This morning, 16th November, 2023  the ROS (of Bologna, Milano, Brescia and Florence) raided the Spazio di documentazione anarchico “Il Tribolo” and the homes of 19 comrades between Bologna, Lombardia and Trentino.

The raids are part of investigations for 270 bis, whose opening had initially been notified to 6 comrades in June 2023 and for which the RIS carried out a number of examinations of various materials found at the sites of the contested facts throughout the summer.

As well as 270 bis (for 11 of those raided), only a few people are accused of a number of specific facts: an attack on a telecommunications repeater, attempted damaging of lorries of the MARR company, a road blocked with damaged bins, interruption of a mass and occupation of a crane in the centre of Bologna.

All the events fit into the struggle against 41 bis and in solidarity with anarchist comrade Alfredo Cospito. From what we have been able to deduce the PM would have requested collection of DNA from all those under investigation.
