For a thousand reasons. Solidarity presence with the anarchists accused re the publication of “Bezmotivny” (Massa, 9th January 2024)
Last August 8th a police operation took place involving ten anarchists, putting them under investigation for subversive association with aims of terrorism and instigation to commit crime aggravated with aims of terrorism, in reference to the publication of the internationalist anarchist fortnightly “Bezmotivny”. In response to an original request for the imprisonment of the ten under investigation, the judiciary decreed nine precautionary measures: four were therefore placed under restrictive house arrest, while another five have mandatory residence with obligation to be home at night.
After the first months, during which – between prison and house arrest – there were some temporary aggravations to the precautionary measures, a trial hearing for an immediate judgment has been fixed at the court of Massa, for 9th January 2024 for the comrades under house arrest Gaia, Gino, Luigi e Paolo.
The story of “Bezmotivny” is one of solidarity, internationalism, support of the revolutionary perspective, whereas the Scripta Scelera operation, aimed at making precautionary measures praxis in relation to allegations of aggravated incitement, is another “chapter” in the war politics of the Italian State.
After the Scripta Manent trial, the Sibilla procedure against “Vetriolo” and Alfredo Cospito’s transfer to the 41 bis regime, the Scripta Scelera operation is aimed at “dismantling” an anarchist newspaper, attempting – in vain – to give yet another repressive warning and silence the urgency of social criticism, the reasons for rebellion, the need for revolution.
We will keep on fighting, thwarting the attempts to attack the theoretical and practical principle of revolutionary solidarity: both internationalist with the exploited around the world – against all the wars of the bosses and against every State, starting from “our own” –, as well as with anarchist prisoners.
For a thousand reasons not to remain inert: we will continue with agitation, propaganda, the revolutionary struggle against the State and capitalism.
Solidarity presence: Tuesday January 9th court of Massa, piazza De Gasperi, Massa, 8am.
