NEW YEARS EVE PRISON NOISE DEMO ON LEKWUNGEN Vancouver (Canada)

Joining in a Coast to Coast tradition: anarchists, abolitionists, and other comrades in a merry band against prisons held a successful noise demo at the front door of the Vancouver Island Regional Correctional Centre (“Wilkinson” or “Wilkie”) for prisoners inside. Police response was dodged, and hostages of the state inside were reminded that they are not forgotten.

Carceral institutions like prisons warehouse people, cutting them off from loved ones. Phone calls are expensive, mail is slow and subject to search, and applications to be added to someone’s visitor list can be denied without clear reasons. When incarcerated people feel as though the outside world has forgotten them, this is colonialism working as intended.

2025 NYE at Barton Jail,in Hamilton, Ontario (Canada)

In the early evening of December 31st of 2025 in Hamilton, Ontario about 40 masked and dark clothed individuals joined together in the shadows of a city park. After Safety tips, lighters, and fireworks were shared, quietly and together we walked up the bridge to the jail that has held and still holds our friends and neighbours.

From the wiz pop of the first Roman candle to the banging, tapping, and shapes shifting in the windows they knew inside and we knew outside together it was New Year’s Eve at Barton Jail. The group stuck together tight and moved around the jail to reach as many windows as possible. Our big waves silhouetted against the snow by firework light. We wanted to make sure that the people inside for another year knew we didn’t and won’t forget that even they deserve a celebration on this special night.

Only one hospital in the city of Rasht in northern Iran has announced that it has refused to accept seventy bodies because its morgue is full of bodies of street protesters. Six hospitals have stated that they have received 217 bodies. The young generation of the Iranian working class is being slaughtered and massacred with tremendous speed by the brutal Islamic government of capital. Athens, (Greece) : In solidarity with our comrades who are threatened with imprisonment we proceeded to sabotage 420 key boxes for Airbnb apartments in various neighborhoods of Athens.

Koukaki was one of the first examples in Greece where the model of
violent touristification was observed through the mass purchase of real estate by various large investment funds with the aim of exploiting it for short-term rentals.

This situation soon spread to the rest of the city center, and today the problem is found in all large cities, resulting in the displacement of the poorest and most oppressed social classes from their neighborhoods and the creation of a nightmarish situation in terms of finding housing. One of our most basic needs has thus become a game of profit in the hands of local and foreign capital, with the Greek state naturally supporting the situation,
exploiting it to politically suppress entire neighborhoods (see
Exarcheia) and, of course, to maintain the interests of its friends.

They say Christmas is a celebration of the heart, but this year the Generation Identity fascists in Gislev, Funen, Denmark (Ravndrupvej 22) found something to warm themselves with. We planted an incendiary device on one of their cars and wished them a Merry fucking Christmas! Santa believes everyone has a right to be here. Migration is a natural part of life, and the concepts of borders and cultural identity are nothing but fabricated myths.

Remigration as a term has become so widely accepted that even conservative and left-wing media discuss it as if it were a legitimate political position. But remigration is based on the idea of ethnic homogeneity, and its logical conclusion is ethnic cleansing and genocide. That’s why we raise our voices clearly against it, so the fascists get scared and pack their ideas away.

(Indonesia) Arrests and torture in Bali, Makassar and Surabaya

General Situation in Indonesia

On September 16, 2025, 14 individuals were arrested by the Bali Police on charges of vandalizing buildings and vehicles in the area of the Bali Police Headquarters and the Bali Regional Representative Council during the August 30 demonstration.

Since September, 288 people have been arrested for the August uprising in Surabaya, East Java. Some of whom have been released in poor condition, since the police tortured them badly for three days. This leaves around 80 people remaining imprisoned in Surabaya, including approximately 30 accused anarchists there. This week, some of them will undergo their first trial. The case in Surabaya is particularly sad because many of those arrested are ordinary people, such as workers or online motorcycle taxi drivers who happened to be in the vicinity of the riots. Some were simply watching the riots but were then arrested sporadically. Although they were eventually released in a battered state, some of their property, such as their cell phones, was not returned by the police/ Motorcycle taxi drivers did not even get back the motorcycles they used to make a living.

“Last September in the north of the UK we heard of a fur and feather auction happening in a dirty little pub. In fur and feather auctions, backyard breeders with zero regulations auction ‘pet’ animals to the highest bidder, or sell them in their stalls. It truly is a grim environment, with animals in tiny cages, pregnant guinea pigs and rabbits and no oversight whatsoever.

We had a free evening, so we decided to pay them a little visit. Hanging around in the car park we worked out what vehicles belonged to the breeders, and whilst one of them was offloading into the pub, we made a run for it, grabbed a cage and left before they came back.

Greece, a Testing Ground for Smart Surveillance Technologies.

Border guards patrolling Greece’s frontier with North Macedonia to prevent irregular crossings have long relied on an unusual early-warning system: the storks nesting on a bridge over the Axios River. When the birds suddenly scatter, officers know someone is likely moving in the bushes below — usually migrants trying to slip out of Greece and head toward Northern Europe. Soon, their role will be obsolete.

Smart border technology, cameras, and drones, will take their place — tireless, unblinking, and financed by Brussels. Greece plans to extend the high-tech surveillance model it built along the Evros land border with Turkey — designed to stop asylum seekers entering the European Union — to its northern frontier. The aim this time is to seal the exit routes used for secondary movement toward Western Europe.

Weatherford, Texas Woman Arrested in Connection to Prairieland Case, Bringing Total to Nineteen Defendants (January 6, 2026,USA)

CLEBURNE, TX – Police arrested Lucy Fowlkes at her family home in Weatherford, TX, yesterday. They took her into custody at Johnson County Jail. Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation accompanied local police during the arrest on Monday evening, though she was charged under state, not federal law. Johnson County prosecutors have charged Fowlkes with Hindering the Prosecution of Terrorism and have set bond at $5 million. Similar to Daniel Estrada Sanchez, Janette Goering, and Dario Sanchez, Fowlkes is not known to have participated in the July 4, 2025 protest at the Prairieland ICE Detention Center.

Lucy Fowlkes faces charges in another ongoing case stemming from an incident at a drag brunch in 2023, where she was charged alongside Chris Guillot and Meghan Grant. In that case, authorities allege that Fowlkes and others unlawfully defended the family event from violent antagonists. Surprising news: Zündlumpen case will not be opened (Munich ,Germany)

Huh, what’s going on over there? This is now the second time within a short period that we are rubbing our eyes in confusion. First the
release of Nathalie and Manuel from pre-trial detention. Now the
judicial association Himmelstoß and Co. are refusing to deliberate on the Zündlumpen case. Even better: they dismissed the case against the third accused outright and thus also the case for the creation of a criminal association.

After all a criminal association requires three accused. It seems that even in the eyes of the district court there is not enough evidence to prove that this third anarchist was involved with Zündlumpen. Instead they delegate the case, now only against two people, down to the lower court because they no longer feel responsible. Global uprising: News from around the world over the past 2 month’s. Clashes, marches, demonstrations, strikes, occupations, attacks.

20/12, Athens, Greece. Hooded groups simultaneously launched attacks with at least 50 Molotov cocktails on a passing MAT squad on Akadimias Street, on OPKE police officers on Spyridonos Trikoupi and Solomou Streets, while they attacked a squad on Charilaou Trikoupi Street near the PASOK offices with stones and other objects. At the same time, hooded people set fire to garbage bins in Exarchia Square on Emmanouil Benaki and Valtetsiou Streets. During the incidents, extensive use of Molotov cocktails, chemical and flash grenades was made, mainly in the Themistokleous area and around the square.

19/12, Switzerland. For several weeks, civil servants in the Swiss canton of Vaud have been on strike against the cantonal government’s budget plan, which includes massive cuts. The 0.7% cut in public sector salaries in particular has met with massive opposition. The strike was particularly noticeable in schools. On 9 December, 20,000 people took to the streets of Lausanne to protest against the budget. On 12 December, the cantonal government announced that it would reverse the salary cuts. However, on Monday 15 December, thousands of people took to the streets again to protest against the budget plan. According to the unions, the number of demonstrators was 20,000.

Athens Marousi, Greece: Nighttime paint intervention – Hands off the ruined forests by anarchists

On Saturday 20/12 we carried out a nighttime paint intervention at the RWE company at 1 Artemidos Street in Marousi. The company in question owns the largest open pit mine in Europe, next to which is the ruined Hambaker forest in Germany.

A struggle has been going on at the mine for 12 years, where the remaining forest that has not been destroyed by the mine is occupied by comrades who are blocking its expansion. An example of this is the occupation of Sudi, a small forest area next to Habi-Hambaker that was occupied about a year ago, with the aim of preventing another part of the mine from expanding.

On November 18, a repressive operation was carried out, with the eviction of the Sudi occupation and the arrest of all the people who had occupied the trees, and the subsequent deforestation.
