At 4am in the morning of 11/11/2021, the ROS [Carabinieri Special Operations] raided the homes of dozens of comrades all over Italy on orders of the PM Comodi in an investigation set off by the usual Nobili and Basilone.
Alfredo, in prison for having shot at Adinolfi, CEO of Ansaldo Nucleare, and for ”operation Scripta Manent”, was notified of yet another pre-trial detention; another comrade is under house arrest, four more were subjected to an obligation to remain in their own area with regular signing.
The main accusation is of having constituted and promoted an association with aims of terrorism, an accusation in particular revolving around the paper “Vetriolo” and some articles published in it.
Linked to this operation, the editors of Roundrobin were notified the same evening that they are under investigation: the accusations (threats, incitement to commit crimes, association with terrorist aims) are linked to the publication of some writings which in the cops’ opinion are signed by some of the comrades under investigation.
As Roundrobin we have always wanted to give space to all anarchist ideas and debate and are proud to have published the writings of the comrades under indictment.
Despite the difficulties due to which the site has been on hold for almost a month, we will now recommence giving space to the contributions that reach us, no matter what the shit servants of power think.

A las 4 de la mañana del 11/11/2021, los ROS [Operaciones Especiales de los Carabinieri] allanaron los domicilios de decenas de compañeros en toda Italia por orden del fiscal Comodi en una investigación iniciada por los habituales Nobili y Basilone.

A Alfredo, en prisión por haber disparado a Adinolfi, director general de Ansaldo Nucleare, y por la «operación Scripta Manent», se le notificó otra detención preventiva; otro compañero está bajo arresto domiciliario, cuatro más fueron sometidos a la obligación de permanecer en su propia zona con fichajes regulares.
La acusación principal es la de haber constituido y promovido una asociación con fines terroristas, acusación que gira en particular en torno al periódico «Vetriolo» y a algunos artículos publicados en él.
Vinculado a esta operación, los editores de Roundrobin fueron notificados la misma tarde de que están siendo investigados: las acusaciones (amenazas, incitación a cometer delitos, asociación con fines terroristas) están relacionadas con la publicación de algunos escritos que, en opinión de los policías, están firmados por algunos de los compañeros investigados.

Le 11 novembre 2021, à 4 heures du matin, les hommes du ROS, sous les ordres de la Procureure Comodi, dans le cadre d’une enquête commencée par Nobili et Basilone [Alberto Nobili, chef du groupe antiterrorisme du Parquet de Milan, et Piero Basimone, procureur adjoint de la même ville ; NdAtt.], toujours eux, ont perquisitionné les maisons de dizaines de compagnons et compagnonnes, dans toute l’Italie.

Pour Alfredo, en prison après avoir tiré sur Adinolfi, PDG d’Ansaldo Nucleare, et pour l’opération Scripta Manent, il y a eu l’énième mesure de détention préventive ; un autre compagnon est aux arrestations domiciliaires, quatre autres ont été soumis à l’interdiction de quitter leur ville et à l’obligation de pointer chez les flics.
L’accusation principale est d’avoir crée et encouragé une association avec finalité de terrorisme, une accusation qui tourne principalement autour du journal Vetriolo et des articles qui y sont publiés.
En lien avec cette opération, la même nuit un rédacteur de Round Robin a reçu la notification d’une enquête : les chefs d’accusation (menaces, provocation aux crimes et délits, association avec finalité de terrorisme) sont en lien avec la publication de certains textes, que les flics pensent avoir été écrits par quelques uns des compagnons et des compagnonnes sous enquête.
En tant que Round Robin, nous avons toujours voulu donner de l’espace au débat et à toutes les idées anarchistes et nous sommes fiers et heureux d’avoir publié les textes des compagnons et des compagnonnes inculpés.
Malgré les difficultés, qui ont fait que le site est resté en stand-by pendant presque un mois, nous allons maintenant recommencer à publier les contributions qui nous arriveront, quoi qu’ils en pensent les merdes au service du pouvoir.
