Brussels, Belgium: Arrest and imprisonment of T.

Stuut 23rd November 2025

In the night between Sunday 9th to Monday 10th November 2025, at Ixelles, T. is stopped by cops. They accuse him of having tried to set fire to 3 police vehicles.

An investigating judge has been appointed, and has charged T. with « arson of moveable property, during the night ».

As a result, his home was raided. The cops seized all digital media, 2 computers, 2 telephones, some usb keys and a hard disc. They also took posters and pamphlets.
T. was placed under arrest in the prison of Haren on Wednesday 12 November.

On Friday 14th November, the first hearing before the council chamber, which can rule on coercive measures, confirmed imprisonment on remand.
Investigations continue.

It matters little who tried to set fire to these police vehicles; the question of innocence or
guilt belongs to those with a penal code in place of a heart.

It enrages to learn that the State has taken someone hostage, just as it gives joy to know that certain people do not resign themselves and attack what is preventing a free life.

Solidarity with T.
Down with the State, the cops, and all prisons.
