Qualche notizia sulla situazione dell’anarchico Ivan (Francia, 16 agosto 2022)

Ecco qualche notizia della situazione di Ivan, il compagno anarchico arrestato l’11 giugno vicino a Parigi per incendio e attualmente in detenzione preventiva nel carcere di Villepinte.

Sta bene. Dopo due settimane in cella da solo fra fine luglio e inizio agosto, è di nuovo in cella con un altro detenuto.

Mentre Ivan era in stato di fermo, la SDAT (Sous-Direction Anti-Terroriste della Direction centrale della polizia giudiziaria francese) ha interrogato la sua compagna. Qualche settimana dopo, hanno convocato per interrogatorio pure sua figlia (di 12 anni) e la madre. Gli sbirri intendevano interrogarla, ma la madre ha rifiutato di lasciarla sola.

Il compagno non ha ancora avuto accesso agli atti dell’indagine. La magistrata che sostituisce la giudice titolare dell’inchiesta ha motivato il rifiuto con il fatto che Ivan non ha dichiarato nulla durante gli interrogatori. L’avvocata farà appello contro questa decisione.

Dal 19 luglio il compagno non riceve più la posta (c’è stata una sola eccezione). Forse perché la giudice è in vacanza? Quindi non stupitevi se le vostre lettere rimaranno, per il momento, senza risposta. In ogni caso, Ivan ha sempre risposto ad ogni lettera ricevuta.

Some news on the situation of the anarchist Ivan (France, August 16, 2022)

Here is some news about the situation of Ivan, the anarchist comrade arrested on June 11 near Paris for arson and currently in pre-trial detention in the Villepinte prison.

He is well. After two weeks in a cell on his own between late July and early August, he is back in a cell with another detainee.

While Ivan was in detention, the SDAT (Sous-Direction Anti-Terroriste of the Central Direction of the french judicial police) interrogated his partner. A few weeks later, they also summoned his daughter (who is 12 years old) and mother for questioning. The cops wanted to question the girl, but the mother refused to leave her alone.

The comrade has not yet had access to the investigation files. The magistrate standing in for the judge in charge of the investigation explained the refusal by the fact that Ivan did not say anything during the interrogations. The lawyer will appeal against this decision.

Since July 19, the comrade no longer receives mail (there was only one exception). Maybe because the judge is on holiday? So do not be surprised if your letters remain, for the time being, unanswered. In any case, Ivan has always answered every letter he has received.

Quelques nouvelles d’Ivan (16 août)

Voici quelques nouvelles d’Ivan, le compagnon anarchiste arrêté le 11 juin en région parisienne pour incendie et en détention préventive à la maison d’arrêt de Villepinte.

Il va bien. Après deux semaines en cellule seul, il est maintenant avec un autre détenu.

Pendant que le compagnon était en garde à vue, la SDAT a auditionné aussi sa compagne. Quelques semaines plus tard, ils ont convoqué pour interrogatoire aussi sa fille (de 12 ans) et la mère de cette dernière. Les flics voulaient interroger la jeune fille toute seule, mais sa mère a refusé de la quitter.

Le compagnon n’a pas encore eu accès au dossier de l’enquête. La remplaçante de la juge d’instruction justifie son refus avec le fait qu’Ivan n’a rien déclaré lors des interrogatoires. L’avocate fera appel de cette décision de la juge remplaçante.

Depuis le 19 juillet, le compagnon ne reçoit plus son courrier (a une exception près). C’est peut- être parce que la juge est en vacances ? Du coup, ne vous étonnez pas si vos lettres restent, pour l’instant, sans réponse. En tout cas, Ivan a toujours répondu à chaque lettre reçue.
