Threat Library: Case against Louna, France

From Threat Library – Repressive Operations

On the night of May 4 to May 5, 2024, an excavator was set on fire at the construction site of a highway project.[1] On October 12, 2024, Louna was arrested and accused of setting the excavator on fire. Several other people were arrested and released soon after.

CCTV footage from the arson site showed two people setting fire to the excavator, and one of them burning themselves accidentally. In the hours following the arson, Louna was brought by car to a nearby hospital, where she was admitted for burns allegedly compatible with those visibly suffered by the person who burned themselves in the footage.

After her arrest, Louna was detained in isolation for four months — she was in isolation because she was in a men’s prison despite being a (trans) woman.[2] After her arrest, she claimed responsibility for the degradations against the excavator. She is currently under judicial supervision pending trial.

(Chile) Week of Agitation in Memory of Comrade Javier Recabarren, March 11-18, 2025

“And even if death does not occur in direct confrontation, it’s us who must relive each history, who must construct the combative memory of our siblings so that their memory isn’t transformed into a citizenist memorial, so that their face isn’t that of some idol; So that the war they made in life forms part of the revolutionary impulse. Their stories, convictions and contradictions accompany us in each action, in each night of sabotage, in each destructive impulse of the society of misery, each gesture of rebellion.”

A ROAR BETWEEN ANIMALS

On March 18, 2015 anarchist and anti-speciesist comrade Javier Recabarren died after being run over by a transantiago bus on the intersection of Radal and Alameda, Santiago.

Javier, who was only 11 years old, had already participated in various anti-authoritarian initiatives, solidarity activities, meetings, demonstrations, masking up and confronting the bastard police. A slap in the face to anyone who thinks that you have to be a certain age to choose the path of conflict.

x Črna luknja, Ljubljana: spoke to comrades from Budapest and Sofia about the antifascist demonstrations in february. Comrades in Budapest organised against an annual nazi-marsh Day of Honour and comrades in Sofia called for an annual contra-demo »No nazis on our streets« against the LukovMarch, the biggest international neo-nazi gathering in Sofia that has been taking place there since 2003.

Episode 88 (02/2025)

The memory of anarchist Lambros Foundas, member of Revolutionary Struggle murdered in an armed conflict with the cops, on 10th of March 2010 in Dafni area in Athens , will always accompany us in the struggle.

In life thunder

Charged with genuine anguish for the choices, the future, the comrades, the struggle.
With sharp thoughts, forged in your own personal effort and the movement.
With decisive acts, firm, flaming.
You showed with your life that the way of the revolutionary is to say little, to act with rage and devotion. With rage and conscience.
In your memory fists tighten…
Tears become weapons…
The choice becomes more imperative.

And in death a wolf

One breath was enough for you, one decision and iron will.
With the weapon in your hand and freedom in your eyes you chased your dreams to the end.
As you lived, that is how you left. Wild and free.

When revolutionaries die
they are not lost

They ride a star and draw courses of freedom in the indefinite.
They draw with their blood what each one of us dreams but is afraid to dare.

They are fireflies in the darkness of inertia.
They are the fire, the struggle, the street.
Lets all take the fire from their fire…
lets not forget – lets act.

Honour to anarchist
Lambros Foundas

The struggle continues.

Munich, surrounding area and Austria: Repressive operations in Germany and Austria. Arrests and raids against anarchists in Munich, February 2025

Anarchists arrested and houses raided in Munich

ES/   IT/   FR/

On February 26th 2025 and the days that followed, two new investigations of the attorney general of Munich have come to light during house searches by hordes of unchained cops in various houses in Munich, the surrounding area and Austria. This has led to arrests and pre-trial detentions.

As has already happened in the past, whole flats were searched, not just single rooms. An apartment where none of the accused lives has also been broken into. The reason given for this is that they would have “close contacts”, so have therefore been searched as witnesses.
In addition, numerous persons were promptly summoned as witnesses by the Public Prosecutor’s Office as a result of this procedure.

Proletarians “On the Home Front”!
Comrades!

In many parts of the world, right now the capitalism is once again
kicking off its inherent war machine to slaughter thousands upon
thousands of proletarians. They are being relentlessly bombed and
shelled; deliberately starved and deprived of water; forced to shoot,
stab or poison each other with gas in the trenches, raped, tortured and mutilated…

Issue 3 of anarcho-nihilist / insurrectionary newspaper “Blessed Is The Flame” has been released

PDF download link: [ENG] Blessed Is The Flame – Issue #3

(For those who wish to print the newspaper, see the instructions below.)

The 3rd issue of the anarcho-nihilist/insurrectionary newspaper “Blessed Is The Flame” has been published. Its pages contain reports of direct actions, claims of responsibility, texts, poems, and news from anarchist prisoners and trials that were published in November and December 2024 in ten different languages across various parts of the world, or were sent to us via email and are being published for the first time. (Some of the texts published for the first time will also be uploaded as standalone posts on our blog, blessed-is-the-flame.espivblogs.net.)

Our goal is not only to break down the linguistic barriers that hinder information, solidarity, and the dissemination of propaganda by the deed on an international level but also to give counter-information a printed form. We believe it is crucial for counter-information to transcend the limits of the digital realm.

prisoners mutiny on c wing – hmp swaleside, uk

21 January 2015

Prisoners in HMP Swaleside, C wing, have taken over that wing and staff

have retreated. We don’t have any more information at the moment. The reasons behind this are probably the bad conditions they’re under, lack of staff, lack of sanitary products, slavery wages and inconsistency onb the timetable (leading to being locked up more time and don’t know what their routine is). We’ll be updating when we get more information.

Please share! No one is free until all are free!

From Paris to Athens from the depths of our hearts. (France)

On the 31th of October, a bomb exploded in an apartment in Athens, blowing the apartment up, killing our companion Kyriakos and injuring another companion, Marianna, who is now in hospital, out of danger. We wish to her that she will recover quickly and without after-effects. We are with her in thoughts. With Kyriakos the movement lost a companion and some lost a friend, a loved one.

But in its war, the State never allows a ceasefire : Kyriakos was hardly gone for a few hours when it started already to attack our mourning companions, unleashed its henchmen against the ones it already called “terrorists” and “guerilleros” as a reference to the guerillas of the 2000’. Many persons, M. among them, are thus targeted by a counter-terrorist investigation and prosecuted for 8 charges.

Guadeloupe: seizing the opportunity of a blackout…, island in the southern Caribbean Sea

Guadeloupe: seizing the opportunity of a blackout…

On Friday October 25 in the French colony of Guadeloupe, shortly after 8:30 a.m., striking EDF employees in a month-long dispute with their management invaded the control room of the Pointe Jarry thermal power plant, shutting down its 12 engines*. Given that this power plant supplies almost all the electricity on this archipelago of 380,000 inhabitants, this provoked “a generalized electrical incident” – in other words, a blackout that lasted 39 hours and 28 minutes, until the evening of October 26 and the full restoration of electricity on the island.

Following the impromptu shutdown, the authorities dispatched gendarmes half an hour later to regain control of the control room, and then issued a prefectoral decree requisitioning the employees needed to get the thermal power plant back up and running, which took several days. On the street side, given that the blackout was set to last, the prefect also decreed a curfew (7pm-6am) for the night of the 25th to the 26th throughout Guadeloupe, then in 11 communes for the following two nights (10pm-5am): Abymes, Baie-Mahault, Basse-Terre, Gosier, Lamentin, Le Moule, Morne-à-l’Eau, Pointe-à-Pitre, Petit-Canal, Sainte-Anne and Sainte-Rose… to ensure that no one takes advantage of the blackout to carry out property transfers or targeted destruction. Officially “to limit the movement of people who might take advantage of the lack of light to damage property…”.

Which, of course, is exactly what happened! So, let’s take a non-exhaustive look at what happened in Guadeloupe when alarms, cameras, street lamps, neon lights and cell phone masts were suddenly deprived of juice…

It comes as part of work to electrify the line between Wigan and Bolton, which began in 2022. The cable provides power to the overhead line equipment, which in turn powers electric trains across the tracks.

Berlin (Germany): double incendiary attack against the concrete industry

via: sansnom Translated by Act for freedom now!

[On the night of Sunday to Monday, December 2 in Berlin, at around 3am, a double incendiary attack destroyed around twenty concrete trucks at two industrial sites in northern Berlin. The 8 concrete mixers torched in Gehrenseestraße (Lichtenberg district) belonged to the Mexican multinational Cemex. And the 9 concrete mixers torched on Pyramidenring (Marzahn district) belonged to the German company HeidelbergMaterials.

You may recall that these two global concrete giants had already been attacked several times in the German capital: on December 27, 2023, CEMEX was set ablaze for the first time (five concrete mixer trucks arsoned, as well as the bulk conveyor belt and a technical building near the silos), then a second time on January 19, 2024 (two excavators present on the Berlin A100 highway construction site). On March 15, 2024,HeidelbergMaterials was attacked (six concrete trucks destroyed and three excavators damaged on the A100 highway construction site).

Here is a translation of the claim for the latest attack, on December 2, which hit both Cemex and HeidelbergMaterials at two separate sites, a text that appeared on indymedia germany on the same day].

Switch off the concrete industry

Flames once again lit up Berlin’s cold, dark nights. On the morning of December 2, machines and vehicles belonging to concrete giants Cemex and Heidelberg Materials were reduced to ashes.

In Martinique, rioting and looting cause at least “65 million euros” in damage to businesses

  • Le Monde, October 18, 2024 (excerpt)

Supermarkets, warehouses, car dealerships and rental companies, electronics stores, catering establishments… The list of Martinique businesses robbed and set on fire during the nights of rioting is long and varied.

“We counted 115 businesses, for a total estimated loss – in terms of inventory and buildings – of between 65 and 75 million euros”, sums up Philippe Jock, President of Martinique’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI). Up to 950 employees could be affected by short-time working, according to CCI estimates, and “more than 300 jobs are at risk; some will be lost”, continues Mr. Jock. This is bad news for this island of 350,000 inhabitants, where 11% of the population was unemployed in 2023, according to data published by Insee in June.
