One drawback is that the many management consultants who have been hired have been taking more and more money away from the federal army over time. For example, the Von der Leyen family have inserted the large consultancy firm McKinsey in various army directors’ boards. Which, if you believe the press, is aimed at increasing the private profits of the consultants rather than at creating more effective massacres. But the enjoyment is also short-lived, because in the end it would suffice to increase defence spending.
Meanwhile the situation is also burning on all other fronts, just look at the newspapers: large-scale tax evasion through share trading by Vonovia is only worth a page note. The racist declarations of the “left-wing” politicians of the CDU have become commonplace and are no longer a scandal. The Berlin leader of the FDP Peter Langer joins the right wing chorus: the proposal to welcome the Gaza refugees put forward by the left is «unrealistic».
«It [should] not be a desire of politics to bring us even more refugees». When will we find time to deal with this asshole? By the way, German weapons are also killing in Gaza; Germany is the second exporter of weapons to Israel after the United States.
