“TOTAL LIBERATION”
The “total liberation” open library is an experimental project of solidarity and collective reading. The basic vision of the library is to spread the ideas of total liberation through the prism of antispeciesism, to create a pole of attraction, transmission and intersection of the ideas of the liberation of animals and the earth in the context of the anarchist struggle. At this stage, for some time, it will have a mobile format with some titles from the catalogue available for some hours at a predetermined point at a given time.
The goal of mobility is to enhance collective ventures, to be present in increasingly questioning accessible public spaces, and chance encounters with an enlarged world. The objective of the library is to have the maximum libertarian characteristics, without subscriptions, mandatory contact details of the people who will take the books and without time restrictions on return.
It is up to its users to keep it running so that there are enough books available at a time. The library will also have brochures and magazines available that do not necessarily need to be returned. Any contribution to books and publications is welcome as long as they relate to the above topics.
