Over the past 20 months, since the occasion of the coordinated attacks of Palestinian organizations on the Palestinian territories occupied by Israeli settlers, the murderous army of the state of Israel has been attempting to annihilate and expel the Palestinian people from their last remaining territories. With sweeping airstrikes and the ground invasion of the Gaza Strip, with the systematic destruction of roads, homes and infrastructure, with the blockade and deprivation of food, water, medicine, electricity and fuel, with the killing and injury of tens of thousands of Palestinians, the majority of whom are civilians, Israel is attempting to completely subjugate the people of Palestine and impose its plans for the wider region.

The genocidal work of the Israeli war machine has been assisted militarily, economically and morally from the very beginning by the US state, the European Union and NATO. In fact, the “pacifist” Trump is stating that he is working on plans for the reconstruction of the razed Gaza and its transformation into a “Middle Eastern Riviera”, which includes the permanent relocation of the Palestinians from their land.

Of course, the scene could not be without the representative of the Western ruling bloc in the region and loyal ally of Israel, the Greek state and capital. Whether through the concession of American and NATO bases, or through economic agreements (such as the Greek-Cyprus-Egyptian-Israeli EEZ), or through military cooperation and joint exercises, or through various research programs, or through all kinds of facilities and benefits. It is no coincidence that in recent months the country has been filled with Israelis of all kinds, from IDF war criminal soldiers resting in between military operations, businessmen and companies that invest and buy real estate and all kinds of capital, to ordinary tourists, fanatical Zionists who do not stop trumpeting it for every reason and on any occasion. Of course, great responsibility also lies with the big or small bosses of this country who see the ongoing genocide of the Palestinians as an opportunity to increase their profits and do business, concessions and make agreements of all kinds with the Zionist murderers.

But the Palestinian people continue to resist!! From the beginning of the 20th century when the Zionist plan to colonize the Palestinian territories was implemented, then the unilateral declaration of the establishment of the state of Israel in 1948, the expansionist policy and apartheid that it has systematically implemented since then, until today when attempts are being made to provide a final solution to the Palestinian “problem”, the flame of rebellion has never been extinguished. On the contrary, it is constantly being reborn through the most adverse conditions, with the most meager means, paying a heavy price in blood. Against the overwhelming predominance of an enemy that first imprisoned it in the largest prison on the planet and is now trying to bury it under its ruins. But the right of a people fighting for survival, land and freedom is stronger than fire. That is why Palestine is intertwined with the Resistance. That is why the mind and heart of every person who rebels against injustice beats in Gaza.

For our part, standing uncompromisingly on the side of the Palestinian people and inspired by their unyielding struggle, we unite our voices and fists and take to the streets like millions of other people all over the planet, we shout, we demonstrate, so that silence does not become law in the greatest attempted crime of our time. At the same time, we try to transfer, to the extent of our capabilities, some of the hostilities to the safe western rear. To demonstrate the participation of the Greek state and capital in the war and its role in the geopolitical chessboard in the wider region. Also, to make it clear to the Zionists, soldiers, businessmen and tourists that they are unwanted in the neighbourhoods where we live.

In this context, we have recently sought out and targeted some of the companies that belong to or collaborate with Israeli capital, causing them material damage. Specifically,

• two Israeli-owned Hestia hotels, in Ilisia and Neapoli,
• the Israeli-owned Bob W. hotel in the centre of Athens,
• two Carrefour supermarkets, in Nea Smyrni and Brahami. Carrefour is a French company that works closely with Israeli companies based in the occupied Palestinian territories. It has also supported Israeli soldiers operating in Gaza in many ways,
• the Re/max store in Petralona. Re/max is a real estate company with American interests that sells property in Israeli settlements on stolen Palestinian land.

All attacks were hushed up by the media of the regime.

In a world where the far right is galloping internationally, poverty and inequalities are growing, and militarism and war preparations are intensifying, let us be inspired by the multifaceted struggle of the Palestinian people, organize our resistance and launch a counterattack, against their war that never seems to end, for ours that never seems to begin.
