Position of the anarchist prisoner K.K. from the prisons of Kassavetias (Greece)

Our life is

pointless panting

at pre-programmed strikes

stooges and patrol cars.

That’s why I’m telling you.

Next time they’ll let us have it

we shouldn’t run. We should hold our line.

Let’s not sell our asses so cheap, man.

Don’t. It’s raining. Gimme a smoke.

Katerina Gogou ( Κ. Γώγου)

Voices and screams resound from inside the cells, behind the walls and barbed wire. Flocks of birds and warplanes fly over the prisons. No matter how much the morbidity of the times wants us to bow down, there will always be something stronger, the ability to respond with sparkling eyes, the stubbornness of those who fight for a more beautiful world, the fire that burns inside us and refuses to go out.

On 11/10 an explosive device is placed in a police investigation van. Local and not only media shoot with relevant articles. At the end of October, I am informed by my friends that there is a strong and constant presence of plain clothes police in the area where I live. At the same time, information about a 16-year-old boy being beaten up by a student fascist group in a neighbouring village is circulating. I was out of Messolonghi at that time and I returned with the aim of meeting the boy in person, to open up the matter and find ways to face it.

From Hamburg to Greece – Solidarity-Declaration of the Open Anarchist Assembly Hamburg

Solidarity-Declaration of the Open Anarchist Assembly Hamburg

[greek below]

Dear comrades,
we are anarchist comrades who came together on December 6, 2024 for the third Open Anarchist Assembly in Hamburg.

We are anarchists from different spectrums, with different experiences and perspectives.

We come together once a month to coordinate existing initiatives,
develop new ones and network.

We are not a homogeneous, fixed constellation – but we are united by our rejection of all forms of authority and our longing for a world free from exploitation and oppression.

We followed the events of October 31, 2024 in Athens with sadness and anger. Continue reading From Hamburg to Greece – Solidarity-Declaration of the Open Anarchist Assembly Hamburg

Letter from anarchist comrade Nikos Romanos from Korydallos Prison (Greece)

Monday, November 18, was the day when time stopped for me once again. Hooded anti-terrorism officers, handcuffs, holding cells, television cameras, news bulletins, journalistic scripts, police theories. Behind this familiar pattern and the communicative storm of guilt, there is another reality.

They are the wounds that resurface and multiply, shattering families, destroying human relationships, annihilating dreams, hopes, plans of a life condemned once again to the death of frozen time.

Because the language of truth cannot be hidden, I repeat, I deny the indictment in its entirety. An unfounded, baseless, exaggerated, and unsubstantiated indictment that arises abusively, creating more questions than it actually answers. Following the established political logic of the anti-terrorism law, which creates a category of defendants that exists outside the legal system, since everyone is guilty until proven innocent. The language spoken by the system has already issued its verdict. I became a wandering trophy for all kinds of exploitation. An exhibit in the showcases of the museums of lies and oblivion. With the label of “terrorist” hanging on the annex “guilty of all times,” for observation by usually naive, but mainly scared and peace-loving visitors.

POSTER : REBELLION IS THE EXPLOSIVE URGENCY OF PUTTING OURSELVES ON THE LINE (LONDON,UK)

        pdf:

OBEDIENCE IS A PROGRAMMED, ORDERED EXISTENCE

REBELLION IS THE EXPLOSIVE URGENCY OF PUTTING OURSELVES ON THE LINE

An untimely blast in an Athens apartment on the 31st of October left an anarchist dead and another seriously wounded. In a millisecond the preparation of a single liberatory attack on one aspect of domination expands into a wide panorama of the social war.

With a resounding blast the struggle is upturned, its hitherto anonymous players thrown into the forefront of the clash. Shock and anguish invade our hearts and minds for the death of Kyriakos Xymitiris and the wounding of Marianna Manoura – well-known, esteemed comrades active in the many-faceted anarchist struggle in Greece and beyond – but so does resolve and unwavering complicity. Immediately an alchemy of rebel love and defiance surges forth, overrunning the borders by which states segment their control over this ruined earth.

Toulouse, France: Fire in solidarity with Kyriakos Ximitiris and the anarchists prosecuted after the explosion in the Ampelokipi apartment

In response to a call from the Assembly of Solidarity with the imprisoned, fugitive and persecuted fighters, on the night of 17 to 18 November 2024, a vehicle belonging to MT énergies, a photovoltaic solar panel company (mtenergiefrance.com), was set on fire.

Whether in France, Greece or elsewhere, green capitalism allows civilisation to consume ever more resources, land and lives. Let’s burn it down.

( Greece EN/FR/ES/DE ) For my Comrade Kyriakos X. by Anarchist comrade Marriana M.

Marriana a warm embrace from afar. Your strength and courage inspires us, Translated by Act for freedom now!  via: athens.indymedia

For my Comrade Kyriakos X. Goodbye my comrade,

“You shall turn into ashes, old aged world your path towards your crushing end is written and you cannot break us killing our brothers/sisters in battle and know this we will come out victorious even if our sacrifices are heavy”

Nazim Hikmet

So, belatedly, I would like to write a few words about my comrade and fellow traveler for the last 6 years of my life, K. Xymitiris, who departed this life in an apartment on Arcadia Street. I met comrade Kyriakos in the city of Berlin a few years ago.

Our common determination and agony for a better world quickly brought us together. With midnight conversations at the bar where he worked and walks through the city’s alleys, we exchanged views, with Kyriakos having the most solid opinions and insight on every matter I had concerns about.

Our shared vision grew roots within us, at the same time creating a strong relationship based on understanding, comradeship, and love. Together we struggled and formed our positions about everything that troubled us. I grew up with him on a journey looking for my struggle identity.

And Kyriakos always by my side, not in front or behind, beside me. Holding my hand, supporting me, with his smile and his insight. Always giving the right answers when everyone else was unsure , clearing the landscape where all the others felt lost. With a developed sense of solidarity, he always stood by anyone in need, without caring about repression, targeting from authorities, or his own well-being.

Always prominent in all struggles: against repression, gentrification, forced labour, colonialism, patriarchy, prisons. Indispensable as a comrade and as a friend, wherever he was, he filled the space with his modesty and fighting spirit.

Supporting unity in the struggle for the revolutionary cause and the confrontational, fighting and counter-attacking mentality always with respect for everybody standing beside him, giving space where all others suffocated.

This is how he lived, at least next to me, committed and persistent, optimistic and joyful. Ready for anything, taking risks, small and big, he dedicated his everyday life to the struggle, without a second thought.

Always there next to me, his friends and comrades, anyone who was in need of him about the smallest or the biggest thing. Always there to take on the most tiresome, the most risky role.

Always there to hold our hand, to accompany us, to open the way.

Always there by my  side for the immigrant, the abused, the worker, the prisoner.

And always by my side to support me, to help me, to listen to me, to fight with me, to embrace me sending fear away, to encourage me driving second thoughts away, to fill the days and nights with comradeship and fighting spirit.

COMRADE KYRIAKOS No goodbye is enough. No text can describe the pain of your loss. On 31/10 I was left in half, down a road where I wanted you by my side. On 31/10 I lost the smile that only you knew how to bring. On 31/10 I lost the optimism that only you could transmit to me. But on 31/10 I also made a promise to you, to me, to us and to so many others that you would not be forgotten. On 31/10 I stayed behind to talk about you, about the struggle you gave and about those you did not have the chance to give. On 31/10 I raised my fist and with my bloodied mouth I swore to FIGHT. On 31/10 I raised my fist and amidst the ruins of Arcadia Street said KYRIAKOS XYMITIRIS PRESENTE!

“Our most beautiful days we haven’t lived them yet and what I want to tell you the most beautiful of all haven’t told you yet”

Nazim Hikmet

With boundless love

your comrade Marianna M.

Indonesia: Burning of campus building in East Java in solidarity with Nikos Romanos and all anarchist prisoners

Communique from Indonesia, east java:

Note: english translation is only a part of the whole communique
“A few days ago, precisely on November 22nd. I personally, who am not affiliated with any affinities, would like to give a communique.
That there was a burning of a building at one of the leading campuses on the south coast of East Java. I want to claim that the action was my doing.

What I did was purely solidarity with distant friends who have never met face to face. Especially to Nikos Romanos, Der Enzig and all the other anarchist prisoners. This is total revenge on the ward that gave birth to the disaster, namely the campus. I am isolated and not caught.

November 30th, we call for a solidarity demonstration with the imprisoned comrades M.M., D.Z., D. and N.R., at 18:30 in Monastiraki Square in Athens

The text of the convention:

October 31 forever etched in the heart of every fighter. With anger and determination we stand by our comrades

On 10/31/24, after an explosion in an apartment in Ampelokipis, our anarchist comrade Kyriakos Xymitiris fell in the battle for social and class liberation, while our anarchist comrade Marianna M., who was also in the apartment, ended up in the Annunciation hospital with multiple injuries. Two more people were arrested at the same time, and taken to the investigator, with the comrade Dimitris and the anarchist comrade Dimitra being remanded in custody. While remaining a multi-injured patient for 15 days in Evangelismos hospital and just one day after the second operation in a row, on the morning of Friday 11/15 the anarchist comrade Marianna was transferred to Korydallos prison.

The pressures of the anti-terrorist trash, which work in close cooperation with the investigator who has taken over the case had resulted in the comrade being discharged and taken to the women’s prison of Korydallos, where there is not even a hospital and therefore the possibility to she is provided with appropriate care for her injuries. We make it clear in all directions, whatever happens to our comrade will have consequences and will not be left unanswered. Such impositions of state power are clearly torture.

Mesolongi Solidarity with imprisoned K.K. by comrades in solidarity

[Message] Solidarity with imprisoned K.K. by comrades in solidarity

On Thursday 7/11, the 17-year-old comrade K.K. was arrested in Messolonghi. charged with planting an explosive device in an investigative van on 11/10.

The only clues that led to his arrest: footage from private (illegal) cameras recording a figure. The real reason: his constant participation in social struggles, for which he has been targeted for years in this small society.
