COMRADE LAMBROS FOUNTAS WILL LIVE FOR EVER IN THE STRUGGLE FOR THE

The comrades who are fighting and falling in the struggle for social
revolution and social liberation, fully conscious of their choice and
their actions, live on in the present and the future, as long as the
political perspectives and revolutionary goals for which they gave their lives remain alive.
Anarchist comrade Lambros Fountas, a fighter with the urban guerrilla organization Revolutionary Struggle, who was killed in a clash with patrolling police  in Dafni on March 10, 2010, during the expropriation of a car for a preparatory action by the organization, is
the spark of revolutionary intransigence and revolutionary ethos and makes for a tipping point of the struggle and revolutionary
counter-violence for the overthrow, the overall liberation struggle and the Social Revolution.

Sixteen years after the murder of our comrade, the Solidarity Assembly for the convicted members of Revolutionary Struggle, Pola Roupa and Nikos Maziotis, and comrades in solidarity, we placed a banner at the Junction  of Mesolongiou and Tzavella streets in Exarchia, a banner commemorating the revolutionary and historical memory of Lambros Fountas, a comrade who, with full consciousness and revolutionary responsibility, fought by every means against the state and capital, for a society of equality, freedom and solidarity without social, class, or gender divisions and patriarchy and without wars, genocides, and destruction of our common home, the planet where we live.
