Presence in solidarity with Beppe, Natascia and Robert, still accused after the acquittal in first instance of having sent an explosive package to the ex-director of the DAP, Santi Consolo, and to two public prosecutors in Turin, Roberto Sparagna and Antonio Rinaudo, responsible for the conditions inside the prisons and the repression of many struggles.
In an increasingly hard moment for all prisoners; faced with the fact that prison sentences for revolutionaries are now around 30 years for actions that, incidentally, only resulted in damage to structures; that an anarchist comrade has been transferred to regime 41 bis (total isolation, the same as that previously imposed on communist revolutionaries) and that the only option for them is hunger strike, we express our closeness to the accused in this umpteenth trial.

On 7th of October, the 11 fighters from Turkey Ali Ercan Gökoğlu, Burak Agarmış, Hasan Kaya, Sinan Çam, Şadi Naci Özpolat, Halil Demir, Anıl Sayar, Harika Kızılkaya, Hazal Seçer, Sinan Oktay Özen and İsmail Zat started an indefinite hunger strike with the main demand of a fair trial.
From today, Saturday 12 November and for one week I am starting a hunger strike in support of their difficult struggle. Their trial starts this Wednesday 16 November in the courtroom of Korydallos prison.
I also want to send a signal of solidarity to the anarchist comrade Alfredo Cospito who has been on hunger strike since 20 October against the torture regime of article 41-bis, but also to the anarchist Anna Beniamino and the anarchists Juan Sorroche Fernandez and Ivan Alocco who are on hunger strike alongside him.

Smithers , find the hotel where the special unit in charge of defending the gas pipeline is staying
On the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, October 26, around 4:30 am in Smithers (British Columbia), several vehicles parked on the outside parking lot of the Sunshine Inn went up in smoke. Four of the vehicles belonged to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and two belonged to BC Hydro, the energy company that operates British Columbia’s hydro and gas plants.
As anyone on the scene would point out, the small town of Smithers borders the construction area of the CoastalGasLink pipeline, a 670-kilometre-long pipeline through Wet’suwet’en territory, against which a struggle has been underway for several years to prevent environmental devastation and exploitation.
The English-speaking correspondent of the public channel Radio Canada (26/10) did not miss the link between this anonymous arson attack and the gas pipeline under construction, stating that “one of the police vehicles that burned bore the inscription C-IRG”, i.e. the Community-Industry Response Group, the special constable unit created in 2017 to conduct surveillance of opposition to industrial projects, before adding that “C-IRG officers conduct regular patrols on remote logging roads that lead to a Coastal GasLink pipeline construction camp about 100 kilometers from Smithers. ”

TVA Quebec vehicles vandalized

At least seven vehicles belonging to TVA Quebec [a private Canadian television network owned by telecommunications giant Quebecor] were the target of vandalism on Monday night. Several windows and headlights were smashed by the perpetrators.
The police of Quebec City were called on the scene at around 5:30 a.m., Tuesday. They confirmed that a complaint was filed for vandalized vehicles, belonging to a company located on Wilfrid-Hamel Boulevard. On one of the vehicles, the vandal wrote the letters CAQ, in reference to the government [the Coalition avenir Québec is the party in power since 2018]. On the surveillance cameras of ExpoCité, we see a man in a balaclava approaching the vehicles, he then left on his bike.

On October 20th, in the prison of Bancali (Sardinia), Alfredo Cospito began an all-out hunger strike against the 41 bis regime and life sentence without parole. The regime 41 bis was assigned to him from May this year, being accused of maintaining relations through correspondence and editorial activity with the anarchist movement through public writings and interventions from the Maximum Security section where he had been locked up for years.
Life imprisonment without parole is likely to be the outcome of the appeal – made by the cassation ruling of July 2022 of the Scripta Manent trial – for the recalculation of the sentence passed as 285 c. p., “political massacre”, for a double attack on the carabinieri school of Fossano, signed by FAI-RAT [Informal Anarchist Federation – Anonymous and Tremendous Revolt]. The sentence for 285 of the penal code constitutes the keystone of an accusatory architecture which established the existence of a “subversive association with terrorist aims” (made up of only three promoters and with a sporadic existence, to overcome contradictions due to the outcomes of previous trials) and the activity of ‘instigating’ through anarchist blogs and newspapers published over the past 20 years by those convicted.
In short, a monstrous sentence where one is head/factotum of an ‘association’ with uncertain contours, as well as instigators and perpetrators of a “massacre” that never happened and above all never defended as such. That is, as has been repeatedly stated in times past, revolutionary violence is defended by anarchists, and by me among them; massacre is not.

We are writing these lines on the occasion of the gatherings planned for 1st November 2022 outside the prisons of Terni and Spoleto in conjunction with the call for struggle launched through the hunger strike by anarchist comrade Alfredo Cospito, locked up in the prison of Bancali; a hunger strike which has also been joined by anarchists Juan Sorroche, locked up in the prison of Terni and Ivan Alocco, locked up in the French prison of Villepinte.
The contribution, both theorical and pratical, that some of the imprisoned comrades have given to the anarchist movement throughout the years, and which they continue to give from inside the infamous cages built by the democratic regimes, still finds a way to escape and become uninterrupted, unmediated borderless agitation between the proletariat and the exploited all over the world: from Chile to France, from Spain to Italy.
On the 5th of May 2022, imprisoned anarchist Alfredo Cospito received notification of his transfer from “Maximum Security 2” to “41 bis”. The decree was ordered by former minister of justice Marta Cartabia.
On July 6th 2022, the Court of Cassation requalified the explosive attack against the school of carabinieri of Fossano of June 2006, claimed by Rivolta Anonima e Tremenda / Federazione Anarchica Informale, which the comrades Anna Beniamino and Alfredo Cospito were accused of, as “Political Massacre”, deferring to a worsening calculation of the sentence that could even become mandatory life imprisonment.

In the early hours of 31 October, we set fire to a van belonging to the GA-Tec company. This company for building and facilities management technology is 100% owned by the Sodexo group and runs prisons itself (in England and Chile) and is a big profiteer of the prison industry. The van burnt out in the Lichtenberg district, where a number of cars have been burnt recently.
