Anarchist comrade Luca Dolce, aka Stecco sentenced to 3 years and 6 months’ prison (Trento, Italy)

Stecco sentenced to 3 years and 6 months’ prison

Yesterday 21/3/25, in the court of Trento the first grade trial took place against our friend and comrade Stecco, accused of having supported the friend and comrade Juan while he was in hiding and of having falsified identity documents. In a summary trial Stecco was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months’ prison (even more than that requested by the Prosecution).

This sentence seems very much like a warning: whoever helps fugitives and anyone on the run, will pay dearly. Yesterday’s sentence matches the truly impressive deployment of men and means that led to Stecco’s arrest. On this last point, as seen from the files of operation “Diana”, a synthesis emerges of what it would be useful for comrades to know concerning the enemy’s weaponry.

A gathering in solidarity with Juan and Stecco took place outside the court, in particular against obligatory video conference yet again.

Freedom for Juan and Stecco

No more videoconferencing, we want to see our comrades in the courtroom!

After the hard won battle of getting Marius Mason transferred to a men’s prison the increasingly transphobic state in the so called USA have decided to return him to a woman’s prison.

‘THAT WHICH GIVES MEANING TO LIFE GIVES MEANING TO DEATH’ – Marianna M. (Greece,Athens)

On 31.10 on the third floor of an apartment in Arkadias Street (Athens), during the processing of explosives by my comrade and guerrilla Kyriakos Xymitiris, an explosion took place with the tragic consequence of his death. For a few moments, with me in the next room, time froze, everything went black and I was unable to move. The condition was incomprehensible, the development inconceivable. Buried in the wreckage trying to figure out what had happened;asking for help, searching for my partner with my eyes. Slowly realizing that while the thread of my comrade’s action would be abruptly cut short, his life and his choices in struggle would be a historic flash of determined resistance, consistency and dedication; a springboard and inspiration for further struggle. Two figures appeared offering help while I showed them the spot where I last saw my comrade, the spot where our guilty gazes met, gazes full of anger at the world we live in, full of faith and appetite for moments of true freedom.

Within a few minutes I was in the hospital “Evangelismos”. I was immediately subjected to examinations and operations. I had a hematoma on my head and countless stitches on the upper part of my body. I remained intubated and completely unconscious for the next three days. Enough time for the “anti-“terror scumbags to come to the hospital demanding a blood sample. On the Monday, I regained consciousness and was transferred to the ICU where I was confined for the next three days. The conditions there were decent with medical staff eager to assist in my recovery. However the room was surrounded by police forces who entered the ICU room during the 5-minute visits from my family.

Solidarity with the imprisoned anarchists N. and M.!
About the repressive operation

No, it wasn’t a carneval committee, that of the 26th of February 2025 which presented itself in eight different localities at around10pm, with 140 clowns in masks flaunting weapons and performing pathetic sketches. No, they were cops. And no, their exaggerated spectacle was anything but amusing, because it led to the arrest of our anarchist comrades M. and N.

Below, we are reporting more details about the searches, the arrests and the preliminary proceedings.

Two arrests, three preliminary proceedings

There are three different procedures:
– The procedure, known since 2022, is against the presumed editors of Zündlumpen [ndt. German language anarchist paper published between 2019 and 2021] on charges of criminal association. The arrest warrant for M. and N. was issued during this procedure. Those under investigation in this investigatory strand are three in all (then they became four, now they are three again). More information in these two texts: About raids and a §129 procedure against anarchists and the theft of a printing space and The persecution of anarchists and cigarette butts in the Bavarian-Christian kingdom 2022.

Berlin (Germany) : Intervention with hammers against war – strength to Marianna & Dimitra

Strolling at night in the streets of Berlin … Some years ago Kyriakos Xymitiris was among our lines. He returned to Athens.

We are still strolling at night in the streets of Berlin and in the early hours of March 17, Kyriakos was still with us. When we arrived at Bayerischer Platz in Berlin-Schöneberg, in front of the office of FERCHAU Aviation Group.

FERCHAU is a service company for IT-Engineering and it offers technical solutions to Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces) and other military defence industries in Europe. FERCHAU claim, that they are „Connecting People and Technologies for the Next Level“. They in fact develop products and systems for the machine of war, like „Legacy Transformation, Cyber-Security, Model Based Systems Engineering, Extended Reality and Data Analytics“. They do recruitment events with Bundeswehr to hire specialists for the drone war and they send specialists to maintain the Eurofighter Squadrons of NATO Air Force.

Speeches of the Imprisoned Anarchist Comrades Dimitra Z. and Marianna M. for the Demonstration in Solidarity with Daniela Klette in Berlin. (Germany)

On February 22, 2025, a demonstration took place in Berlin in solidarity with Daniela Klette, who is currently imprisoned in Vechta prison awaiting her first upcoming trial.
On this occasion, the anarchist comrades Dimitra Z. and Marianna M., who are currently in Korydallos prison, sent speeches that were read out.

——-

Statement of Dimitra Z.

On the 26th of February, last year, and after 3 decades of being in underground, Daniela Klette was arrested in the center of Berlin and was transferred to the Vechta prison. The accusations that the comrade has to face in the trials are the participation in armed bank robberies as well as the participation in some of the attacks with the armed organization RAF. It is worth to mention the way of the arrestment of Klette, that some journalists played the role of the cop and with the help of artificial intelligence they used an old photography of her and assimilated how she could look like today with the result to detect her in a random picture on facebook. The whole operation of the arrestment of Klette was reminding the manhunting of the 70s and 80s and it came to the front the myth of RAF. The state propaganda played a huge role in all the mainstream media by reliving the narratives of the past by mirroring the personalities of the fighters, depoliticized their actions and calumniated them.

However the comrade Klette (as well as the comrades Ernst-Volker Staub and Burkard Garweg, who are still in underground) managed for 34 years to live free in the heart of the beast being unobserved from the radar of repression. Their life is a proof that the so called powerful german state is a narrative that comes from their own propaganda and is nothing more than a house of cards. Even though the high developed technologies of surveillance, the uncounted of specialized units of repression, LKA, BKA, specialized scientists and technocrats and the militarized equipment, the comrade managed in these three decades to humiliate them by living in the center of Berlin, in Kreuzberg, one the most surveilled neighborhoods of the city.

Nikos Maziotis: Until the end of the sentence – Why we came here ( Greece)

Nikos Maziotis: Until the end of the sentence – Why we came here

Some time ago (26/2/2025), as I had published the text «Revolutionaries are not “corrected” nor “morally improved”»*, the Lamia Misdemeanor Council had rejected my request for conditional release for the umpteenth time. As I had also said, the fact that I will now serve my entire sentence, all 5/5, is the result of the general tightening, the last time, of penal and “penitentiary” repression, which in turn is a consequence of a long chain of socio-political evolution starting from the defeat of the social and popular uprising against the memoranda in 2010-2012. The retreat of social struggles and results in the state totalitarianism we live in today. However, I believe that part of this development towards the worst is the political defeat of the “movements” and resistance spaces that refused during the period of the anti-memorandum uprising in 2010-2012 to have a catalytic role and raise the issue of a subversive and revolutionary attempt at the time.
I will have to go back in history to understand what I mean. This retrospective has to do with the history of the Revolutionary Struggle, the context in which it acted, its proposals and the criminal treatment it has had throughout this period until today.

From 2003 to 2017, Revolutionary Struggle —the organization I was part of— was the greatest internal security threat to the regime in Greece, to the State, and to Capital. The history of the organization is placed within a specific historical context of socio-political conditions that were characterized, on the one hand, by the period of the rise of globalization, the dominance of neoliberalism and, at the same time, the existence of the war on “terrorism”, within a period where there was euphoria about the omnipotence of the system, and, on the other hand, by the period of the onset of the global economic crisis from 2008 onwards, which dramatically affected Greece. Within this historical context, the Revolutionary Struggle, after the uprising of December 2008, raised the issue of a revolutionary attempt in Greece in the favorable conditions for it, which were characterized by the debt crisis, bankruptcy, the political crisis of the representative system and the general delegitimization of the political-economic system in the eyes of the social majority due to the policies to address the crisis and the memorandum programs, the imposition of which the Revolutionary Struggle had predicted in 2009 when it had carried out the attack on the Athens Stock Exchange in September 2009.

Fifteen years on, COMRADE LAMBROS FOUNTAS LIVES

In all revolutionary social-liberation movements, the fighters who lose their lives fighting for a free society become a political reference point not only for those who lived and fought with them, but – mainly – for those who come after them, for the new generations of fighters. However, for a fighter to remain alive over time, the responsibility lies with his contemporaries. To have honored him as he deserves, to keep him with them in the struggle, to refer to him. This is achieved by honoring the struggle he himself participated in, the political struggle for which he lost his life, his political values, his political-social goals and their historical timelessness.

2010 was a year of political milestones for the whole of society and for those involved in struggle. It was the year that the country plunged into an unprecedented – in its modern history – crisis. A crisis that began as a financial crisis triggered by the collapse of subprime mortgages in the USA in 2007, expanded into a global financial crisis and brutally hit this country as a financial and debt crisis. The PASOK government under the auspices of G. Papandreou, since late 2009, was preparing to hand the country over to the long-term supervision of supranational economic and political institutions (the International Monetary Fund, the European Commission, the European Central Bank), in order to avoid the admission that bankrupt Greece had not gone bankrupt and thus to save the domestic Greek banking system and by extension the European one. The price for this would be a series of loan agreements with the most abominable terms for the people. The social base would bear the entire burden for the restoration of the economic regime and the survival of the political system, which had passed into complete social delegitimization.

“A better world, better for all” – Taking responsibility for arson attack on COSMOTE van – Kyriakos X. always present by Anarchists (Athens,Greece)

“A better world, better for all” –
Taking responsibility for arson attack on COSMOTE van -Hellenic (Telecommunications Organisation S.A)
Kyriakos X. always present

Technology plays a primary role in shaping the modern dystopia. Human contact has been replaced by online interaction, which is based on the construction and promotion of a self-image aimed at strengthening fragile self-confidence, which ends up being ephemeral and dependent on an insatiable need for reassurance. Personal relationships have degraded completely and total alienation is prevalent. At the same time, technology, as a pillar of capitalism, creates artificial needs through systematized advertising propaganda, which is becoming increasingly effective with the use of profile personalization tools. It promotes consumption of material goods as a purpose in itself and as an idea of personal fulfillment.

Beyond the alienation and degradation it brings, technology, being a
loyal servant of the states’ interests, strengthens their repressive
mechanisms. Europe, citing the fear of invisible and visible enemies
that it itself has given birth to and nurtured, implements emergency
policies and fortifies the war and “defense” industry (army, police,
telecommunications and surveillance software manufacturing companies, artificial intelligence cameras, geolocation devices, etc.). Thus, the OTE Group, as an offshoot of the “defense” industry, has contributed in practice to the shielding of Fortress Europe, by designing and developing the technological infrastructure of Frontex and eu-LISA, making it an accomplice in the murders of immigrants at the borders and the strengthening of anti-immigration policy. At the same time, it participates in the normalization of surveillance, collecting and generously offering our data to the state mechanism, thus fulfilling the role of the ruffian.

(Chile) Update on Anarchist Comrades Aldo and Lucas Hernández

via:informativoanarquista Translated by Act for freedom now!

Received by mail

It’s been more than two years since that 22nd of December in 2022, the day of various raids orchestrated by the Metropolitana Sur High Complexity Prosecutor. Six households were raided, five of these in the Metropolitan Region and one in the Valparaiso Region, all registered by police groups OS9, GOPE and LABOCAR, resulting in six arrests, four of which led to pre-trial prison. Two of these were brothers and comrades Aldo and Lucas Hernández, who throughout the following months remained under investigation for the explosive attack on the National Police Headquarters of Chile. Aldo is accused of having placed the device, as well as facing violations of the Arms Control Law, and Lucas is also accused of various violations of the arms and explosives control Law.

Months later, the comrades were asked to attend a hearing to be re-formalized, and both were charged with the manufacture of weapons and explosive devices for various items found in the home raided in Pedro Aguirre Cerda.

Smashing front windows in multiple supermarkets in Athens
By Anarchists

Monday I get something, Tuesday I can’t stand it, Wednesday I’m bored, Thursday I can’t wait, Friday morning… fuck the bosses.

What is a broken window doing on the pavement early in the morning? What does the anti-theft in the honey have to do with the control and shaping of our desires? Why aren’t discount offers another solution?

When the questions increase, sometimes you need to break down the wall that separates you from the necessary answers. And if the wall is made of glass, all the better.

Chile : Update on Anarchist Comrade Francisco Solar’s Situation of Isolation

March 4, 2025 / informativoanarquista Translated by Act for freedom now!

Received by mail

Francisco has been in Maximum Security units for almost 5 years, since he was arrested in 2020 after being accused of attacks against repressors and the powerful.

Once he was convicted, the regime of isolation became even tougher, keeping him in strict isolation for the past 6 months with restricted visits, 21 hours of lockup without TV or radio.

In March the administrative authorities will resolve the matter of whether or not the comrade will remain in isolation. We call on everyone to remain alert for the coming updates.

Faced with the hardening of the carceral regime: Solidarity and action!

On March 8th, we will gather in front of the women’s prisons in Korydallos at 18:30 to send a message of solidarity beyond the walls and show those inside the cages that they are not alone. (Athens,Greece)

[8/3 18:30 Women’s Prisons in Korydallos]

March 8th and every day we stand beside the imprisoned

On March 8th, we will gather in front of the women’s prisons in Korydallos at 18:30 to send a message of solidarity beyond the walls and show those inside the cages that they are not alone.

March 8th is yet another reason to take to the streets and fight against patriarchy and every form of power. For us, mechanisms of oppression, such as class exploitation, racism, transphobia, and others, cannot be seen or fought separately from one another. We expect nothing from the judiciary and any institutional authority, as they perpetuate the complex of class, racist, and gender-based oppression. Instead, we fight to expose the injustice that “Justice” imposes. This year, in a context where struggles against trafficking, the crime in Tempi, and the genocide of Palestinians are filling the streets with rage, we decide to send a signal of solidarity to all those who have been or are imprisoned within the cells of democracy.

It is a fact that patriarchy, class inequality, and racism are what lead women, femininities, trans, and non-binary people to prison. Moreover, life in prison is a mirror, a reflection of society itself, where oppression, insecurity, inadequate healthcare, and lack of freedom are experienced at their extreme. The situation in prisons attests to this. Most prisoners fight for their survival within prison, while often continuing to care for the survival of those outside, as the care for children, family, friends, and comrades does not cease to socially burden women, even after they are imprisoned.
