We take responsibility for the attack with an incendiary device with gaseous explosives at the EFKA (Health center of Zografou ) building in Zografou area which resulted in damage to a State vehicle of EFKA as well as to the building.
We would like to begin by emphasizing that we do not intend this text to speak more than our action. An attack on the State, on an institution we think speaks for itself. Let these few words be a necessary companion and political defence of the flame of our attack.
We have chosen this target as it is a State institution created by the former Minister of Labour Hatzidakis and now under the authority of this ministry, and responsible for pensions, insurances and labour insurance. In other words, everything that constitutes modern capitalist Christianity. To put it more simply. I have worked for 40 years hoping for a pension to ”live my life” as it comes, and if, and with as much money as the government of the day decides. We even know that this particular body has deliberately delayed the payment of thousands of pensions. But we are not here to beg the State to give the pensions to the ‘poor people’ who have forcefully made sure that they have re-elected their oppressors. We are here to remind the State that any attack on the lower economic strata will involve an attack on itself.

With the following text, we want to give an overview of the current investigation against two comrades who were arrested on February 16th 2023 in Adlershof, Berlin. We believe that individual experiences can be of a collective use when we find the right ways to share them. In the night from 15th to 16th of February, the helicopter of the federal police (“Pirol”[1]) is on one of its routine surveillance flights. At 0:26am the team, with the help of thermal imaging cameras, identifies two people on the tracks south of S-Bahnhof Adlershof[2]. They alert the control center at Ostbahnhof[3], which then sends out two patrol cars and one civil car (all of them federal police, as the railway is under federal jurisdiction) to Adlershof. Genova: First-degree sentence of the Diamante trial July 5, 2023
The first-degree sentence of the Diamante trial against anarchist comrades Evelin and Gianluca (arrested on March 16th, 2022) was read out today, July 5th, at the Genoa court. Evelin was acquitted of all accusations and Gianluca was convicted to 4 years and 6 months of prison (plus a fine of 15,000 euro) for ‘illegal possession of explosives’ (art. 1 and 2 of law 895/67) and ‘attempted crime’ (art. 56 c. p., Italian criminal code), while he was acquitted of the accusation of ‘manufacture or possession of explosive materials with the purpose of endangering public safety’ (art. 435 c. p.).

Today’s Figures on the Riots
In total, between the night of June 27 to 28 and July 2 to 3, there were officially 12 031 vehicles burned, 2 508 buildings burned down or damaged, including 273 police and gendarmerie premises, 105 town halls burnt or damaged, 168 schools were attacked. 722 law enforcement personnel were injured.
3,625 people were taken into custody throughout the territory (1,124 of whom are minors). Among all those arrested, « the average age is between 17 and 18 (…) the youngest is 11 years old and the oldest 59 years old, one third are minors”, “60% of the total have no criminal record”, «10% of the people arrested are non-French and there have been 40 placements in administrative detention centres» according to the Minister of Interior. Of the detained persons, 990 of the age of majority and 253 minors were referred to the prosecutor’s office, and 480 of the age of majority were referred to the court for immediate appearance. To date, 380 people have been sent to prison, whether they have been sentenced or placed in pre-trial detention pending trial.

[Following the police murder of Nahel in Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine) on Tuesday morning, a first, a second night, a third night, then a fourth night of riots took place across the country, destructive riots of which we published broad illustrated reviews here. And finally, two others (5th and 6th) took place this weekend during the night of 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 July, under heavy police pressure (plus that exerted by para-municipal associative structures or citizens).
What marked these fifth and sixth nights of riots, which the State and its mouthpieces presented as much calmer despite the 157 buildings burned or damaged in a short weekend-end, was in particular that – for lack of being able to hold the street sufficiently or carry out abundant looting as on the previous days/nights – we have also seen in the last two days more targeted and fewer attacks. These have included places dedicated to Justice (Court or House of Law – in Créteil, Aix-en-Provence, Blois, Forbach, Villeneuve-sur-Lot), a tennis club of rich people or private property belonging to the mayors. But rest assured, the institutions of local domination (community centre, media library, town hall, school, police) have not been spared either… ]
Some Numbers
For the night of Saturday 1 to Sunday 2 July, the Ministry of the Interior recorded 871 public road fires, 958 vehicles and 123 
buildings set aflame. A total of 26 police stations (ten police stations, ten gendarmerie barracks and six municipal police stations) were attacked. The Ministry of the Interior reports that 45 members of the security forces were wounded and some 773 people arrested on the fifth night of the revolt.
For the night of Sunday 2 to Monday 3 July, the Ministry of the Interior recorded 352 public road fires, 297 cars burned and 34 buildings burned. Some 157 people were arrested during this sixth night of revolt.
Ile-de-France
In total, between the night of June 27 to 28 and July 2 to 3, there were officially 5,662 vehicles burned, 1,313 buildings burned or damaged, including 254 local police and gendarmerie stations. 722 of security forces were injured.
Lognes (Seine-et-Marne), night of July 1 to 2: the community centre with the incendiary car which was used to ram it.
In Lognes (Seine-et-Marne), on the night of 1 to 2 July, the Simone Signoret social centre was targeted by a car used to ram into it, which was then ignited.
In Groslay (Val d’Oise), a municipal police vehicle is set on fire outside the police station on the night of 1 to 2 July.
Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine), night of 1 to 2 July: the Red Cross van did not escape the rioters
In Nanterre (Hauts-de-Seine), a Red Cross van was set on fire during the night of 1 to 2 July. In a press release, the Red Cross said that this truck contained all of their general public-training materials and cited “very significant” financial harm.

Triple explosive attack against critical infrastructure
Los Álamos (Chile), June 9, 2023. The pylon of the high-voltage power line failed to withstand the shock of the attack.
In the course of one long weekend, three explosive attacks hit various critical infrastructures in Chile. On Friday June 9, 2023, two high-voltage pylons were hit first. One at dawn in the municipality of Placilla, some ten kilometers east of Valparaíso, where Chile’s largest port and industrial facilities are located. The second, at around 11 p.m., took place in Los Álamos (Bío Bío region), home to the special forces bases of the Carabineros and the Navy, one of the centers of Chile’s repressive policies. While the first pylon, with two of its four support bars damaged, remained standing, the second collapsed to the ground, cutting off power between Cañete and Tirúa in the Los Álamos area.
The third attack occurred at around 3am on Tuesday June 13, on the railway bridge over the Itata river in the Ñuble region. The bridge, whose sleepers were blown up and rails shattered by the explosion, is used for freight trains, and in particular for the movement of raw materials such as the thousands of industrial eucalyptus trees destined to supply the Nueva Aldea pulp mill of the Arauco company (Angelini Group). Owned by Chile’s national railroad company (EFE), the line was operated by Ferrocarril del Pacífico (Fepasa), the main rail freight company in the south-central region of the country.

Besançon, France: “Update on the top-flight chair for Boris”
At the beginning of March, a four-page write-up was published detailing the history of the Besançon anarchist Boris, from his attack in 2020 in the Jura against two telecoms masts used by cops and mobile phone operators, through his incarceration in Nancy prison, his sentencing to two years in prison and two years’ suspended sentence, and his public letter written from the inside in which he defends his act, to his long hospitalisation following a cell fire that left him tetraplegic. And finally the fight to get out of the palliative care ward where he was buried. Since then, the comrade’s conservatorship procedure launched against him by the doctor of this department has been cancelled following legal appeals, and Boris has spent the last six months in a care and rehabilitation centre (CRDD) which has enabled him to make somehwat of a recovery.
In this text we also launched a call for financial support, with a view to enabling a return to the streets and the sunlight for Boris – far from the bed and the devices that have kept him pinned down for too long under the neon lights of a hospital room – for the purchase of a custom-made vertical electric wheelchair.

In the early morning hours of Friday 30/06/23 we carried out incendiary attacks on vans belonging to the companies “Kotsovolos” and “Ena”. Companies like these and many other capitalist companies are pillars of the capitalist system.
They are places where workers are exploited and exploited by the bosses. All these supply and non-supply chain giants have in recent years been generating frighteningly large excess profits through obscenity and the fleecing of workers. The anti-labour laws of the last few years combined with the lockdown in the midst of a pandemic (a period of time when large businesses remained open on the backs of the workers) is proof of the advantage the big bosses have over the state.
