From yesterday, Januray 11th, our friend and comrade Poza finds himself, like Rupert, in the prison of Spini di Gardolo (Trento), under the regime of “semi-freedom” [day release]. He must complete 2 years and 8 months as residual sentence for convictions of operation “Renata” and for another final sentence.

The other night we decided to strike an ATM of the BPER [Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna] and an Amazon collection point with hammers.
A small gesture of solidarity with Alfredo on hunger strike since October 20th against 41 bis and life imprisonment without appeal. Solidarity with Thanos, Ivan, Juan, Anna, Toby and all revolutionary prisoners and anyone who finds themselves behind bars.
Against all jails and borders. For freedom. for anarchy.
On January 12th, the 85th day of the hunger strike to the bitter end against 41 bis prison regime and life imprisonment without possibility of parole, the antagonist radio station Radio Onda d’Urto broadcast a third speech by the doctor who is regularly visiting anarchist comrade Alfredo Cospito, imprisoned in the Bancali prison, in Sassari. As for the updates on the 71st (December 29th) and 78th day (January 5th) of hunger strike, we report a transcript of the speech and the recording of the broadcast (in italian language):
“He has lost even more weight, and significantly more than last week: he lost another 4.50 kg, so he weighed 80 kg today. So for his height of about 1.93 cm, he is about 10 kg below his target weight. The musculature is getting progressively smaller […]. He was a bit angry because today four members of parliament from Partito Democratico [Democratic Party, PD] went to visit him [in Italy parliamentarians can, by their own decision, visit prisons at any time] and he reiterated that his struggle is not just for him, but is for all those who are imprisoned in 41 bis.

Update about the health condition of Alfredo Cospito on the 78th day of hunger strike (Italy, January 5, 2023)
On January 5th, the 78th day of the hunger strike to the bitter end against 41 bis prison regime and life imprisonment without possibility of parole, the antagonist radio station Radio Onda d’Urto broadcast a second speech by the doctor who is regularly visiting anarchist comrade Alfredo Cospito, imprisoned in the Bancali prison, in Sassari. “[…] All in all, Alfredo’s condition is good. He is holding the hunger strike in an unexpected way, perhaps because he started from a high weight, at the beginning he weighed 115 kg, while today he is 2 kg under the last time I saw him, so we are talking about 83.5 kg. All in all, he is absolutely lucid, well oriented in time and space, he only reports some pressure drops, especially when he gets up, and this is there because he is maintaining a slightly low pressure; however, not particularly, today he had a maximum of 105, a minimum of 70, so all in all a good pressure.

On Monday, 26 December, we set fire to 2 construction machines used at the building site for the new metro line in May Day Square.
We attacked the metro machines on Veikou Avenue in Galasti area as soon as the weather changed. We realized that with the intense humidity in the air, there was a possibility of the action failing. In any case, we decided to take the risk and the result was that 3 project machines were completely destroyed and probably several more got damaged, which was a positive thing for us.
What happened will in no way stop work on the metro, but it did result in 5 damaged machines which caused a good financial loss and sent a message of resistance. Perhaps our action only caused a slight delay in the work process, but we will always prefer action to simply being a spectator to this absurd and sad reality.

Rome: New year same shit
Having nothing to celebrate we decided to attack, taking advantage of the chaotic new year’s eve festivities.
So in the night of the 31st we set fire to a fibre optic pole in the hope that this would jam the dense network of connections that now pervades cities.
An ever tightening network, between control and social anesthesia, but which also means that its links and nodes are everywhere therefore everywhere attackable.
Croix Daurade, charging station on fire, if we don’t burn them, we’ll have the LEZ (Low Emission Zone)!
At the end of December 2022, while some are driving Teslas and are warm at home, we don’t have the money to pay our bills. To keep warm we made a good fire with a charging station for electric cars in Croix-Daurade.
The LEZ will prevent the poorest from accessing Toulouse under an ecological pretext. Driving an electric car will only stop pollution in your dreams. The LEZ excludes the poor, the poor want to exclude the LEZ.
Statist ecology goes goes in the direction of electricity for everything, in particular with nuclear power, which is an industry of death. The death of the proles colonized in the uranium mines, the death of the production and management of waste, in short the death of the living which would be only a collateral damage.

DEMONSTRATION IN SOLIDARITY WITH ALFREDO IN THE CENTRE OF MILAN
This evening [December 29th, 71st day of hunger strike by Alfredo Cospito] a presence of about 300 comrades gathered at the end of via Torino, on the edge of piazza Duomo, heavily enclosed for the occasion by almost 30 armoured vehicles and a large contingent of police agents. After an hour of speeches under the shadow of Milan’s cathedral in solidarity with Alfredo’s struggle against the 41 bis prison regime, we moved in a demonstration along the crowded via Torino. Amidst slogans, chants, firecrackers and speeches by the various groups and collectives that were present, the demonstration moved to piazza XXIV Maggio, where it disbanded.
