we have, in fact, anarchist prisoners who have recently waged several struggles inside the prison. Struggles carried out individually or collectively, strikes and massive revolts like those of March 2020 against the management of the pandemic inside the prisons. Mercoledì 16 marzo a Roma sono stati tratti in arresto due compagni anarchici, Evelin e Gianluca. L’indagine e l’operazione repressiva sono frutto di un lavoro congiunto tra il ROS dei carabinieri e la DIGOS, coordinate dalla procura di Genova. I due compagni sono accusati di «detenzione di materiale esplodente ed esplosivo, tentata fabbricazione di ordigni esplosivi improvvisati e detenzione di materiale esplodente al fine di attentare alla pubblica incolumità», in concorso con ignoti.
Il 23 marzo Gianluca è stato trasferito agli arresti domiciliari. Attualmente (25 marzo) Evelin resta reclusa nel carcere di Rebibbia femminile.

Update about the comrades arrested on March 16: Gianluca transferred to house arrest (Italy)
On Wednesday, March 16, two anarchist comrades, Evelin and Gianluca, were arrested in Rome. The investigation and the repressive operation are the result of a joint work between the ROS (“Special Operational Grouping” of carabinieri) and the DIGOS (“General Investigations and Special Operations Division”, political police), coordinated by the Genoa public prosecutor’s office. The two comrades are charged with “possession of deflagrant and explosive material, attempted manufacture of improvised explosive devices, as well as possession of deflagrant material with the aim of attacking public safety”, in conspiracy with unknown persons.
On March 23, Gianluca was transferred to house arrest. Currently (March 25), Evelin remains imprisoned in the women’s Rebibbia prison.

Nuovamente rinnovata la censura sulla corrispondenza all’anarchico Alfredo Cospito (marzo 2022)
Informiamo che a metà del mese di marzo è stata nuovamente rinnovata la censura sulla corrispondenza al compagno anarchico Alfredo Cospito, attualmente recluso nella sezione AS2 (“Alta Sicurezza 2”) del carcere di Terni. La censura avrà una durata di tre mesi, quindi fino a giugno. Il provvedimento era stato disposto anche tra settembre e dicembre 2021 e tra dicembre 2021 e marzo di quest’anno.
Ricordiamo che il compagno, arrestato a settembre 2012, già condannato a 9 anni e 5 mesi per il ferimento di Adinolfi (amministratore delegato di Ansaldo Nucleare), è stato condannato ad ulteriori 20 anni nel processo “Scripta Manent” svoltosi a Torino, di cui si terrà l’udienza di cassazione il 25 maggio a Roma. Inoltre è stato recentemente destinatario di un mandato d’arresto per l’operazione “Sibilla” dell’11 novembre scorso, in quanto accusato di istigazione a delinquere con l’aggravante della finalità di terrorismo, in relazione alla pubblicazione del giornale anarchico “Vetriolo”. L’ordinanza d’arresto è stata successivamente annullata dal tribunale del riesame di Perugia il 16 dicembre, mentre resta aperta l’indagine.

Censorship of correspondence for anarchist Alfredo Cospito extended again (March 2022)
We inform that in the middle of March the censorship of correspondence (incoming and outgoing) for anarchist comrade Alfredo Cospito, currently imprisoned in section AS2 (“High Security 2”) of Terni prison, was renewed once again. The censorship will last three months, until June. The measure had also been ordered between September and December 2021 and between December 2021 and March of this year.
We remind that the comrade, arrested in September 2012, already sentenced to 9 years and 5 months for the wounding of Adinolfi (CEO of Ansaldo Nucleare), was sentenced to a further 20 years in the “Scripta Manent” trial held in Turin, whose court of cassation hearing will be held on May 25 in Rome. In addition, the comrade has recently received an arrest order for the “Sibilla” operation of November 11, as he is accused of incitement to commit crimes with the aggravating circumstance of the purpose of terrorism, in relation with the publication of the anarchist paper “Vetriolo”. The arrest order was subsequently annulled by the Perugia re-examination court on December 16, while the investigation remains open.

At night in Lukhovitsy, Moscow region, a local man threw Molotov cocktails at the military registration and enlistment office. He tried 
to destroy the archive with personal data of reservists -conscripts who can be sent to war in Ukraine. We publish his statement.
The other day I set fire to the military registration and enlistment office in Lukhovitsy, Moscow region and filmed it on GoPro. I painted the gates in the colors of the Ukrainian flag and wrote: “I will not go kill my brothers!”, then climbed over the fence, poured gasoline on the front, broke the windows and sent Molotov cocktails into them. The aim was to destroy the archive with the personal files of the conscripts, which is located in this unit. This should prevent mobilization in the district. I hope that I won’t see mclassmates in captivity or in the lists of the dead.
I think it should be spread. Ukrainians will know that people in Russia are fighting for them, not everyone is afraid and there are people who care. Our protesters should be inspired to act more radically. And this should break the spirit of the Russian army and government even more. Let these faggots know that their own people hate them and will extinguish them. The ground will soon burn beneath their feet, hell awaits them at home as well.
