Revolutionary anarchist Alfredo Cospito remains under 41-bis prison regime, defense appeal rejected.
On July 1st, 2026, the outcome of the June 12th hearing has been announced. The Supervisory Court of Rome rejected the appeal filed by Alfredo’s lawyer against the Ministry of Justice’s decision to renew 41-bis prison regime towards him for another two years. Updates will follow as soon as the documentation is available.
Get Alfredo out of 41-bis.
