Brussels (Belgium): Comrade T. has been released from prison!

After more than seven months in pretrial detention , T. has finally been released from Haren prison. He was sentenced for arson of someone else’s property with aggravating circumstances (the crime was committed at night) to 40 months in prison, with the remaining months suspended for the first year, and a €1,600 fine.

This amounts to one year of actual imprisonment and 28 months suspended . Having already served more than a third of his sentence, he is free without any restrictions. Both the prosecutor and the defense have one month to appeal.

Down with justice, the cops and the prisons,
Freedom for all !
