On October 31, 2024, in a split second, the armed anarchist fighter
Kyriakos Xymitiris was killed while handling explosives
in an apartment on Arkadias Street in Ampelokipi. In this
moment of resistance and consistency, his life’s thread will be forever linked to the historical thread of urban guerrilla warfare, thus continuing the struggle of those who chose to devote themselves entirely to the revolutionary cause.
Eight anarchist detainees from the “Chaos Star” case have undergone their first court on 18 November 2025. This means they have now been transferred to the prosecutor’s detention facility.
They are accused of throwing stones at police officers, allegedly causing around Rp 2 billion in damages during the 30 August 2025 demonstration. All eight have been charged with multiple articles: Article 170 (violence in public), Article 214 (collective resistance), and Article 406 (destruction of another person’s property) of the Indonesian Criminal Code. Starting from the use of the term Justice in the title and texts of the exhibition of the state institution EMST, Why Look at Animals? Justice for Non-Human Life, (2025-26) along with its lack of conceptualization and since the term is used in an organization of an official institution, this pretentious ambiguity triggers thoughts of some indirect or direct purposes. Firstly, the possibility of the deliberate reduction, equalization, assimilation and weakening of the struggle for the liberation of non-humans and humans into an exclusive issue of legislative and institutional claims. Secondly, its transformation into a matter of cultural “to trade” that follows the consumer fashions of each era and its transformation into a commodified showcase of the capitalist pursuits of the cultural/creative industry.
Early morning on Wednesday 12/11 police raided Kavala camp and took a number of people citing the new immigration law. This is not the first time such a raid has happened in camps.
Reports of Horrendous Conditions inside Amygdaleza Detention Centre Below are testimonies from 3 individuals detained in amygdaleza about police violence, conditions and prevention to apply for asylum.
They said that the living conditions in Amygdaleza are very poor, with massive overcrowding, a lack of beds, mattresses and blankets, lack of warm water and hygiene products and the prevalence of insects and rats. The situation with the rats is so bad that detainees sleep in shifts in order to keep the rats at bay.
There are approximately 14 people living in each container, but only 2 beds and the container is so dilapidated that half the floor is missing. Many people do not have mattresses or blankets despite the cold weather and that they are not provided with clothes. Over 100 people share the same bathroom which has only 4 toilets, and only 6 or 7 showers. There is no hot water or soap or shampoo. “Even though we ask for it [soap] they [the police] ignore us… they tell us to go clean yourself in your own country”. There is a lack of access to medical care, legal advice and asylum procedures, despite requesting cops. Prefazione all’edizione inglese
We permenantly removed a Flock camera in Washtenaw County a few days ago. We did this because we do not like to be watched. We do not like abortion seekers, migrants, communities of color, or really anyone to be watched either. We believe that surveillance is a key tool for the settle colonial state to perpetuate itself. We believe that the police and their friends the tech bros are a key part of surveillance locally.
It was easy to destroy the camera. It felt good. We had a few freinds, a plan, and a little bit of bravery. We enjoyed the zine “birds of a feather” which has a lot of information about Flock cameras and their capabilities. Continue reading Flock Camera Destroyed in Washtenaw County (USA)→
On September 5th at around 2:30 am fire crews in Prince George were racing downtown to see what had triggered a fire alarm. They arrived to a CrossRoads Brewing in flames and battled the fire until that afternoon. Once the smoke settled it was clear the business had sustained $1.8 million in damages. The brewery had been around for more than 8 years and was attempting to prove “a small brewery model” was financially viable in the city. A single spark proved them wrong and the business was effectively destroyed.
An individual was arrested and is facing charges of arson. Business owners have lamented that “We are under siege” demanding additional police responses and a safe environment for business development. Continue reading Unsung: Late summer BBQ in Prince George (Canada)→
It’s here! We already have the poster of the March against Mas d’Enric de this 2025. Last year we decided to hold a demonstration until the doors of the Mas d’Enric prison, in Tarragona. This year we want to repeat! We are waiting for you on Saturday, December 20, in the neighborhood of Sant Pere i Sant Pau to walk, share, scream and conspire together.
Second International Meeting Against Military Service and for the Refusal of All Militarism
14–16 November 2025 / Hamburg
When we look at the ongoing debates around military readiness and
conscription, it becomes clear how politics and the media are preparing the ground for the unconditional rearmament of the German military.
Once again, the “Brave New World” of our oppressors is turning to ashes before their very eyes. France, Indonesia, Nepal. Images full of rage. The demolition of a “castle” that they try to convince us will never fall.
Antiviolence: The response of the social base against Authority.
From France to Indonesia and Nepal, the social base is rebelling against miserable living conditions, daily violence from the bosses (both left and right), and the cops. The state and capital are being targeted. In Nepal, the Parliament was set on fire. The Vice President and Minister of Finance, Bharat Paudel, is facing the people’s wrath. A world that robs people every day in order to enrich itself and impose its domination. People block the ring road around Paris, the busiest urban highway in Europe, and railway stations and clash with the cops. Shortly before, violent protests erupt in California against the mass abduction and deportation of immigrants. Continue reading (Athens,Greece) Uprisings Today :→
ABC Indonesia / Palang Hitam issues a warning there’s a fake fundraising campaign on gogetfunding.com for Indonesian anarchist prisoners under the name Palang Hitam. ABC/PH want to make it clear that, as of now, all new emails/blogs/accounts related to Palang Hitam are fake, except for the old ones. Here’s the old/real contact info for Palang Hitam:
Email: palanghitam@riseup.net
Instagram: @palang__hitam
Blog sites: palanghitamanarkis.noblogs.org
The anarchist prisoners are still in isolation, so it’s super hard to get in touch with them, especially Eat since he’s being accused of leading the “Chaos Star” group. So, ABC/PH is asking you all to cancel any donations made to that fake Palang Hitam fundraiser.
After the police arrested all the anarchist comrades and published the propaganda about the groups getting foreign funds, then there are opportunists who see a way to scam the money and disrupt the solidarity.
The ABC/PH solidarity donation fund account will be given to those who request it via Dark Nights, or long-standing Anarchist Black Cross groups, who have the ABC/PH fund account already.
Palang Hitam / ABC
Thank you. Long live anarchy! Long live solidarity!
Saturday, November 1, 2025, Exarcheia. Footage from the riots that broke out one day after the violent break-up of the memorial march for anarchist Kyriakos Xymitiris in Athens and the crescendo of violence that followed from the greek riot police in the neighborhood of Exarcheia.
Responding to the call for an October of diverse actions of solidarity and strength in the struggles in which Kyriakos Xymitiris participated and which continue to be fought, we proceeded with the following:
Claim of responsibility for arson attacks in memory of anarchist Kyriakos Xymitiris
“If I don’t burn if you don’t burn if we don’t burn how will darkness become light?” Nazim Hikmet
365 days ago, our comrade Kyriakos Xymitiris gave light to the darkness, even if it was the light of his final explosion, at the end of a burning path.
Kyriakos was a resourceful and active anarchist fighter who participated in the entire spectrum of the struggle. From marches, interventions, microphone demos to clashes with the forces of repression. He was present on all the fronts and areas of the struggle. He participated in solidarity assemblies for imprisoned fighters, in anti-fascist coordinations, in actions in favour of occupations, in solidarity with immigrants, against war and imperialism, in solidarity with the struggles of the Palestinians, in struggles against gentrification and patriarchy. And of course in direct revolutionary action and the armed choice.
