Briançon, (Hautes-Alpes), France: The town hall loses two vehicles

Two vehicles of the town hall of Briançon were burned on Saturday night in the premises of the technical services of the city, announced the mayor Arnaud Murgia on Facebook.

Contacted by BFM DICI, the public prosecutor of Gap confirms that a judicial investigation is underway for “voluntary destruction and degradation by fire”, an investigation entrusted to the police station of Briançon.
According to the first elements of the investigation, the perpetrators of the fire used accelerant to commit their crime. Forensic technicians have been on site and the data from the surveillance cameras is being analysed in order to identify and find the perpetrators.
