Taking Responsibility for an incendiary attack against ATM at National Bank from Insurrectional Conspiracy “Kyriakos Xymitiris”

K.X. was an anarchist fighter dedicated with all his heart in every field of struggle against the state, capital and every form of authority. His contribution to the revolutionary case was decisive in the battle for the overthrow of the Existent. In this context, K.X. fought in many fronts and by different means. He was non-negotiably a part of the multiformal struggle. We met with him, as well as with anarchist comrade Marianna, on the street through a wide range of different struggles such as the ones against the repression and gentrification of Exarcheia, against fascism, in solidarity with imprisoned fighters, in solidarity with migrants as well as in centers of struggle and squats.

On 31/10, comrade K.X. stormed the heavens fighting with cost his own life. At the same time comrade Marianna had been seriously injured in the apartment of Arcadia Street. This day for the people of the movement is a day of significant loss, while at the same time life and the choices of comrade Kyriakos are a flame of inspiration to the minds and hearts of every anarchist fighter. For the same case were detained comrade Marianna M. while she was heavily injured, as well as anarchist comrade Dimitra, comrade Dimitris, anarchist comrade Nikos Romanos and A.K.

At an era dominated by fear, social apathy, poverty of the underclass and the violence of authority, the comrades did not  hesitate to forward radically their fight, taking a position in-battle. For these reasons, the world of authority in loving cooperation with the regime’s Mass Media rushed to condemn and humiliate the comrades arrested for the case. At the same time we do not forget which are the crimes of the state and capital that are methodically concealed. These are the state/capitalist crimes of Tempi, forest fires, floods of Thessaly, naval wrecks with hundreds of dead migrants (see Pylos), military operations and wars in which the greek state participates and much more. We consider that imminent action against the monopoly of state violence, against the cannibals of this world, is a way to break the fear and to continue the struggle next to each other until we come to a world without power and exploitation.

“Imagination-Positiveness-Risk”: This figure imprinted the triptych of struggle of our comrade. So we were armed with the same figure and with our rage we took on the way of fire. We responded to the international two-day action and struggle call for K.X. and in solidarity with the comrades being prosecuted for the case of Ampelokipi. So early in the morning on 05/02, we chose to attack with incendiary device an ATM at the National Bank on Dekelias Street in N. Philadelfeia, burning it down as a result. The reason for choosing this target is because simply banks are the temples of capital that are parasitically profiting at the expense of millions of poor worldwide. Our goal was to make this action a small mound against any logic of pessimism and apathy that wants the movement lethargic and defeated. We send comrade solidarity signals to all the events of direct action taken and will be taken in the context of activities for Kyriakos and we invite the world of struggle to take it to the streets and arm our desires by all means.
