Hamburg: solidarity attack on HERTZ

The next racist murder attempt of the Greek cops, but also the ongoing hunger strike of the anarchists in Italy have motivated us to attack HERTZ as a supporter of the Greek cops and thus of the racist and neoliberal Nea-Demokratia regime.At the branch in Hamburg Wandsbek we set fire to the building.

Not only in Greece HERTZ offers favorable conditions for the uniformed executioners, but also for example in the USA.
Not only the shot in the back of the head of Costas Fragoulis in
Thessaloniki is an expression of the racist violence that is the order
of the day in Greece. There are daily pushbacks and assaults against
people fleeing at the borders. In the camps and deportation jails, it
becomes clear again and again what Europe’s closure against refugees means: brutal, inhuman violence that the Greek state and other European security agencies use without scruples.

In mid-November, a car from Spie (a manufacturer of prisons) and a car from a security system installation company had their tires slashed.

An action in solidarity with the rioters of the Adolphe Chérioux high school in Vitry sur seine, some of whom ended up in prison and others have their trial in February. Last week, the students blocked their their high school, some of them clashed with the police and destroyed urban infrastructure (cameras etc.). This mobilization was in part against the Parcoursup post-high school selection system. What are the possible links between anarchists and youth in struggle?

The excavator that arrived at the boisé steinberg was sabotaged. All possible cables were cut.

We will continue to fight the expansion of the port and its infrastructure. The people who plan the roads, the containers, the maritime strategy Advantage Saint Laurent and the innovation zones that are being set up along the river are working for projects that bring death. We are fighting for the living.

On the evening of Saturday, November 19, chainsaw-wielding militants took action to close down the Atlanta Police Department’s shooting range inside the Weelaunee Forest, where APD trains weekly to kill and maim the people of Atlanta. A few small trees were selectively felled in order to block the access road to the shooting range. One of the felled trees hit a power line which provides electricity to the shooting range, leading to a power surge which blew a transformer and disabled the cameras, which were then destroyed with fire and hammers. The power line only services the shooting range. No residential areas were impacted by the outage.

In the middle of the range is a yellow school bus. The windows are shattered from bullet holes, and spent munitions –flash grenades and tear gas – lie under the seats. Its purpose on the range is clear: the only ‘protection’ police offer is violence and death.

The decision to cut a living tree should never be taken lightly. The ongoing presence of the shooting range was an affront to the forest and all who live in or near it; the gunfire and explosions at all hours of day and night, the toxic lead ammunition poisoning the soil and leaching into the water, the way Black and brown people living nearby were forced to listen daily to the police training to murder them.

In the early hours of Nov 5, groups of anarchists acted in solidarity with Sleydo’s call for action to support the ongoing Wet’suwet’en battle to protect the yintah and kill the drill. Rail lines were sabotaged at several points in a disruption of business-as-usual along main arteries of the freight system. They will continue to be sabotaged at random far into the future, at every corner of rail line across the turtle’s back.

Others are encouraged to take this route however, wherever, and whenever they can – grab yourself some bolt cutters or copper wire. Grab a friend or go alone. Enjoy the birds, the wind, the silence.
